If I could rate negative 100, I would. When this place says they are unmanned after 7pm, that means not only the front desk is unmanned, but also guest emergency phone calls that require immediate attention are unattended. I picked up my key at 10:30pm, then dropped my luggage, including the room key, inside the room, realized I left something in my car, came back, and realized the door was automatically locked even though access was using a traditional key.

I tried to call the hotel phone number; it automatically went to voicemail, and I left one, hoping someone would notice. I called Expedia, and they could not reach anyone from the hotel. After 1 hour of effort trying to have someone from the hotel unlock my door, it became a reality that I had to sleep in my car in 20-degree weather, in the remote middle of nowhere.

The staff appeared at 7:30am and didn't acknowledge my situation until then. Since I booked this place through Expedia, they tried to reach out to the hotel for 24 hours to ask for a refund. Nobody from the hotel answered the phone calls from Expedia.

I did not stay at this hotel. I made a reservation and then had an emergency with my travel plans. I was only given one day to cancel and I got charged even though I didn’t stay. I do not like that.

The chair has some visible stains which look untidy, visible rustand bathroom fixtures are deteriorating. The hotel needs an upgarde on the furniture, which is outdated. The coffee kettle has some visible calcium buildup. And the TV is not working.

We were placed in the farthest room on the property. It was 35 degrees and the fire place wasn’t heating. Good thing the loud ac/heater worked or else we would have froze. Maintenance couldn’t figure out why fireplace wasn’t working and failed to return to check on us. Floors were also filthy. We didn’t feel comfortable and left at 5am just to get out of there.

Breakfast ran out before breakfast time ended and the person at the check in was also the one doing breakfast so coffee was also out. I think it would be better to not do breakfast at all than to do a bad job. Breakfast was very minimal. There was no bar soap in the bathroom at all.

This was a nice place to stay that was close to the park (Bryce Canyon). Had a restaurant on site that was good and reasonable price. Shower was a little on the small side and the coffee machine made coffee that was too weak. Overall a very comfortable place to stay while visiting Bryce Canyon.

The place was a dump. The carpets were filthy. The chairs had stains. The curtains were falling off the curtain rod. There was no dresser to put clothes. The room looked like it hadn't been touched since the 1960s.

Good arrangements around pick up for key when arriving after reception hours. Room was comfortable and reasonably clean - although when getting ready to check out we discovered numerous items under the bed so had clearly not been vacuumed for a long time. The worst aspect was arriving late at night there was no light switch near the door - had to cross the room to locate any light. Good to have a table for dining but needed an overhead light to see. Bathroom nice and tidy. Parking ok.

This is a small, old-school motel so the room and bathrooms were small and decor was dated as we expected. However, it was very clean, in a great location and had very nice beds and a good restaurant attached. Perfect place for a night's rest between travels and hikes!

there is no bathroom countertop, no place to hang towers. There is no elevator. Window curtain brakes open, can't stay closed. Towers are thick and soft though.
There was no water on second day around 6PM. Fortunately, they fix it in about 3 hrs.

Stayed in 131. Cute little cabin. Very clean and quiet room, which was nice. Queen size bed needs an update and quite a bit broken down. Mattress was dead 10 years ago. Furniture was straight out of 1984. Overall, good stopping point.

They didn't really have laundry facilities on-site. It was at a nearby place and closed fairly early. Room had an electric fireplace that we couldn't figure out how to operate. Wife said sheets smelled funny. Over-all was ok for the price

The room was updated and clean. However, it was very small, thin walls with a loud tv at 2:00 a.m. next door with no desk clerk on duty to help the situation, very noisy window a/c, and a very inconvenient and isolated 5 miles from town. Definitely not worth the price!

The property has several buildings connected by hardtop in a sort of rambling way. Between the registration office and the restaurant, the route is narrow at points and there is a large tree stump in the middle of things that can be hard to see in low light or other visually challenged situations. Slow way down and be on watch for children, animals and tree stumps!

Great location for visiting Bryce Canyon. Quiet although near to road. Convenient Parking. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable with good quality sheets.
Good value in comparison to other places we stayed on our trip.
Nearby restaurant had good breakfast. Shame we didn’t have time to use the pool.

Free Coffee was offered in the reception - but a bit hit and miss. Reception Staff friendly.

For the most part Bryce Canyon Pines was acceptable. Staff was friendly. Only issue was an overflowing trash receptacle outside the door to the room. They may be short staffed. Cleanliness of the room was acceptable.

Parking OK. Motel built in 1970s and hasn't been remodeled since then. Very noisy air conditioner and black out shade didn't black out. Was light enough in room that I could read. Good shower. Located ~4 miles from entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park.

The beds, bedding and towels were great. The kitchen, however, was appalling- dirty and rusted pots and pans, no dishwasher soap, dishes and silverware with food and grease on them. The floors were sticky, like they hadn’t been washed in a long time. The WiFi was very sketchy. The hot tub was a good temperature yet the jets shoot up like fountains. The only outdoor seating was at the pool. The living room has one of the three beds.

A nice alternative to the commercial strip, this spot is conveniently located on the main thoroughfare but has a range like feel with quient fields beside it. Its immediately next door to the restaurant of same name. We had two wonderful meals there, but there is a waiting list for dinner (worth it). Pur room was very well cleaned and bathroom redone. Nice beds and gorgeous pine paneling with a few exposed beams overhead. The chairs, table and long ago stained carpet, however, were a reminder that the original establishment has survived multiple generations.
