We arrived early in the morning, The staff allowed us to have their breakfast even though we were not technically checked in yet. We in return also order extra. The receptionist also lended us a bottle of mosquito repellent after i told them that we didn't have one with us and we were going to visit the bird park.

The pool is great too!

The hotel location offers beautiful views of the three countries. There are several restaurants overlooking the rivers close to the Tres Fronteras that are easy to walk to. The room was comfortable but a bit beat up in places. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Stay on the whole for a short work-related trip was fine, pool area attractive, open concept lobby and dining a plus, evening service in restaurant warm/friendly. My only real gripe would be the fact guests are unable to access an iron and ironing board. This was very inconvenient as I arrived late on a Monday and could not even iron a shirt post-travel for a meeting the following morning. While a laundry service is offered, it's pricing and delivery times are ludicrous by any standard. $25.000ARS and 24 to 36-hour wait time to iron a shirt, which I could do in my room in 5 minutes and might need early the following day for business meeting? $50.000ARS if I want same-day delivery? To iron a shirt that may only be worth $100.000ARS itself? This math is simply a non-starter for even the most affluent of guests. Guests should at least be able to access an iron and ironing board from Housekeeping in their room when they need something straightforward and timely like a shirt for the following morning. I ended up having to wear a less wrinkled polo shirt under a suit jacket for 2 days straight owing to a refusal on principle to pay such costs over and above my accommodation. I would stay here again but this is unfortunately an easily corrected irritant for some guests, which I expect would have no real bearing on the hotel's bottomline. All the best.

We had a great experience here! We were able to leave our bags at the hotel before check-in and run to the port for the last dinner cruise of the evening. The clerk kept our bags safe until late in the evening when we got back and checked-in. The rooms were great with amazing views of the 3 borders, breakfast had a great selection of food including local offerings and on check-out we were allowed an extra hour to get our things together because we were running late. Overall it has amazing views inside and out, even the views from the gym are impressive while you work out. We highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Puerto Iguazu.

Al momento de llegar no funcionaban las luces de cabecera de ninguna de las 2 camas y el bidet perdía toda el agua por la base y de inundó todo el baño. Hice el reclamo y lo solucionaron rápido. Al día siguiente se tapó el inodoro (aclaro que no usamos papel), y tambien lo solucionaro . Al tercer día dejaton de funcionar nuevamente las luces pero no volví a realizar el reclamo. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que la canilla de la pileta del baño desemboca en el borde alto de la bacha, por lo cual no entran las manos ni siquiera para lavarse las manos. En cuanto a la atención de todo el personal fue excelente, muy atentos, simpáticos y serviciales. Relación precio calidad me pareció demasumiado caro, ya que estuve dias anteriores en otro hotel y me pareció de mucha mas calidad, habitaciones excelentes (2 camas individuales de 2 plazas, y en éste hotel de 1 plaza e incómodas)

El hotel está a pasos del Hito de las tres Fronteras. Los cuartos están muy bien preparados y decorados. Cuentan con restaurantes, barra, piscina y otros. Tienen unos pisos en remodelación, pero el ruido culmina a una hora prudente. La puerta de la habitación no cerraba en su totalidad.

4 nights in Puerto Iguazú

The breakfast buffet was just ok but it was fast and included into the room price. The caiparinas and mojitos at the bar were strong.
The room had great water pressure. The conditions of the room were notably good however the WiFi signal couldn’t pass through the thick wall so no Netflix or YouTube or any channels were available. The TV was just an ornament. We didn’t find that out until the night after we checked in so we just accepted it as we didn’t want to move to another room. They don’t have a concierge but they can arrange tours with a private driver.

The hotel has a nice swimming pool that was open. The jacuzzi appeared to be under repair, as it was not filled with water when I was there. I found the service to be good, and I found it easy to get help from the front desk staff for information about the Falls, or places to eat in Puerto Iguassu. Overall, it was a nice hotel to stay at for a couple of nights.

The facilities of the hotel are outdated. The toilet door has cracks and stains are around the bathtub. The access key cards have problems. There is no coffee maker or electric kettle in the room. The complimentary water is only on the first day. The staff are friendly and helpful.

There’s no way this hotel is 5 stars. It’s very outdated and hot. AC is not strong enough in common area. Our room had a great view , but the carpet gotta go. It’s filthy!!!! I’m glad we had slippers. The bathroom seems renovated, but the sink faucet only has hot water ! Pool was great. Buffer breakfast was a joke. All carbs and fruits. No egg station and will charge for especially coffee. There are Gnats on the display fruit which has a rotten eggplant in it. No one cares. I told a waiter he just shook his hands over them to fly away !!!!
Very close to “ Rio Uruguay” the bus to airport or falls. Walking distance to city center and food. Make sure taxis don’t scam you!!! The hotel is going under renovation so hopefully will be a 5 star soon. But no way right now. No water station or coffee in common area.

The hotel is not what you see or what they offer. The rooms are so old and in bad conditions, no Internet connection inside rooms, we asked for baby bed and the never provided, no late check out and the check out is at 11:00 am the gym is so small and old, restaurant +/-… frankly it’s a 3 stars hotel and not 5.

