Breakfast was ok. Would have loved to see waffles or pancakes or other hot items. Parking was sufficient.

Room was old and small. With the amount of furniture in the room, it was difficult to move around. We stayed on the second floor. The floor was soft in some areas and it creaked loudly as we walked around the bathroom. Bathroom fixtures were outdated and the ventilation fan was really loud. Carpets smelled bad as well.

I have been going to Ruby's for decades. They are still okay, but have been slowly been going downhill...becoming more procedural/impersonal, and less interesting/enjoyable. The Bryce View complex is just an over expansion of a once good model. It is clean and well maintained, but crowded and sterile. Breakfast at Ebenezer's is decent enough, but certainly not like the real Ruby's. The notices about the $5 \"amenity fee\" are weasely and annoying: if the price needs to go up, so be it, that is the new price....calling it a mandatory amenity fee with obsequious language doesn't make it better. Prices keep going up, but the value proposition keeps going down.

We enjoyed our brief stay. Right at the entrance to Bryce Canyon. Room and bathroom were clean. Nice large counter in the bathroom! Mattress was ok. Several pillows to choose from. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again and would nightly recommend. Only recommendation…. Ditch the carpet and put down laminate as so many other places have done.

The staff were really friendly and the rooms were clean. Overall a much older property though. While we had no major problems, the bathroom door wouldn’t close easily and the floor was very creaky to walk on. I felt bad for the people below us.

The room was adequate. The bathroom was very clean. The chairs and table in the room had sticky spots left on them. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning unit was quieter than most. The continental breakfast that is included was disappointing. The powdered eggs were over cooked and hardly edible and the sausage links were adequate. They also served muffins, bagels, bread,cereal,yogurt,coffee,tea,and juice.

It was clean but very dated. Breakfast the first day was half a block away. The second day it was at least on the property. Our room smelled like cigarettes. We left one day early because the febreeze they gave us didn’t help. No refund or discount.

Checkin lady was kind off curt, could use some training on treating guests with respect. Check out lady was kind and nice. Overall great 2 star hotel, which meets your needs. Free continental breakfast was the best we have had. Breakfast better than 3 star properties.

I wanted to love this place given its proximity to Bryce Canyon, but the Bryce View Lodge left a lot to be desired — especially for what they’re charging.
The room was small, dated, and had a noticeable musty smell that made it feel like nothing had been updated in decades. The beds were advertised as queens but felt more like fulls — not exactly restful after a long day on the road. Comfort was not a priority here.
Breakfast is served in an adjacent dining hall that has a serious time-warp quality to it — and not in a charming, retro way. The food matched the atmosphere: uninspiring at best.
The real kicker? A resort fee tacked onto the bill for amenities that were either nonexistent or closed for the season. Paying extra for nothing is a hard pill to swallow when the base rate is already steep for the quality you’re getting.
If you’re visiting Bryce Canyon, I’d suggest exploring other lodging options nearby. This one doesn’t deliver on its promises.

We drove here from Zion & just needed one night to do Bryce Canyon the next day. The location was perfect with restaurant/shopping options close by. Also, 5-6 minutes drive from the park entrance (booth). Rooms were clean & had everything you needed. We were pleased with the hot breakfast too. Perfect for a short stay.

Our room had a squeaky floor in front of the vanity, probably from a leak. Shower water didn't stay constant temperature, it would go from temp i set to ice cold and when i adjusted a tiny amout, it would get extremely hot. Room was clwan and breakfast was decent

Close proximity to national Park. On site breakfast, very very basic. Rooms were equally basic, not danger or dirty, but very small, limited counter/dresser/desk/table space. Beds were very soft, uncomfortably so. Pillows were like marshmallows, equally uncomfortable. Feels like a few updates could be beneficial to the property. Surrounding properties looked a little bit better. Properties and tropic were 13 minutes away and cute.

The room smelled so strongly of the cleaning solution we had to leave the door & window open for a long time and keep the fan on most of the night. We had to leave early so bought something for breakfast. In the morning we discovered the fridge seal wasn't keeping things cold so the food wasn't safe. The area seems to all be owned by the same company. Hotel breakfast was not at the hotel, but across the road. I would not recommend this place.

When I checked in they couldn't get my reservation to work, then they gave me a room that was occupied and I walked in on a man and scared him to death. It would be nice to be compensated in some way, even like a future stay from the property.

We arrived around 10:30 p.m. and the hotel office was closed. We called the number on our reservation and there was no answer. We called the main number for another Ruby property and were told to check in at the hotel next door. They were helpful and we got to our room.

Breakfast is served off property at a third Ruby hotel, across the busy street. Who wants to do that? Because everyone had to get in their cars to go to breakfast. The parking lot noise in the morning was very loud and woke us up. The parking lot is right outside your rooms, especially on the 1st floor. Maybe 10 steps from the hotel room to the parking lot.

They had a sign in the bathroom that said unlimted hot water brought to you by propane. The hot water lasted maybe 5 minutes. Maybe. We would not stay here again but would probably stay at one of the other Ruby properties. They looked nicer.

This was a nice older hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Some confusion on check in because the building we were supposed to stay in wasn’t open and there was no clear signage to tell us where to go, but we eventually figured it out. Overall a good experience.

The park is right down the road. There's no airport shuttle because there's no airport except for a small one for private planes. Our room was so so. The cleaning lady knocked on our door before 9a.m. and then there were cleaning carpets in the room next door at about the same time. It was loud and sleeping in was impossible.

Bryce View Lodge was an affordable option to stay on the Ruby's Inn property. It was clean, and convenient to eat a free breakfast at the onsite breakfast buffet. Bryce Canyon NP was less than a 10 minute drive from Lodge to Fairyland Loop Trail. We would recommend staying here for an affordable no frills option, to be super close to the the park!
