Well as always this hotel ticks all the boxes, you stay here because it’s 30 seconds from the terminal, that’s the main reason we always do. Not the cheapest going round but all about convenience, they do include a buffet breakfast these days which was good, this was the first time we were not on a flight that was to early for breakfast, also the prices seem to be a bit cheaper than what they were the last time we stayed. As previous times, comfortable, clean, good staff ideal hotel with terminal carpark also 40 or 50metres away why stay anywhere else trying to deal with shuttles or taxis.

Breakfast buffet items ran out and what was there had gone cold. Rather uninspiring fruit on offer and was rather hard and under ripe. There was no decaf coffee in dining room or bedroom. Bedroom was good size and beds comfortable but room lighting inadequate. The only decent light was the bathroom.

Air conditioning in my first allocated room was louder than sleeping on the tarmac. Evident it was a known problem in several rooms and management are not seeing it as a priority to address. I feel sorry for the staff having to repeatably handle complaints about it. New room much better. Although had a tremendous amount of hair from someone’s shaver eeww. I only stay here if I have a red eye departure. Next time might rather stay Glenelg and taxi after this experience.

Very convenient for early morning airport travel, which was exactly our situation. The airport is just a 2-minute walk directly from the hotel without needing to go outside. Since we left before breakfast, the hotel kindly provided a small takeaway breakfast box with pastries, fruit, and juice, which was a thoughtful touch.

The staff were super helpful. I had an eye issue after traveling so far. He gave me an eye wash from the first aid kit at 3:30 a.m. Much appreciated. Then I needed to make a local call later in the morning with my out-of-country phone and another fellow helped me with my cellphone.
The breakfast was superb and the beds super comfortable to boot. Truly attached to the airport, making our connections much easier.

What a gem.
The Atura has a real vibe and what we walked into in the foyer was a real surprise.
It's a really casual and cool open plan ground floor plan with self serve check-in if you want it, great crew on the front desk, a bar, restaurant, pool table and a real atmosphere with so many travellers.
Needless to say the say the location for an early flight out the next day is awesome with a 50m walk to the airport building !!

In saying all this, the location perfect for the airport if needing to be here for a quick overnight stay between flights.

I walked in and there is no reception desk, just computer screens mounted facing you where you check yourself in. A staff member did arrive to help me log in etc. The latest fashion in decorating rooms seemed to have been used here.... subdued lighting ( actually quite dim even with all the lamps on), concrete walls instead of plaster walls, covered by a curtain. You pull the curtain back expecting a window and it's just a concrete wall. Someone had set the clock on the TV screen to turn it on at full volume at 11.30pm which scared me and woke me up. Took a while to register what was happening. The screen also welcomed the previous tenant to my room which eventually updated I think the next morning. The Shower was good, bathroom amenities also good. Bed comfortable. No butler's stand to perch the suitcase on, so used the couch. Room temp set at 23 degrees which I turned down and eventually off as it was too hot to sleep in. The main benefit was proximity to checking in at the airport, the entrance to departures was next to the front door externally.
The staff at breakfast were standing chatting so I asked them to refill the scrambled egg dish so I could have some. I then went back to them again and asked them to put a spoon in the yoghurt bowl as there was none. Would be a good idea if they checked all dishes for cutlery when they came on duty.

Room service staff phone manner could do with some work, as could the food which was very average. We were not impressed to be woken at 11.45am by our TV turning on loudly, then again 5 mins later especially when we had to be up at 3.30am for a flight!

Great hotel for an early flight. Food is good and fresh and the restaurant ambience is great. Rooms are pretty well equipped however I found the pillows too firm and full causing sleep issues. I also didn’t have milk for tea but minor issues.

Great location for a quick turnaround in the airport. They kept our luggage while we went to Kangaroo Island for three nights, which was a big savings compared to taking all of our luggage or putting it in lockers. Two areas of improvement: there should have been two towels in the room and we did not like the computerized check-in and checkout. For that price you deserve service.

Location is handy for a quick overnight stopover. Ventilation was very noisy and no hanging space in cupboard for any long items, 3 coat hangers for shirts only. Did have ironboard and iron which was a plus. Lobby was very crowded, noisy as it was part of bar/restaurant, but then, online check-in is apparently the correct way to do things here. I used the very friendly staff instead.
