Two bedroom townhouse was good. However, bedding on one bed had long black hairs on sheets and pillows. House could use minor updating but for the price it was fine.

Room was clean if you don’t look under the bed. We lost a toy and fished it from under the bed totally dusty.
One bed was falling apart, the side near legs was dangerously leaning over. Mattress was loud and bumpy. All doors creaked - if one of the family members was going to the bathroom during the night, everyone was going to wake up! 😂
Internet was spotty, so everyone had a withdrawal symptoms 😁
I’m giving 4 stars for the location and the fair price.

The room was dirty. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on and squeaked loudly with any movement (I’m 140 lbs). The cleaning crew came into our room to take the trash out, change towels and threw away some of items we purposefully didn’t throw away in an effort to clean up the room but they didn’t make the bed! At that point, I would have preferred that they didn’t come in since it was only a 2 day stay. The AC unit/ heater was so loud that it wasn’t an option to sleep with it on.
The upside is the woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly, the shower had hot water and good pressure, and the toilet had a strong flush. There is a grocery market across the street which had solid variety, including healthy options, and really fair pricing. It’s also less than 20 minutes away from Bryce Canyon NP’s visitor center. Despite all this, I would not return and would rather spend an extra $100/ night for a more comfortable and clean stay.

We were excited to stay in a little cabin. We planned on roughing it a bit since it's a cabin. The beds in cabin number 7. We're the worst. With every movement it creaked loudly. It was not comfortable. Under the bed had not been cleaned, for months I'm guessing. The room was well insulated. Shower was clean and good size. The coffee pot filter area was not clean. After 2 days of hiking Bryce, a better bed would have been nice. When we put our keys in the drop box it wasn't even locked which was weird but we're from California.

It was hard to find the phone number to call ahead for check in. Therecwas no remote to the tv and no one at the desk at 8:30 when we called. Also the room had a coffee pot, but no coffee supplies. The desk clerk when we checked in was very friendly and helpful.

The cabin was adequate for 4 adults. It wasn't a fancy upscale stay but it was close to town and had good access to the park. It was a home with kitchen and laundry machine so if you wanted to save some money, this is a good choice.

I stayed in the cabins a couple years ago. Something has changed since then and the value just wasn’t the same. The property seems to be aging - can’t quite put my finger on it. Maybe it was the coffee they seemed to have run out of and I had to go to the office a couple of times to get it. Just average at best.

Parking was fine, the only issue was that the floor was greasy and filthy.
Tried to wipe it up and the rag was black.
There were what looked like blood stains on the sheets. Evwn the lampshade was sideways when we got in, which shows that someone didn’t do a great job checking the place after cleaning.
Doing a better job of cleaning would go a long way.

The pictures on the Expedia site were not what we found. The cabin was very cute but did not have separate rooms, it was basically a hotel room with 2 queen beds and a bathroom. The pictures showed a couch sitting area and a bedroom and kitchenette. It was good, just not what I expected.

Parking was right beside the cabin. Even though the cabin was near a main road, it was quiet and cozy. The check-in staff was warm and friendly.
There are restaurants and a nice convenience store within walking distance.

The word that comes to mind is **dilapidated**. The cabin seems 40–50 years old, and much of it looks original. The smoke detector dangled from its wires, and the entry door stuck badly and was peeling despite a steel plate. The sink cabinet had no toe space—something I discovered the hard way when a toenail caught the boards. The faucet lacked an aerator, and the showerhead was encrusted with minerals. One of the AC unit’s temperature buttons had been pushed inside the housing, though you could still reach it with a pinky if you were careful. It was also loud enough to sound like a Mack truck climbing a mountain. Worst of all, we found a bug we suspect was a bed bug, and the mattresses felt as old as the cabin itself. On the plus side, it was convenient, inexpensive, and the staff was friendly—but it’s long past due for a complete refurbishment. Breakfast was good.

Cabin was cozy: I loved the walls and ceiling were covered in pine planks. Parking was just outside the door. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
Bad: You had to check-in across the street, which was not communicated to us ahead of time. We asked another guest. Breakfast was continental - no hot eggs or sausage or biscuits and gravy. Not as good as La Quinta.
I would stay there again, given the choices in that location.

This is my 3-d time staying in Bryce Valley.
We arrived little earlier and had to wait until 3 pm to check in. Check in was easy and fast, the staff was nice and friendly. Cabin was clean quiet and safe, good location, close to Bryce Canyon.
We had microwave, small fridge, TV, air conditioner, heater and coffee maker in our room. Everything worked fine. We did not have wi-fi for the first night, we could not make phone calls. The next day we went to the office and complain about it, and they fixed it. Thank you. Would be nice to have a little table and at least one chair in the room and also some coffee for the coffee maker.
We did not have a free breakfast because we left before 8 am. each day.
Overall, we had a good time staying at Bryce Valley Lodging. Thank you.

We did not stay in the cabins. Our TV didn't work and the plumbing in the shower was hard to turn on and loose and we were worried it would break. (The TV was a deal breaker for my guy). They moved us to the main property across the street. There were some issues. They refunded one of our nights. I appreciated that the staff was friendly.

This is a run down property with a bad bed. Missing light bulbs, no aerator in sink so water blasts out everywhere. No onsite management you get key from hotel across the street, when told about the issues they said they would call the owner and they would call. They never did and the issues remained a problem. We left a day early and got a hotel. This is an absolutely last choice property.

