I was very disappointed with my stay at this cabin. From the moment I arrived, the property felt neglected and poorly maintained. The overall condition gave the impression that upkeep simply isn’t a priority.
The most significant issue was the temperature. The cabin was extremely cold, and even with the heater running continuously, it never reached a comfortable level. The restroom was especially freezing, making it very unpleasant to use. For a place that’s meant to offer a cozy cabin experience, this was a major letdown.
Access to the cabin was also problematic. The door PIN code did not work upon arrival, and the PIN to retrieve the key from the padlock failed as well. After a three-hour hike, my plan was to arrive, settle in briefly, and then head out to get something to eat. Unfortunately, because of the lock issues, I wasn’t able to leave the room. I called and texted the number provided in the email, but staff were unresponsive, which only added to the frustration.
Overall, this stay was far from relaxing. With better maintenance, reliable access systems, and responsive customer service, this place might have potential. However, based on this experience, I would not return or recommend it.

We had a great stay at Bryce Canyon Log Cabins Happy Trails! We went as a group of four and booked two rooms, and it was such a cute and fun experience staying in a log cabin.
We visited in the winter, and they had the heater running before we arrived, so the rooms were nice and warm right away, which we really appreciated. Parking was convenient, and the check-in and check-out process was super easy.
The cabins were clean, comfortable, and the perfect amount of space. Our room had a mini fridge, TV, microwave, a table to eat at and everything we needed for our stay. The price was very reasonable, and the location is close to Bryce Canyon, which made it even better.
I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back!

Very clean cabin. Beds comfortable. Only minor issue was it took 6 or 7 hours to raise the temperature in the cabin to 70 or so temp. The wall heater unit would not put out enough heat consistently. And just so the management knows the coffee carafe was broken and no coffee cups.

The coffee machine was decent but its handle was broken. No biggie - I still made a cup of coffee for myself.

We appreciate the proactive communication from the hosts. The cabin was as pictured, but not as clean as we wished. We weren’t expecting perfect though because we were staying during off-peak season. The parking was really convenient, but we wish the area around was lit just a little bit better. However, we enjoyed our stay overall! The food options in the area were incredibly limited, but again, it’s because we came off/peak season! Of the 4/5 Mighty 5 we visited, Bryce was definitely the slowest off-season.

The toilet was not secured to the floor and tipped forward and back! We arrived late afternoon, early evening tired from hiking. I reserved the cabin for 3 adults, two queen beds. I thought it would be obvious that we would like 3 pillows, but there was only 2. We tried to make coffee. Coffee maker didn't work. The fridge, which was plugged into the same outlet didn't work either so likely a tripped breaker. No one onsite to help. We moved the coffee pot to another outlet. The coffee pot worked but the coffee that it made was horrible. This seems to me to be very poor service for a $260 cabin. I sent an email to the email address provided but did not receive a response. No, I would not recommend Bryce Canyon Log Cabins.

I loved that these cabins were off and down a road vs a lot of cabins on the road side. The pillows and blankets were comfortable. I loved waking up to the rooster in the area.

Had an issue and received very rude service, so I will not be back. Also saw the other place I considered and decided I will stay there next time because the cabins are much nicer and attached to a restaurant and on the same side of main road as a convenience store and gas. Versus these log cabins, more cheaply made and tucked back into a neighborhood more, so if you want to walk somewhere, it doesn't take that long but it's not quick. I'll pay more for hopefully friendlier service and more convenience on a future stay.

Didn't have good check in instructions. Room # not provided. When I called and spoke with host, he didn't want to provide the room # over the phone. He said he had messaged it to me, but it wasn't on the hotels.com messages and was not in my email either.
Also, the toilet was wobbly, the vent was dirty and hanging from the ceiling, towel had a hole in it, and our door lock stopped working in the middle of our trip. The housekeeper was very nice though and came to change the battery of the door lock.

Close to Mossy Cave Trail side of Bryce.
Cabin needs a deodorizer and good dusting. Spiderwebs all over ceiling. One bedspread had a stain. Shower drain doesn’t work well. Toilet seat needs straightening. This could be a great stay with regular cleaning and maintenance.

I do not love leaving bad reviews, but our experience on May 18th was unacceptable. We stayed in cabin nine and arrived at 4:45 after a long day hiking to find that our room had not been made up. We had to wait until 5:25 to get into our room. We were told there were no pillow cases and they would arrive in 30 minutes. We went to dinner and returned around 7:30, only to find that the pillowcases had not been dropped off. We had to call to get them delivered after 8:00 pm. After a day of hiking, we all wanted to check in, shower, and lie in bed.

Cabin that needs help
The overhead lights flickered. There was a lamp on either side of the bed, but only one could be used as there was not an outlet the other one could be plugged into. I’m not sure why it was even there. There was stains on the carpet and there was crumbs under the couch cushions. The log bed was positioned close to the air conditioner. The bed had drawers under it with log handles and allowed about 10 inches to walk, this was not enough room to walk without hitting your feet or legs on the handles. The door lock was missing bolts and did not feel secure or make us feel safe. There was a coffee pot, coffee, and filters, but not any coffee cups. I’m not sure how we were expected to drink coffee without cups. We called about our concerns, but there was not any sense of urgency. We decided to leave early from our reservation and were refused a refund for the days we would not be using their cabin. This is terrible customer service. We would not recommend this place to anyone.

Late check-in, only has paper cups and plastic cups, and no additional blankets. It does have a refrigerator and a microwave but there aren’t any plates or utensils to heat anything up with and eat so unsure the point of them are. Nor any wine opener or wine glasses. These are very basic amenities that could help improve the guests overall experience.

We stayed 2 nights each at several places during our 10 day trip. We were really looking forward to staying at the Bryce cabins, in fact it was the highest price place that we booked. Regrettably, it was the the worst place we stayed. When asked for a deposit via email, I paid it only to find out I was billed right away for the entire amount of the stay.

This was a comfortable little log cabin. We really enjoyed the stay as the place gives you a little of a countryside ambiance. Very convenient parking and direct access to your cabin. Easy for off loading and stop and go. The easiest check-in and check-out I've ever experience.
Coffee shop, restaurants, and convenient store around this little community which was very nice. Some have gluten-free options if that's your diet.
It was a fairly close enough drive to the entrance of Bryce Canyon. For those whose coming from bigger traffic congested city, even though the drive says 15 minutes, it's a nice traffic-free scenic drive back and forth the Bryce Canyon entrance.

The cabin was great!! Loved the quiet area and it was close to gas and convenience store and restaurants. The only minor issue was the in room coffee maker. There were some huge coffee filters that didn’t seem to be designed for the small coffee maker. I was hesitant to fill them with coffee grounds and then fold it up to fit. I was afraid that the bundle of the filter and coffee grounds would make a mess. Also, if it had worked, I would have had to drink the coffee out of the pot since no cups were provided. Luckily there was a coffee shop about a minute away by car. I would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I were on a mini-vacation to Bryce Canyon and stayed 2 nights in the cabin. What a pleasant surprise! The room was clean, the bed soft, but supportive, the best water pressure in the shower that we've probably ever experienced! The only \"minus\" in our stay was we couldn't get the TV to lower the volume. But that was a very minor inconvenience! We highly recommend staying here!
