Good value but old resort

I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The value I got for the price I paid was definitely justified. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. This must have been a real fancy resort but it's old now. They have a nice pool, a restaurant, and other amenities. The pool was lively when I stayed but the rest of the amenities weren't well-taken care of. The internet speed is good around the pool but the signal is very weak in and around the rooms. I asked about this and they informed me that Wi-fi isn't available in rooms. So keep that in mind.

I would recommend it as long as you keep in mind that this place isn't renovated recently.

The made a disaster of a beautiful trip.

The manager of the hotel is rude and disrespectful. They charge for fees that are not listed. At the check in they take photocopy of every page of the passport for every person that stays in the room even for minors with the only explanation that Expedia ask them to do that because they have to check Your legal status in the country like some kind of police. Rooms were updated and dirty there were cockroaches and even a scorpion. Room has no phone to contact room service and you have a very long walk to the reception over a path that has no light at all. Pool had frogs inside of it and the floor was green. Restaurant has not too much choices of food. No maintenance at all in every area of the hotel. The only good thing was the person in charge of the excursions and mobility that was helpful and courteous. Wouldn’t recommend it at all. This is not a 3 star hotel. At night we had to put towels at the bottom of the room door so bugs and cockroaches don’t come inside of the room.

My room has a pi smell, I asked if they can clean it, but all they do is put in my room a Lysol Spray, I knew they didn’t clean because on the next day at night the smell has gone, so we sleep with this bad odor during one night.

Close to falls and airport

Simple cheap hotel close to airport and falls. Located on a main road into town with regular bus service /taxis. We stayed in late June and found it a little isolated. Given most flights arrived close to mid day going straight to the hotel left us a little bored.u really need a full day to visit iguassu esp on the Argentinean side I hoped for a swim in the pool but the water was very cold. .The restaurant was great but the rooms were a little simple. I chose this hotel cause I read that town was not pleasant .that's definitely the case. Foz , on the Brazilian side is a much bigger /more appealing town.

Hotel was ok. Located on a large property so if u don't mind walking 5 minutes to get to your room. Also the free WiFi is only located in reception area. Mini market was located on property which was a bonus

Hotel was okay. conveniently located between the airport and the city of Puerto Iguazu.
it took 3 room changes to get to what was contracted on the reservation. the first room had working A/C but the humidity had the paint on the walls pealing off; the bathroom taps were rusty, greenish mold, etc. went to front desk and they changed the room, the second room was okay, but the A/C was only working on heater mode; back to front desk, the third room was also okay but the A/C was working on fan mode only; back to the front desk, finally got a clean and working A/C room 2 hours later.

Easy to get into town

Nice place to stay for spanish speaking families. Check in process was very flawed, took ages and several groups who arrived after us were allowed to check in before us. The pool was great, the food was comparable to places in town. Easy bus trip into town from outside the resort. Not a bad stay overall.

This was an average complex. Cabins were basic, but clean. Air con was a little noisy but was functional. Big pool for swimming in and had a second smaller pool. The shop in the complex was useful as there were no shops in the vicinity. Got the local bus to Igazu Falls outside the complex & was 20 minutes away. Very convenient. Staff had very little spoken english so was difficult to communicate with them. Breakfast basic enough. Dinner bufet was average but reasonably priced. the bufet only opened between 9 & 11 pm.

Not a bad deal

We stayed here for only two nights. It's nice, clean, inexpensive, and close to the falls. The bus stops right outside, and getting two and from was quite easy. The restaurant was not bad. Transpo to the town was also easy. Overall it's not a bad deal. There is noting flashy about the hotel, but for the price and location you can't beat it.

De modo geral, é um hotel regular. O espaço é bem arborizado e lindo, aconchegante. No entanto, não pega wifi nos quartos, o que comprometeu a nossa estadia, já que precisávamos resolver algumas coisas do trabalho que demandavam internet. O café da manhã é bom.

El hotel es lindo, pero sus habitaciones son muy viejas, el cuarto huele a humedad y el baño estaba demasiado sucio, lleno de moho en las paredes y cortinas, la comida de la carta no nos gusto para nada y es costosa para lo que es. El desayuno bastante malo, no hay variedad de fruta, no hay huevo, solamente cosas de panadería. La verdad este hotel no nos gusto, no nos hicieron aseo en el cuarto, según ellos por que no dejamos las llaves en la recepción, cosa que nunca nos dijeron. La atención en recepción es muy buena los chicos que atienden allí son muy amables y serviciales.

