Very relaxing, secluded property. Access to rooms over swaying bridges was awkward. Elevators did not work over 2 days. Reported twice with no response.

Pros: Clean room, nice pool area, comfy beds.
Cons: Room in different building than main lobby, restaurants and pool.
Food - not good quality, tough cuts of steak, dry pastries.
Staff - not trained well. Restaurant staff not attuned to guests. Long wait time to be helped, frequently “forgot” to bring items asked for after asking several times. Staff could not answer questions accurately.
Perks- We had a 20% discount on food through Expedia. We were unable to take advantage of this discount due to incorrect instructions by 2 different staff members. The mgr would not accommodate us at the end of the stay for their inaccurate information. Very unprofessional. They require food to be charged to the room to receive the 20% discount BUT they charge an extra 20% to charge it to your room. Which, as you can see, cancels out the discount. We were not given the discount on the meal since we paid cash.
Location- although unique and pretty hotel it is far away from town. If you need anything unexpectedly (medicine, toiletries) they do not have a gift or convenience shop. You must take a taxi to town (14,000 ARS both ways).
I would choose to stay elsewhere next time.

This resort is beautiful and the staff are extremely gracious. The pool area is perfect. The only this I would suggest is that they vary the lunch and dinner menus each day because if you stay there and do not want to taxi into town for dinner every night, having a menu with variety would make meals better. The food is good but variety like daily specials would help.

Staff is nice but very neutral, not engaging enough with customers and the informations provided on surrounding attractions are very light as if they are unaware of the current events
SPA is ok but not in line with the high end Spa , towels and robe from previous guests left in the changing room
Food is average, great choice of wine as long as you know Argentinian wines well , other than that the server did not provide guidance
Breakfast buffet was very average, good bread however but again not enough fruit selection and indication (name older ) of the food being displayed could be done in a more esthetic and consistent way.
Other than a few employees, lobby bar waiter (female) and the lady with glasses in the restaurant, everyone else did not reflect the joy of working in hospitality.

The most overpriced hotel I ever stayed at after visiting almost 100 countries! I would give it no more than 3 stars and that is being generous! The service was bad, the place run down, our cabin was a 10 minute walk from the reception area. The walk was mostly on unpaved sharp stones. The railings to keep you from falling into the ravines have no ballisters so you can fall right through the area below the railings. The breakfast selection of food was terrible and the service non existent.
I absolutely do not recommend this place.

This hotel beautifully incorporates nature into its design, making guests feel seamlessly immersed in the Iguazú jungle, almost like natives of the environment. The pools are wonderful, and the staff throughout the property are warm and welcoming, making this a truly worthwhile stay. The only area for improvement would be the front desk staff, who did not seem as friendly or inviting as the rest of the team.

The property was magnificent and the hotel and hospitality were fabulous! The restaurant, unfortunately, was not up to par with the rest of the experience: the food was OK but not great, there were multiple errors with the orders and also pricey. The daily breakfast buffet was free and delicious, but also as you'd expect at this category in Argentina.

The place is amazing, quiet the rooms are great the problem we had was the room temperature was awful and we couldn’t sleep because it was very hot, reception told us to open the windows to lower the temperature and we woke up freezing so we couldn’t sleep well… breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly.

Immersed in rainforest with high over the river views. After 2 weeks travel, this was just the quiet and relaxing resort property we wanted. Enjoyed spacious room with balcony and seating at the bars and restaurant around number of pools. Staff ranged from satisfactory to outstanding. Not in the 5 star luxury category, but a good choice. Convenient to the Falls and town.

We mainly came to see the nearby Iguazu Falls. This was a comfortable place to stay. They had great amenities (ie) breakfast included, room service, spa facility, swimming pool, dining room for dinner, etc. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English since our Spanish was very little. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel concierge Nahuel was very helpful in arranging for airport to hotel transportation along with other needs we had during our stay.
Vicente the taxi driver that was arranged for us was also amazing and we arranged all of our transfers with him.
Both are very knowledgeable and go out of their to help the guests!

What I liked:

Staff were friendly and helpful,

Room was very clean,

Pool area was lovely,

Good location for getting to the Falls and the airport.

I thought the food was good and no more expensive than other parts of Argentina.

What I didn't like:

Rooms have no soundproofing so could hear everything for the room upstairs,

Gym was not very good.

Overall though we had a nice stay. Would recommend booking a top floor room.

The property is nice, in the jungle. Far from anything else, so stuck eating at the property. The food and drink prices are very high and food is mediocre at best. Service was excellent as the staff was very nice and helpful. New adult pool by the river was very nice, but limited seating.

The first room we were given had an intermittent sewage smell, so we requested another room. They upgraded us to what looked like a honeymoon suite. It was very large with a large balcony and nicer bathroom. The property is showing its age and is need of some maintenance. Staff was very nice and helpful. Wait staff were above average for Argentina.

Hotel picked us up at airport. This is a beautiful property in the middle of the jungle. It is pricey and I assume most go to see the magnificent Iguazu Falls. I only recommend that you bring your own wine to the property from DFS at the airport. There is a triple markup on Argentinian wines. The pools are magnificent. Gym is decent. We met great people from all over. Breakfast buffet is decent. I would highly recommend. The staff were extremely accomodating.

Some issues need to be addressed

The main problems were with safety. The floor of my room was dangerously slippy because of the humidity. I’m sure that a dehumidifier in each room would help. The rope bridges between the buildings look great but when two people are on the same one it becomes an issue and I witnessed an elderly lady fall. Lastly, both lifts for our apartment building were out for over 24 hours. It’s a shame because the pool area is amazing, the location is good.

This resort despite its rating fell short of our expectations. We appreciated that our room was dark and quiet. The front desk was helpful in arranging taxis for our ventures to the town of Iguazu and the falls.
The downside: Our room was on the ground floor overlooking the natural area. It was damp and very musty smelling. Upon departure, black mold was discovered in one of the drawers. The mini fridge did not work. We told the front desk three times. Their response was “We know”. No effort was made to fix or replace it. The servers in the restaurants, particularly the breakfast and tiki bar were very unenthusiastic and almost seemed to make an effort to avoid serving their guests. Very few looked as if they were having a good day or enjoying their work. We were disappointed that this hotel did not provide drinking water outside of the 2 small bottles a day. A resort with ratings and prices like this one should at least include sufficient drinking water instead of overcharging.

The property is very large with buildings quite a ways from the main building. After our first night we asked if there was a map we could have to find our way around. You must drink bottled water but the resort only provides 2 small bottles a day. They need to have a self fill station in the lobby for people who carry reusables bottles.

This was a beautiful property with the jungle around you and suspension bridges. The staff was so helpful to coorinate taxis. Breakfast was included and there were a few pools available to use. Note that all tips need to be in cash and there is no atm on property and the tiki bar and pool near the river is at least 20 to 30 min walk on property do was too far for me to go to. Overall great place.

We spent a night at the hotel while we were in Iguazu. Highly recommend it. The servive was excellent and they were very generous about a late checkout. Rooms were beautiful and clean. The location was a little off the main road but right in the middle of the rain forest. Food was great. No complaints.

The ambiance of this property was serene and peaceful. Very aesthetically pleasing. Hotel is impecable, it feels that you are in the jungle with all the luxury of a five stat hotel. Beautiful grounds, suspended bridges connect buildings, amazing vegetation and amenities. Excellent customer service and restaurant.
