All the staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. Tarvi/ Tanvi (not sure of spelling sorry) particularly stood out in helping me navigate checkout & getting back to my car with my luggage as well as my baby in a pram. She really went the extra mile for me & was so kind & patient.

Large comfortable apartment, great kitchen facilities washer, dryer and dishwasher, needs basics like foil, kitchen roll, salt and pepper. Be better if they could leave enough toiletries and coffee capsules for the amount of time you will be there instead of having to go down to cafe and ask each day. Great location in Adelaide city and some eateries on your doorstep. Cafe underneath was a nice vibe, cocktails and happy hour were also good. The young guy who checked us in was going on vacation the next day forgotten name but he was very efficient. Upgraded to a one bed instead of a studio which was lovely, I had asked for a bright room with a nice view as we like to sit outside on balcony but the room was opposite to this, it was overlooking the south tower in an internal courtyard so not a nice view but we didn’t like that the room was very dark, we had to keep lights on all the time, so didn’t sit out or cook there because of this, would have preferred if we had been told before the upgrade that apartment would be in the courtyard. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and good value in the great city of Adelaide.

Not bad. It had everything in the apartment but in need of a good clean. Water damage to the flooring needs fixing. Garage facilities were good. 15 minute walk to central shopping district. Hard to park in the city. Overall we did enjoy our stay in Adelaide.

We had a late night unexpected booking after Realm Cllix rudely cancelled our booking with them. Reception was friendly, very helpful and efficient with organising a room for us. Much appreciated. Rooms good size, quiet area, easy parking out the front. We will stay again.

Full marks for facilities, location & staff

Very comfortable stay in a one bedroom, non-serviced apartment for five nights. Great room amenities with fully equipped kitchen including a full size fridge, microwave, coffee pod machine and plenty of plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. The separate laundry room provided the essentials. The modern bathroom was clean with a rainfall shower head. The sitting area had plenty of space for two people though an armchair in addition to the two seater couch would have been appreciated. Other facilities included a good sized dining table and a useful desk in the living area. Importantly the king size bed was extremely comfortable and the excellent climate control provided the right temperature setting for comfortable sleeping. The bedroom had plenty of space, good lighting and a double wardrobe with shelving. There was plenty of natural light though this is not an apartment with a view - it looks directly out to another apartment building!
The location worked well for us - easy walking distance to Adelaide Central Market and Chinatown and a bit longer walk to Rundle Mall. There are plenty of public transport options nearby and we found the bus service excellent for trips within the city and longer trips to suburbs in the north and the south. The well stocked, bright, well organised IGA next door was really convenient.
Communication with the hotel was excellent, late night checkin quick and easy and the building security great. Staff were professional, efficient, friendly & cheerful.

The room we were given had a terrible odor.
It smelt like sewage in every corner of the room.
Staff was not very accommodating and had to insist on having our room changed.
The condition of the apartment was also subpar with floorboard peeling and just a general need for maintenance. The room felt dated and overpriced for what we received.

Stayed for a few nights with my partner on our trip to Adelaide. Room was very large and spacious! Unfortunately we didn't have much of a view, but it was nice to have a balcony to eat breakfast on in the mornings. Staff were great and very helpful. Location was fine for us as I am from Adelaide originally and know my way around, but it could feel a bit spaced out for someone who has never been to Adelaide before. Pool was great, gym was great, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Also originally we got a bad room, not only not what we booked but really bad, with dripping noise, almost no kitchen bench top etc…

Should have more attention to other reviews - smell in the corridors, dirty and stained couch, dead fly stuck to the print on the wall, and tiny double bed. Room not like what’s pictured (bed not near the big window). Good bits - the shower, balcony (although views from lower floor not great) and IGA next door.

Spacious apartment in terms of lounge and kitchen abd bathroom. Small bedroom. Amazing included breakfast. Could have done with extra towels, toilet paper etc since we were staying for 5 nights. Housekeeping wasn't included but extra supplies would have been good because of this. Nice pool. Good location. Great gaving an IGA downstairs.

The one and only issue is the efficiency of the reception desk. It is tight on space and only ever has one person on and it feels like they take a long time on any task. I had to go down three times to ask to get my room serviced which was very frustrating. Overall fantastic accommodation and I will definitely stay again but they need to slicked up the check in and support services

Was given a 1 bedroom in the other tower so had to go via 2 separate lifts to gain access to the room. Saturday night pub next door had music until 2am which was disappointing as requested a quiet room. Pool and cafe were good and staff were friendly.