The wooden deck had a slat that was broken. We did not have any soap for showering or washing hands. There were not any cups provided for water or coffee. The toilet was nasty around the rim. The couple that was traveling with us and was staying in the neighboring cabin had to move to the sister motel due the their bed being hard and feeling more like a box spring than a mattress.
The check-in and check-out staff was very nice!

The Expedia picture is SO MISLEADING! We are not fancy people and had no expectation but were very disappointed. It looked like a cute idea but it’s just a bunch of cabins on a main road. The woman who checked us in was nasty. We asked if our cabin would be quiet since she assigned one on the main road and she said yes. I asked to be moved anyways and she would not although they were not fully booked. Of course it was noisy and we couldn’t get to sleep until late. There is no soap in the shower just tiny shampoos. There is a coffee maker but no coffee. It was convenient to Bryce but overpriced for what it is. There must be better choices in the area.

The cabins are charming. Be aware that the hot water is limited. It's a rustic situation, so that shouldn't be too surprising. The beds, however, are very, very soft. If you need a firm sleeping surface, I wouldn't suggest this. If you like a very soft bed, this is for you!

Not what I expected - others looked better

Nobody at the cabin site, had to call twice to find out where to get the key. All of the cabins need a new exterior paint job and our porch was loose in the step up area and trees growing in it..The shower needs replacing or descaling, the bed sheets have stains and looked like they may not have been changed before we arrived. The beds are very noisy (crunchy noise). Sorry but there sppears to be other cabin style rentals in this town that appear to be in much better shape. Paying in afvance is a cop out for these businesses to let things go.

The stay in a log cabin should have been good. Hoever, there were insafishant charging point for phones, camera or laptops, unless you used the floor. The bed needed a step ladder to get in and was so noise you needed ear plugs. Two bed side tables would have been good. The shower head could not be ajusted so the water was strait in the face.

Nice little bungalow, the bed was comfortable, clean for sure ! It smell a little too much of Pinesol,breakfast was included, you need to cross the street from the bungalow to get the key and to have breakfast from 7.30 till 9, need to ask the front desk same location across the steeet to have the password for the WiFi, very nice lady at the front desk , wish it was better explained the whole deal ! But after all a nice stay , there is a new supermarket/ gift shop just across the bungalows!

This little cabin was a convenient 10 mile drive from Bryce Canyon National Park and the most affordable we could find in the area. The cabin was clean, but the beds were very squeaky with even the slightest movement and uncomfortable. When the AC kicked on it was loud (it definitely drown out any outside noise!) And the smoke detector was disabled--wires hanging from it on the ceiling---not sure if that's even legal?? Overall for the price and location we made the most of it.

When we arrived, the cabin was NOT what we were expecting. It was tiny. It was difficult to open the door without almost hitting the one bed. When we were getting ready each day, we were dancing around each other. I cannot imagine 4 people being in that cabin. The shower was dirty and the curtain was yellow. When we mentioned the dirty shower, they said it was just stained. The shower itself was so small we had to take turns putting our toiletries in it. The TV didn't work, but they fixed that the day after we arrived. The heat didn't work and was never fixed. We got a space heater from them 3 days after arriving, but it kept tripping the breaker - which was the same one the fridge was on. The door did not close well. No place to put personal items. Only 1 chair and no table. Fridge was plugged into an extension cord, along with the microwave and coffee maker. All plugs were close to the floor and not convenient to use. Curtain on window had a gap. Wifi was very intermittent, with no internet connection most of the time. No smoke detector. The rep was only available at the property across the street, and only for about 10 hours each day. We have been camping and had better conditions! The one plus was the breakfast, which was a surprise, but it was at the sister property across the street.

The best thing was the location. Took only a 15-20 minute scenic drive to the visitor center at Bryce Canyon National Park. The room was adequate, nothing fancy but covered most of the necessities. I'm old fashioned so I did miss an actual bedside clock. Free breakfast at sister property across the street. No one available to answer any calls until after 3:00. Check in was across the street also. When there was someone available to talk to, they were very friendly.

Change to original reservation

Our reservation was for the cabins. There were issues with internet, shower, and air conditioning. To be fair to this property, staff response was outstanding; we were permitted to move to their sister property without being charged for the upgrade. This property was fine. I would hesitate to recommend the cabins based on our initial experience there. They were clean, but certainly basic. Breakfast is included, okay but less than expected for a lodging in this price point.

The place was dirty from the moment we walked in. The furniture looked old and worn out, definitely not what you’d expect for the price. The sheets were stained, which made it hard to feel comfortable sleeping there. Overall, it felt poorly maintained and far from relaxing. I would not recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a clean or comfortable stay.

Magic Lights turn on by themselves LOL

The cabins are fun but the beds were a little squeeky. Also the ceiling fan light turned on by itself in the evening and then again at 7:26 a.m. (we were all still trying to sleep). Turns out the ceiling fan remotes in the cabins all use the same channel/frequency so our neighbors were turning our lights on/off at the same time as their cabin lights.

This property looked abandoned. The porches were broken. Safety did not appear to be a concern. Broken beds. Smoke alarms were removed. We moved cabins to find the new one did not have a smoke alarm. Power was glitching and the excuse was a previous fire in the area.

The first cabin was in poor condition and the a/c not working. The second one had cobwebs and the bed spring cover was torn and sticking out from under the bed. When I saw a tick on the pillow, that was it! We checked out. They refused a refund, but it was so uninhabitable I could not stay. Hotels.com tried on our behalf, but no go. Hotels has given us a $25 credit and I appreciate their effort. In all the year I have used Hotels.com this is the first poor review I have posted.
