The AC and WiFi worked great. The highlight of our vacation was meeting Oscar M. Cuenca at the reception desk. He was very professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I hope he will be at the reception desk on our next visit. 6 out of 5 stars. We wish the pool opened earlier (instead of 11:00 am). Thank you Oscar!!!!

We stayed 2 nights in Room 307. The hotel was very simple and I would rate this a two-star hotel. Unfriendly man at check-in (he was not focused on our check-in but kept looking at his phone beside him). The room was very simple, with two double beds. The worst part was the \"balcony\" it was something you had to step up into and WITHOUT steps (we stood on our flimsy plastic chair to get up) - a total safety hazard and so weird. Horrible small bathroom with very tricky shower, we could never get the water temperature high enough for our shower. The breakfast we paid for was horrible, there was barely bread or a good hot cup of tea. If you came down late, everything was gone, very little replenishing. The room itself had good A/C but the bed was old and well used. The one good thing about this hotel was that it was directly across the Bus Terminal (where we took the bus to Iguazu National Park, and the airport). The second good thing was that you could easily walk to MANY restaurants close the hotel.

We found the property to be clean, well run and extremely convenient being situated literally across the road from the main bus station with links to the airport, Iguassu Falls Park and even directly to the Paraguay side of the river. The staff were friendly and professional, in particular Gonzalo who helped with travel advice and nothing was too much trouble. The outdoor pool was a welcome relief from the heat of the day and we made full use of it. We would recommend this hotel to travellers.

I booked a room for two days, but in such a hot summer, the air conditioning in my room cannot produce air conditioning. The bathroom is filled with hot water, the shower faucet cannot be used due to falling water, and the floor drain cannot drain sewage at all... Amaya's front desk told us that there are no other available rooms for us to exchange! It is stated that refunds can be made on a daily basis, but the next day it was said that we had to go to Expedia for a refund because we had booked tickets on this website But we have to catch up with them on our next trip, and we cannot continue to entangle with them. Such a bad attitude is unprecedented in history! We request a full refund!

The location is very good, just opposite to the bus terminal. The front desk staff was helpful. However, he was the only staff that can speak English. The hotel should hire more staff as him, which can solve the communication problem.

The hardware of hotel is good, especially the garden. But the service needs improvements. Some facilities should be repaired or fixed.

Across the street from the bus station, the location is great for visiting the national park. Also, the buffet breakfast was varied; however the cereal was consistently stale and the orange juice did not taste like actual juice.

The shower often had scalding hot water, regardless of setting; despite the hotel advertising as English speaking, some of the front desk staff barely spoke English; and the AC in the room on the coldest setting was not cold.

Very dated & old . Everything seemed to be falling apart . The toilet was hard up against the shower screen , had to sit on toilet sideways . Shower didn't work well . sliding door to balcony didn't slide . Bed sheets very thin .The room was spacious, aircon worked . Looked clean just didn't feel that way . Breakfast was ok ,if you like sweet pastries . No bowls for cereal , had to use a cup ??? Staff was friendly and helpful . Mostly used by local travellers . Good location . Fine place to lay your head. Staff was helpful. Location couldn’t be better if you’re looking to take a bus to/from anywhere. I stayed two nights and saw both the Brazilian and Argentine sides of the falls easily with this location. Room isn’t fancy or anything, just very basic, as is the breakfast.. but wifi worked great and you can’t complain about free breakfast, can you really? It included a small variety of breads, some cereals, ham and cheese, coffee, apples, bananas, and pears, and maybe some yogurt. Basic for sure but it gets the job done! The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Couldn’t figure out how to use the in-room safe; no instructions on the machine. Pool was mediocre, never used it but it looked fine.

It was walking distance to a variety of restaurants and in close proximity to the bus terminal. The free breakfast was quite good, with a variety of things to eat. The air conditioner worked and the beds were reasonably comfortable.
Towels were threadbare, and in very limited supply. The lobby area was in need of some cleaning (ie., sofas in lobby area), but dining area was clean.

