I stayed for 4 nights. It would have been good to have a clean teatowel part way through, a dish drainer and a scrubber for tea stains on the mugs etc. One of the wardrobe doors in the bedroom was very hard to open and close. Staff were very helpful and it was good to have a laundry. A fee was charged after check out and I would appreciate what it was for.

Check in was below average, information was lacking, Room came with a free bottle of wine which turned out to be a 1/2 bottle, we checked in on a Sunday for 2 nights and found the room wasn’t cleaned or made up on Sundays or public holidays. Probably the worst part was the attitude of the manager about our issues when checking out. Can’t believe the review rating was so high.
The room was out dated needing some serious help, the balcony was extremely small and tired just room for a Bunnings 20 year old table and chair’s.

Hotel room is outdated, and the standard of cleanliness could definitely improve. It was also a bit noisy with music and noises coming from the main road, especially on a weekend. But the location is very convenient near Rundle mall and public transport. Staff were also friendly and polite.

Clean room only plus. Had to chase toilet paper, tissues, milk and tea towels. Harassed about car park payment when no car park was booked (confirmed no car park was required 48-72 hrs before arrival). And incompetent staff repeatedly requested bond payment after payment was made. Will not stay again.

We ended up not staying for any of our planned four nights stay and sought alternate accommodations. While many aspects of the property appeared quite fine, we were unable to stay in our unit due to accessibility issues and as the property was fully booked, we could not be accommodated elsewhere.

Primarily, we were not aware in booking a 'loft suite' that the bedroom would be up a very steep set of spiral stairs and that the bathroom was on the lower level (not the same level as the bedroom). Regular stairs would have been quite manageable but we could not navigate the steep spiral stairs (particularly with luggage or in the middle of the night when needing a washroom visit).

The property was very gracious in refunding us for three of our four night stay when we left an hour after check-in, as I'm not sure they were legally required to do so with the terms of our booking.

I would also note that the unit did not have laundry (common laundry room was available at a cost) and there was no coffee making facility other than a kettle.

We had 4 nights in a Miller standard appartment. It had a kitchenette with everything needed (except no coffee plunger). There was a washing machine and dryer we weren't expecting. The bed was comfortable and rooms were clean. Air conditioner worked well and our appartment was quiet as we were at the back of the building so didn't hear street noise. Very central position so easy to walk or take trams. Recommended

Spacious room with seperate living and bedroom. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The Hotel is in a great location surrounded by cafe’s restaurant and fast food outlets as well as a two minute walk to a major shopping mall and a short walk to Adelaide Oval. The on-site parking is small and tight but very convenient. Overalls very nice stay with no negatives.

Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The location was so good with the tram and railway stations only minutes walk and the area is loaded with cafes, restaurants and fast food outlets. The major mall and shopping centres are also two minutes walk away. We utilised their on-site parking, which was convenient and same price as surrounding public carpark, however the parking spaces were very tight. Overall we were extremely happy with everything about our stay.

Easy walking distance to everything and the tram is right there for your convenience as well.
We had parking beneath the building and when family came and stayed Millers have an agreement with Wilson’s next door for hassle free parking.

The apartment itself is okayish. The rooms were not well cleaned, there was rubbish left from the previous guest and the floor hasn’t been vacuumed properly. The worst part is the road noise and the people on the street. Sports cars super loud driving around every night. Music up to 4 am from pubs and karaoke. So many junkies on the street, it’s definitely not a family friendly area. Will never stay again.

I wouldn’t give one star if there is a zero star option. Room was very dirty and smelly. There was lots of mould in the fridge. The balcony (if it can be called as a balcony) is facing a no through lane way with large rubbish bins which are sending the disgusting smell up to the room. That balcony glass door was very dirty and murky and that is the only open for nature light for the whole 2-bedroom apartment.

The apartment is centrally located for all amenities. Lots of great restaurants in easy walking distance. Shops very close too. It is quite noisy sitting on balcony as many bars and restaurants outside in Hindley Street. We liked being in the heart of the city. When door to appt closed it is quiet in the room. Good air conditioning. Lovely helpful staff. Washing machine and tumble drier very useful. Ice available too. Great shower. Would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Miller Apartments Adelaide. The staff were absolutely fantastic — welcoming, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay.

The apartment itself was exceptional: spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home.

The location is perfect — so close to everything Adelaide has to offer, which made getting around effortless.

We chose Miller Apartments for our trip to Adelaide to attend the Metallica Concert, needing a centrally located stay near Adelaide Oval. The location was truly ideal. It's close to everything you need on Hindley Street and only an easy ten minute walk to the Oval.

Check in was easy and efficient. We had a rental car and the directions to the parking garage were clear. Just a note of caution: the garage is very tight and has limited spaces (first come, first served). Anyone with a large SUV should be extra careful navigating the entry or look for alternative parking.

Our first floor room (accessible via stairs or elevator) was clean and perfectly sufficient for our short stay, though it felt a little small. The bedroom layout is slightly awkward, as the inward opening door creates a small blockage near the bed that makes the space feel tighter. Despite that, I must admit the bed was extremely comfortable. I suffer from back and neck issues, and I was pleasantly surprised—it was soft yet cozy and I slept well.

We were not affected by outside street noise, which was a real plus given the location (I do wear ear plugs, but the room itself was surprisingly quiet). We only noticed minor hallway noise when other guests were passing. Overall, the staff were polite and helpful, and the building felt very secure as it is locked after hours and requires a security fob for access.

Overall, we had a very good experience and a smooth stay for our few days in Adelaide. Thank you.

Hello, First time staying at this Property. Check in was friendly and was given the run down. The room was a great size, The bed was excellent and the shower was Awesome. Very handy location to the Mall and transport. Also ny flight was delayed i asked for a late check- out and no issues there. My only issue is next time having a room at back of property, As i am a light sleeper and was a little loud .Property was good value, Staff were great.

Great location being close to Adelaide’s CBD, walking distance to the Adelaide oval and Museum & Art Gallery. Unfortunately very poor environment considerations - no recycling bins (none in the room); still using single use small toiletry containers when most hotels are using large wall mounted refillable containers, single pouched dish washing liquid when refillable containers would be better. Although we hung up our towels they were still replaced - yet there is a sign saying only leave on floor if you want new ones. Provide a microwave/convection oven but no microwave cookware. Provide 2 coffee sachets! Fridge/freezer is full size so good. Apartments can be noisy being close to night spots. We couldn’t open the bedroom door fully until we shifted the bed!

Reception staff were very polite and helpful. The apartment was clean and well set out. Housekeeping came every day and made my bed, replaced used towels and took away any rubbish.
The property is very close to Rundle Mall as well as the free tram service and Adelaide railway station.
There are plenty of dining options nearby.