From Start to finish the stay was well managed.. Reception was especially amazing!
I would love to have spent longer there.
The only point i would make on the marketing ( maybe just me!!) is that I never realised it was on the Argentinian side - I am now extremely happy for the mistake as it is definitely the better side to experience the thunder of the water!!

We missed the first night because of a flight delayed tried to call to secure the room for early morning… nothing. Expedia did it for us but it was still hard to convince them that we had paid for the room and had a right to it. Once we managed that, everything else went extremely smoothly. They were polite, the room , pool and lobby were great and breakfast was pretty ok too.

Glorious view of the borders of 3 countries.Very airy architechtural design with views everywhere. It is also an ecologically in-tune facility. Kind and caring staff. Great spa. Had wonderful massages there. Grounds are clean but could use a little fixing up. To be honest and fair, their busiest season just ended and repairs were in
Progress. The owners truly care about making a winderful environment for their guests. The pool was lovely. Breakfast buffet was good with fruit and baked goods. The eggs were runny and the sausages salty. Dinner was fairly good. Not fabulous, but convenient and artistically displayed. Fish was very over cooked and very salty. Iverall , we give this resort 2 thumbs up!

Nice Stay Okay Pool Area

I read some reviews from people that were not happy with this hotel. I think if you are thinking of this hotel similar to a Cancun resort type hotel you may be disappointed. The pool area is not as well kept as you you find at a nice resort. That said we didn't have those expectations and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and dinner we had were good. The rooms were of decent size and beds were comfortable. I liked the location over looking the rivers that separated Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina. The staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if we come back to the area, just don't have high expectations for the pool area.

We had a river view room, and the view was amazing with 3 countries converging at the rivers. It was about 1 km from the town center, but it was safe to walk and taxis are abundant. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the rooftop bar has a nice view. The only complaint in our room was that the shower doors did not close properly and the water always leaked to the bathroom floor.

This hotel has the worst reception I have ever seen.They were very rude and lazy while there was a ling line, only one person was working and the other person preferred to sit on a coach at distance and play with his phone.There was no air conditioning in the lobby so everyone was sweating like hell.The air conditioning in rooms was not working properly which made sleeping at night very difficult.I am not sure how this hotel is advertised as a high ranking establishment.

Really nice hotel with lots of facilities and lovely common areas.
Location is a bit out of the way being 1km from the city center.
Nice Buffett breakfast every morning with a good selection of items. They also have a nice restaurant with good prices compared to those at the city center.
Rooms are quite large and well equipped and the bathroom is great.
I will definitely come back.

The place is clean, helpful. They didn’t know that at the Falls they accept AMEX card and also there are ATMs near the ticket counter at the Falls. On the other hand the staff suggested a catamaran tour from the nearby river which was excellent. We saw all three countries, Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay in a two tour hour ride starting at 17:00 hours.

It is a nice stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is a bit limited in choice but lunch and dinner dishes are tasty and good. Bus stop is just around the corner near the turnaround from where you can take the bus directly to Iguazu Fall (Argentina side) for 130 peso (2019 fare) or to city centre for 25 peso (2019 fare). Taxi from Iguazu airport to hotel is 700 peso.

I loved the pool area and it's view...but the rooms are very noisy at night...you can hear music and cars all night long...even fireworks. Apparently, since I complained and moved rooms, still hearing young drivers with their radios blaring, the young people hang out down the street and police don't do anything about the music or activity even late at night

It is a nice hotel with a very nice view of 3 countries from the balcony of our room. The view gets better when you go the viewing deck, however the viewing deck needs to be upgraded and also be serviced by one of the bars for drinks.

Perfect for relaxation. Hotel has outdoor pool and indoor heated pool. Nice location with an amazing view. The hotel has excellent options for dinner with reasonable prices, guests don't need to go out and find other places to eat. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and the ones on the river side offers great view of sunset.

Great Location Near Tres Fronteras

If you want to have a view of the triple junction of Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay, this place is perfect. The viewpoint is a block away, and you can see it from some of the rooms as well. The facility is immaculate and the staff is great. My only negative is that the restaurant menu is somewhat bland and unexciting. But the town is walkable for more restaurant options. I'd stay again.

The water in the jacuzzi as well as the pool was turbulant and seemed unfiltered. There was mud on the floor of the pool so I came out of the pool as soon as I went in. But it's location is super overlooking them junction of Iguasdu and Parana Rivers.

Expensive for what it was, but helpful staff

Breakfast was poor
We bought a take away in town and brought it back to the hotel, only to be told that food was not permitted in the hotel
Front desk staff were very helpful arranging taxis etc, especially for a trip to Brazil but the hotel felt expensive for what it was

Great location in Puerto Iguazu

Good location in Puerto Iguazu with a direct bus to Iguazu Falls. Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet included. We were upgraded at no cost to a river view room which was overlooking the joining of the Parana river and the Iguazu river. From our window you could see Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina! Unfortunately, there was very loud music playing most of the night at a dance bar down the street.

Restaurant a Tasty Surprise

The architecture of the hotel was really bright featuring an open centre space with rafters, glass elevators, and a spiral staircase. Rooms were clean but bathroom was a bit cramped. The desk staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The restaurant was a tasty surprise - the mushroom pasta was delicious with fresh parsley and garlic and the ribs were tender and flavorful. The gym really needs to be updated and the spa was inexpensive but difficult to book.
