Overall it was a great stay. It was really cold and the heater couldn’t keep up but beside that a very responsive staff. Would stay there again. Clean rooms.

The room was nice, clean, bed comfy & shower hot.

No breakfast included but that’s ok because we travel with snack bars.

The off-season price (mid-January) was decent.

The mounted heating / AC unit in the room allowed for bone chilling cold air to freely move into the room almost negating the heat generated.

Customer service man wasn't thrilled for our arrival or interactive as well with us. The bed was not comfy. Place seemed kinda sketchy and room was not clean. It was pretty gross and things were being held up with duct tape. Crazy. We will not stay here again.

Bed board had lots of dust bunnies. Otherwise fairly clean. Lighting is poor. The wall heater works fine but is super noisy. Not really a fan of hard wood floors. The parking lot has to be fixed. Get rid of the stalls where cars can park in a row, facing Hwy12 and perpendicular to all the other cars parked in normal stalls facing the building. It’s a ridiculous arrangement and makes everyone have to perform an 8 point parking maneuver just to get out ! The staff is efficient but could be more friendly. Not too helpful with typical questions that a tourist might ask.Hot water is good. Toilet works well. Figure out a TV service that allows access to free YouTube. The options on the TV are poor. Overall, lots of things could be improved but it’s a fair place and relatively quiet.

I rarely leave negative reviews. However, this hotel does not deserve even one star.
The front desk staff showed no professionalism or courtesy—they did not greet guests or say thank you, and spent most of the time on speakerphone having a personal conversation.
The room was unpleasant and uncomfortable to stay in.
It seems the hotel relies on being the cheapest option near Bryce Canyon, assuming guests will come regardless of service quality. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Terrible service.

To far from Bryce Canyon. The ice machine is out back and outside. It didn't feel safe for 4 ladies traveling alone. We checked out early; the gentlemen at the desk acted like this happened often. I handed him our key cards for 2 rooms and said \"We are checking out early.\"
All he said was \"No refund!\"
I never expected a refund. There was a gentlemen checking in who looked at the staff member and said \"She didn't ask for a refund. \"
It is a odd place.
We booked at Rudy's right outside of Bryce Canyon. It was great.

There were only two dining options near the motel and, by the time I was ready to eat, both were closed. So I had to drive into Panguitch for dinner (a seven mile drive).

There was a an odd odor when we first walked into our room - there was no way to bolt the door and a big gap between the door frame and the door. There was hair in the bathtub and on the bed sheets of one of the beds. The shower/tub had a piece of the drain out on the tub - water went from freezing to super hot without touching the knob constantly. Bed and pillows were super hard and scratchy.

Good inn not too far from Bryce Canyon NP. The guy at the reception was very friendly and there’s a lot of available parking which is a big plus.

The room itself was a bit outdated, but it was clean and had everything you needed. So no issue at all for us!

I would recommend this to everyone.

This property is okay for a stop over, but is not professionally operated. Minimal housekeeping, yet envelope on chest for housekeeping tips. Might want to provide the service if you want a tip for it - just a suggestion.

On the second night, the manager came into our room unannounced after we were asleep demanding our name because he forgot he switched our room upon check-in due to the toilet wouldn't flush in our first room. Why he had to wait until that time of night to find this out and not knock and wait for us to answer the door was upsetting. After confronting him the next day, I asked why he did that, and he said he had forgotten about the switch and we didn't answer the door that he had supposedly knocked on. Well, maybe because we were ASLEEP and the knock wasn't loud enough to hear over the AC unit! There was no secondary lock other than the deadbolt type, but apparently that's not a deterrent either. Definitely was not a good experience.

This is bare bones accommodations that is convenient to the parks, but just don't expect much in the way of service with indignant professionalism.

Stayed here while visiting Bryce National. It's about a 20 minute drive, however the Inn is close to Panguitch which has food options. Great AC, clean bathrooms, everything was functional. Plenty of outlets for all of our devices. The staff is accommodating and courteous.

Ok but i probably won't stay there again

We just needed a place for 1 night for a saturday bike race. The beds are small doubles and one of them had the LOUDEST metallic screeching noise whenever you moved even slightly, it was hilarious, but also very annoying. I found some hairs on my bedding, i really hope the sheets were clean. It seemed pretty clean otherwise but everything is very old, worn and rusty. The towels were very well used. There was a nice fridge with a freezer compartment which worked well and a microwave. I also saw free coffee in the lobby. I appreciated the hard floors instead of carpet.

Have stayed here 5 times, always happy with the facility and staff. It's about 25 min drive to Bryce Canyon NP. Check in is always very fast. Our last time was particularly very impressed; we had to change our travel plans and showed up a day late for our pre-paid reservation, at 1am the gentleman there was very courteous to let us stay for the night without charging us again. Super clean! Excellent distance away from Bryce Canyon too, an easy 25 minute drive. Free coffee in the lobby was a godsend for our early morning trying to catch the sunrise in the canyon. Property is right beside the freeway road, but since it is a fairly remote location, far away from big cities and heavy traffic, it is still very quiet at night. This was the perfect spot to stay the night for our Bryce Canyon trip!

The location really served my needs at a reasonable price (majority of places near Bryce Canyon aren't reasonable, imo), but it is an older place. The 1st room I was given, the shower took more strength than I had to operate. The young man who checked me in was wonderful in allowing me to change rooms. Then the TV wouldn't work in the new room. Again, he came to my rescue. The room is everything I need: the shower works well, the room appears clean, flooring is not carpet but tile (yay), it's quiet, and I feel safe. Coffee is in the lobby, or I could make some in my room. The microwave is quite small, but works fine, as does the mini-fridge. Yes, I would stay here again.