Really happy with our stay at Avani. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Check in was easy, as was check out. The location was walkable to the cbd and all of the things we had planned, and also easy to get to from the airport. We'll definitely look to stay here again when we return to Adelaide

Good things were location, facilities within the building and helpfulness of staff. HOWEVER Despite the generous size on paper, much of the space in our 2 bedroom apartment was taken up by the study and the laundry. The bedrooms were cramped. In the ensuite, the door of the bedroom covered most of the entry into the bathroom. In the other bedroom, we couldn't use the drawer space in the wardrobe due to the bedside table being up against the sliding door. The bench space around the vanity basin was too small for toiletries, make-up etc and we had to put many things on the desk in the study. There was a 2 seat lounge despite the room being for 4 people. The microwave didn't work, one of the hairdryers didn't work and we had to call reception for instructions how to get to the sauna and operate the TV remote. No information in the room. The increase in room rate for the weekend (50%) was over the top and not clear at the time we booked unless you read the breakdown of the account. Not value for money. Will look elsewhere for our next visit

Convenient Access and Comfortable Apartment

This hotel/apartment is on the edge of downtown. It's 20 stories tall with several additional buildings behind it. Some units appear to be Air B&,B others by Avanti. A bar & small, very limited cafe adjoin the lobby open 7 AM to 8 PM many nights.

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. There was a small patio with table. There were Bosch appliances. A counter microwave, full size oven a d 4 burner gas cook top. There was a moderate size separate Bosch washer and dryer with a real perma press cycle. The bathroom was very nice but counter space was limited but there's a cabinet which could hold lots.

My only complaint was that the AC didn't work for both cooling and heating. We like a colder bedroom when we sleep but want it warmer during the day. Apparently because temps were so mild, the building system was off to save evergy. Also the secondary door lock didn't work and the safe had been locked open and not reset.

A mini supermarket is right next door.

The heating does not work very well. It took 4 hrs to heat the room from 16 degrees to 21 degrees. The room was very cold. The TV in living area does not work, we even changed the remote batteries but it still did not work.

The TV in my room didnt work. Tried to call reception but room phone didnt work, so called from my mobile. Waited 45 mins for someone to come to deal with it: no one arrived. Asked to move to a new room as there was something I wanted to watch on TV: in the new room the WiFi didnt work! Eventually started working about an hour later.
Very bright lights in living area: either on or off: no way to set lights low. Shortage of power points: a table to work at but no power point in the vicinity to plug in laptop.

Easy to park, convenient, spacious, clean apartment, Unfortunately being a two tower apartment [and booking late] we did not use the balcony as the view was into the laundry items and balconies of private residences on the other side. When booking need to ensure a room on the North side of North Toer or South side of South Tower. Staff and Cafe/Restaurant facilities were excellent. Will stay again booking a room with a better view and hopefully a more comfortable couch.

The apartments were new, fresh and spacious - great views from the upper floors. Out of the hustle and bustle but still easy to walk to anywhere in the CBD and close to the Central Markets. Reception staff very polite and as our Foxtel was not working and could not be fixed we were presented with a bottle of wine and a free breakfast. Cafe in the foyer. Very happy with our stay

Relaxed holiday in Adelaide

Our experience initially was not too good but then one of the staff, Merissa, was so lovely and attentive with her service, that she turned everything around.
We went from not being happy with some issues we found to being converts and feeling looked after, so much so that we booked another night’s accommodation there following an overnight trip to the Barossa. With good, helpful, service with a smile, issues can generally be overcome!
The cafe, Edesia, was good too. However, Merissa really made the difference. Thank you so much Merissa! 😃

Comfortable apartment in a great location. Residents of the building don’t seem to like people using the apartments for holidays or short stays though. Aircon won’t stay on longer than 3 hours without restarting it so can get hot through the night but would definitely stay again

Great Apartment Hotel!
Off street parking available, however if you have a larger vehicle don’t bother. Thankfully we arrived in a smaller vehicle. The apartment was clean and we had a great view from the 12th floor looking south. Nice quiet area of the city! 15 minute walk to Rundle mall.

The facilities overall were exceptional with the gym, pool, library and movie room all being 10/10 the only 2 negative things we would have to say is the lounge was extremely uncomfortable and small for 2 people and made down time a bit off putting sitting on the lounge considering some times you just want to chill / relax. Missed having a bath or spa to sit in. Customer service at the facility was again exceptional however via email poor and took follow up emails