Not happy at all for $80 a night

The ONLY good thing in this hotel is the location…
First night they put Us in a room # 105 where we did NOT sleep a minute due to a constant noise under our window
( some kind a worn out water pump) next day we got a other room .it was OK i mean quiet ,but he bathroom and the whole building was wore down (even it was recently remodeled🤔 ) i do not know how is other hotels in the area in the same price range BUT i wasn't happy at all.
As i told location was excellent close to restaurants and the bus station was across the hotel what was a huge advantage.
Wouldnt stay there again, i rather to pay more for a nicer hotel even as a budget traveler ,but this trip was once in a lifetime….i wanted to be happy to go back to my hotel room every night ( 3 night stay)

I booked two rooms for 2 nights and both rooms had dirty sheets. The shower was moldy and the bathroom facilities were lousy. They give a shared sink service that the pipe was clogged and with a lot of dirt in it. Significant improvements are needed to the property.

The attitude of the customer service representatives was not the best.

Everyone was very nice. We arrived dripping wet and they immediately offered us towels before giving us our room key. Breakfast had a variety of options and restaurants were walkable for dinner. The lobby was a nice environment to hang out while we waited for the taxi they ordered for us to the airport.

Avoid this place at all. sanitation is a hugh problem. They hand wash all dishes, utensils, towels. Dirty, smelly, they hand writen hotel receip t and tried to record on receipt less than I paid. And lied to me saying that I paid less. Absolutely the worst place I ever stayed. Dirty and unhealth, un-sanitated place. Void this place for your own health sake. Can believe Expedia has this place on its website. I called Expedia to complaint about this property and asked it should be removed from Expedia website completely.

The property is close to everything that you need, which are restaurants, bars, shoppings and the most important the bus terminal for the Iguazú and city tour. The staff is very helpful and gives you information if needed. The only thing that they can improve would be the breakfast variety so you don’t eat the same cheese and bacon every day.

Good starting point for the Iguazu falls

The hotel is situated in center of city, 10 minutes drive from the falls and 15 minutes from the airport. You can take a taxi (700 AR$). The breakfast buffet is basic but give you a good start for the day. Coffee is not for coffee addict but there is a nice bakery 500 meters up the street. Comfort in the room is basic but it is clean and maintained. The team at reception is always friendly and trying to help. A great place to stay if you visit the area and across the bus station.

I was there only for one night before visiting the falls and so, it did the job. The check in was interesting, super friendly guy, but found it strange when he took a picture of my passport with the cell phone. The hotel is basic, the room was basic. It was clean, but as other reviews pointed out, there was a bad smell inside the room. The patio door did not lock, which was a bit concerning with the patio connected with other rooms. It is very well located, in the centre of Iguazu with many food options around, right across the street from the bus terminal. Check out took some time and the guy finally told me it was ok to go after I pointed out I was only there for one day and wanted to get on my way. Overall, it's a basic hotel and does the job for a quick overnight stay before/after visiting the falls, nothing more.

Convenient hotel in Puerto Iguazu

Initially unimpressed with this hotel as our welcome was lukewarm, public area was not that enticing, and our standard room only had an internal view ( maybe we were just unlucky). However I did wam to it as the room had been recently renovated had a good air conditioner ( necessary in 36 degrees) and all amenities. The pool, pool area, and garden were lovely. Also it was incredibly convenient for us - accross the road for the bus station to get busses to the falls etc, and for our bus when leaving, also right next to restaurants, bars, cafes etc. Breakfast okay. So all in all although not stunning very convenient choice for us. ( We visited Guira Oga a worthwhile animal rescue centre, as well as the Falls which are stunning).

The staff arranged taxi and made execellent travel suggestions. Small but very clean hotel. Only downside breakfast could have been a bit better. No eggs being the downside. The wall is thin. You can hear everything outside the room. The hotel itself looks new. For the price, the room is ok. Breakfast was average. WiFi is good. Location is in the center of town. You can take the bus from Iguazu Falls Park to the Puerto Iguazú bus terminal (AR$85) and the hotel just right in front of the terminal. Walkable to surrounding restaurants. Perfect for just one night stay.
