This hotel exceeded my already somewhat lofty expectations. The setting really is in the heart of a jungle which is quite lush and beautiful. The lodge was the biggest surprise as it had all the amenities of a first class hotel. The staff was first rate and I would like to especially note Sam in the restaurant who despite our language differences made me feel especially at home. My room had a lovely deck that bordered the jungle. And last, lots of options to visit the incredible falls.

We recently stayed at Iguazú Jungle Lodge and it was honestly one of the best international travel experiences we’ve had.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke excellent English, which made communication effortless. The front desk team went above and beyond to help with anything we needed — always proactive, organized, and genuinely kind.

The hotel itself is spotless. Everything is beautifully maintained, tidy, and very well organized. Our room was stunning, with a peaceful jungle view that made the entire stay feel relaxing and immersive. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very quiet, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — which is absolutely essential in Iguazú.

We truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and warmth. They are doing an amazing job, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, spotless rooms, friendly staff, good restaurant. The grounds are well maintained, despite some construction. Overall, a very good experience. Our only issues were that the staff said not to drink the water, but they only put four 300ml bottles in the room, and the floodlights shining onto our balcony, that drew a lot of bugs and detracted from the jungle ambiance.

The included breakfast was in the restaurant and offered a good choice. The evening meals were were very good. Portions are big by UK standards with a lot of meat. The resort is outside the town centre if that’s important to you. It was not a concern of ours. We had a great stay.

Everything was great at the lodge. Room was great, very clean, and beds very comfortable. The restaurant had very good food, we had dinner there every night of our stay and tried something new every night. The big pool was amazing! The game room is a plus too, and kids enjoyed playing fusball and pool. Staff were very nice and very helpful as well. I highly recommend the lodge.

Excellent service right from check-in set the tone for a wonderful stay. The property is absolutely gorgeous and truly feels like you’re tucked away in the jungle. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer a real 5-star feel with all the amenities you could need.

The on-site restaurant has a very nice menu, and the complimentary breakfast is a great way to start the day. The hotel features two huge pools with bar service, perfect for relaxing after exploring the falls. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to Iguazú city centre, making it easy to access shops and restaurants.

Overall, Jungle Lodge Iguazú is absolutely wonderful — a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and top-notch hospitality.

I would give them 10 stars if it was possible!❤️

Everything about this hotel was fabulous - our room with the balcony and view of the jungle/river, the lush grounds, the friendly staff, the gorgeous new pool area, the included breakfast and restaurant in general, and it's walking distance to town if you can handle a couple hills. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! It exceeded our expectations based on what we saw on the website when booking, which did not show the new pool zone, which is quite nice. They have clearly been working on this place and are continuing to build it up.

The scenery at the hotel is very beautiful. A hotel has a few slight problems one is that the two rooms that I were in were somewhat moldy smelling and I didn't like that at all. First we made my asthma act up so they moved me the second night to another room. They are building on this hotel so if you ask for a newer room in a year from when this is written you should get a better room. The swimming pool area is ungodly beautiful. The old swimming pool is nice but the new swimming pool is fantastic food at the restaurant is okay. I liked eating in the city better because the food was better. I had salmon at the hotel and it was dry and gave me the runs for a day. The hotel staff was fine it's a little bit out of town so you have to walk about eight blocks to get into City center. I would however stay here again.

Extremely close to the border of Brazil so super easy to visit both sides of the Iguazu Falls. Staff were courteous, very helpful and super nice . Clean room but beware of flying insects. To be expected in a jungle environment. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool areas but they look great. Overall, excellent value for the money and high satisfaction. On site restaurant is one of best in town. Reservation for dinner is highly recommended as it is quite popular. Try the steaks, they were delicious.

The hotel buildings were in the jungles so there was no street noise. The staff was very kind and helpful. I had to have an original signature on a document. They printed it out for me to sign and scanned the document for me. They did not charge me. I would stay there again.

We had a stormy night that was fun to watch from our room. The balcony was a nice feature. Food was excellent. We had breakfast and dinner there. Try the local fish.

They did charge $12.00 for city tax. They helped us out so much that it was a deal as far as I am concerned. My reservations were through Expedia which I thought listed the whole price.

Great place to stay in Iguazu

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The resort is just up the hill from downtown, about a 10/15 minute walk to most places. So it was a little quieter than some of the other hotels downtown.

When we arrived, we received a delicious cocktail. The staff was friendly, and they gave us advice about restaurants in the area. Along with how to best get to the park by the front desk.

We ate breakfast every morning at the buffet and enjoyed the food before we set out for the day. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and thought it was one of the best restaurants in town. I would recommend making a reservations.

They are still building parts of the resort. So there is some construction going on, but they didn't seem to start too early.

We would potentially stay here again if we came back to town.

Quick check in and all staff were very friendly and helpful. They also had a tour desk in the lobby that can easily help with Iguazu falls sightseeing tours.

A 10 minute walk to the small town.

We loved this lodge! It was clear we were in the jungle (it was right out our balcony) and had a true Lodge feel while being modern and with amenities. The breakfast was amazing! At check in, the staff helped is purchase our tickets to the falls, which was very helpful. We were able to change and go off to see the falls before the room was available. We also could wait on the property after we checked out and did our day's activity. It was perfect and reasonably priced! We'd stay again!

The hotel looks beautiful and the staff is very nice. To get to the room you need to be driven what made our stay a bit difficult (the only way for us to get more water was to use the mini bar which is expensive). We didn’t feel safe to walk to restaurants at night.
The people in the room above us made noise by moving furniture. It was very noisy and hard to sleep.

It was fine. I would have left unsatisfied but quiet had it not been for my experience at checkout. Overall, the hotel (barely) met the standard I would expect for that price point - I’m generally not excited about active construction all day and having to walk on the road because the footpaths are torn up. Restaurant was quite expensive and service was pretty slow. No one skimmed the pool during the day so it was full of leaves, twigs, and wasps - the staff was nice enough to give me ice when I got stung while swimming. At checkout, they told us we had ruined a towel, then showed us the hand towel that had chocolate on the corner from our 1 year old. I asked if they had washed it or tried to rinse and was told, “it is destroyed,” and I didn’t have enough time to clean it myself, but milk chocolate is definitely washable. I offered to pay for it, and after spending well over $1000 for 2 unimpressive nights, was charged $20 for a low-quality, scratchy, threadbare hand towel. I would have stayed quiet, but the towel pushed me over the edge. Not 4 star, not worth the money.

Located about 1/2 mile from the city center/ restaurant/ nightlife district. Beautiful jungle view of the river from my room. It’s an easy 5-10 min walk so it’s just out of the reach of the noisiness if you’re trying to get some proper rest in. The staff is so nice and they’ll make sure to help you with any questions. They also have an onsite person to help you with tours if you want to see the Falls. I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff was