El wifi no funciona en las habitaciones, ni tampoco funciona bien en los restaurantes. Tenía que ir a la recepción por señal. Las habitaciones tampoco cuentan con tomacorrientes visibles y la limpieza es deficiente.

Desconforme con Hoteles y complejo Americano

empezamos mal,con ustedes que son muy capciosas sus ofertas. me cobraron el 21 % de interés. Las ofertas son en pesos pero cuando se abona la pasas a dolares. Confié en ustedes ya que lo había contratado en otro viaje. con respecto a Las cabañas nos cambiaron 1 vez las toallas en 5 dias. y del parquizado del entorno de la cabaña los pastos eran de 40 cm de altura

Na chegada ao hotel com funcionarios muito mal educados não achavam a reserva, depois que acharam queriam me cobrar novamente dizendo que não estava paga mesmo eu apresentando comprovante no app, depois com muita discussão arrumaram o quarto estava sujo e com muitos bichos, pedi pra limparem e nada foi feito, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando e eles disseram que nada podia fazer.

Alles was aanwezig op deze locatie: minimart, restaurant, zwembad en behulpzame receptie. De hotelkamers zijn ondergebracht in een soort van huisjes. Modern, ruime douche, lekkere bedden maar wel iets gehorig.

Sin dudas volvería

Una experiencia fantástica, el complejo es ideal para ir con pareja o en familia ya que tiene todas las comodidades. El personal es atento y muy amables.
Dentro del complejo tienen un mercadito, restaurante, sala de juegos, un negocio para la compra de recuerdos y agencia turismo (tuvimos un problema con las excursiones que contratamos en córdoba para Iguazu, pero Maxi nos lo soluciono de inmediato ), es fantástico.
Sin dudas volvería

Restaurantpersonalet nærmest ignorerede os, buffeten var elendig - ingen a la carte. Der var mange dyr på værelset. Dog hurtig ind/udtjekning. Fint med ro på værelset, som der dog først var roomservice på omkring kl 16.00 når man var hjemme igen - trods forholdsvis lav beliggenhed.

Condizioni economiche non rispettate. WIFI scarsis

L'albergo non ha rispettato l'impegno di fatturare esente IVA. Io che ho prenotato e pagato sono residente in Italia, la fattura è stata a me intestata.
Hanno preso come scusante che il mio compagno di viaggio invece era residente locale.
In altro albergo non mi è successo.
WIFI scarsissimo.
Bagno vecchio e male mantenuto.

Ess-Saal war wegen Anwesenheit einer Gruppe von ca. 80 Jugendlichen chaotisch und Zugang zum Essen am Buffet oft erschwert und durch die die Jugendlichen war auch der Lärmpegel sehr hoch, der weder ein gemütliches Abendessen noch ein ruhiges Frühstück massiv beeinträchtigte.

No cuentan con traslados de equipaje a las habitaciones que están muy distantes,lo cual es muy incómodo trasladarse uno mismo todo el equipaje solo y teniendo en cuenta q los caminos no eran lo mejor.
Las habitaciones no tienen teléfonos, no hay señal wifi ni señal de teléfono celular lo cual estás incomunicado y distante ante alguna emergencia.
Las cabañas, atención y demás servicios excelente

Falta muita coisa...

Cheguei no hotel por volta da meia noite. Após fazer o check in e ir para o quarto, constatei que o frigobar estava desligado e desabastecido. Perguntei na recepção se havia água para vender, e o atendente disse que não. Perguntei se havia para vender no restaurante, e o atendente disse que já estava fechado.
Por último, perguntei se havia problema se eu tomasse água da torneira mesmo, e o atendente disse que não recomendava, pois não era confiável. No intuito de ajudar, o atendente disse que, se eu tivesse uma garrafinha, poderia me conseguir um pouco de água.
Um hotel que não tem nem água para tomar, não preciso falar mais nada. Paro por aqui...

they write that the staff speaks english, but don't be fooled! They don't... like at all... the rooms are a bit dirty and the trash can in the bathroom hadn't been emptied before I came... they do have a little mini market tho...
