Our apartment had the best terrace in town overlooking the main square and just a handful of steps from the medieval old town.
The quadruple room had a pullout sofa bed which we made in less than two minutes.
Kitchen, bathroom and overall cleanliness was flawless.
Only hassle was that check in was at the hotel property about a hundred steps away, but very minor inconvenience.
Plenty of eateries around and parking by the city only a few blocks away was easy if you're driving.

There were three of us in a one bedroom apartment with sofa bed. Large, comfortable and clean with a large kitchen. We overlooked the the main square and it was great to watch every one going by. There is a parking garage close to the property , but were were fortunate enough to find a free park on the street about 350 m from the property. The old town is literally on your doorstep.

Perfect place. Really great.
I stayed in the one bedroom apartment. It was awesome. Right by the hotel, and your little patio sits above the central plaza. The place had everything I needed, like laundry, dishes, big fridge, etc. The bedoom is a few stairs below the main living area and I slept great. It was away from any noise. It was pretty big too and felt like I could have stayed for a month. Staff were really nice. I didn't need room service but the chambermaid was really helpful and took my recycle and politely suffered me for Spanish tips. There is a Carrefour Express and other shops about one minute up the laneway too...everything is right there. 10/10.

We parked at Obispo Galarzo parking garage and it was a short walk that even with suitcases was fine.
This is what you should put in Google maps of arriving by car as the area around the hotel is not reachable by car.
The checkin itself is not the room but very close by.

no elevator, narrow stairs, nice apartment although very narrow and not really usefull for more than a couple as extra people need to sleep in the living room on a sofa + there's a folding bad. The location is amazing although not easily accessible by car and the parking place is 10 minutes walk.

Habíamos reservado un apartamento cuyas fotografías nos indicaban que era un apartamento luminoso, limpio, bonito pero cuando llegamos a la recepción nos dieron una llave y nos mandaron a un edificio contiguo, viejo y en un segundo piso sin ascensor, con un aspecto poco agradable. La puerta del apartamento rayada y con la cerradura estropeada que impedía cerrar con llave y al entrar un apartamento muy raro, largo y estrecho, paredes sucias n baño pequeño y poco cuidado y en general con un aspecto que nada tenía que ver con las fotos. Eso sí, la ubicación muy buena, en plena plaza mayor.
Nos hemos sentido estafados y hemos puesto una reclamación en consumo.
