We were excited to find a place where we could bring our bikes inside overnight to keep them safe. We stayed in the room with 3 queen beds and there was a ton of room. There was also a long parking space where we could park or car/trailer. The mini fridge was also great. Most mini fridges in motels don't have a freezer section and this one did and it worked great - it was great for us so we could re-pack our cooler. The staff was very helpful

I had an amazing experience during my recent stay at Marianna Inn. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and provided all the amenities I needed for a relaxing time. The location was perfect with places like Subway and Dollar Store nearby. The motel was older, but was spacious and comfortable, and very cute on the outside. The beds were comfortable. The lady who runs the hotel was very pleasant. I did have a concern that the back window would not lock. And the only coffee we had for the coffee maker was one package of decaf.
We arrived on a Sunday evening and there was only one restaurant open. But the location is very close to Bryce Canyon and reasonably priced.

Ok if you just need a place to sleep. The place could use some basic updating like non- mouldy shower curtains, and getting the marks and dirt off the walls. The housekeepers also need to be more thorough in their cleaning so there aren't dead flies and bugs in the window sills and behind doors. The room was dark and oddly freezing considering the time of year. Internet was not great so not ideal if you need to get anything done. I likely would pick somewhere else to stay next time.

This motel looks so cute from the outside, with its little log cabin-y vibe and all of the flowers, but the inside is not cute at all. I dont normally leave bad reviews, and I really hate to do so for a small family-owned place, but god our room was filthy. The cleaning done between guests must only consist of putting on new sheets & towels. We stay in budget motels regularly, so I fully expect & accept a certain level of run-down and unclean but this was too far. Visible dirt on the walls, floors, nightstands, table, sink, so many flies, and the cherry on top: literal poop from the last guest still on the toilet seat... Instead of moving us to a different room, after telling me the room had been cleaned, they sent in a housekeeper who only cleaned the toilet. I brought in my own cleaning supplies to clean the rest of the surfaces then proceeded to drink until I cared less about my surroundings. There were pros: pet-friendly, good proximity to Bryce Canyon, affordable, comfortable bed, & no bed bugs, but even with that, there's no way I would stay again.

I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but something needs to be said. To start with, I signed up for the \"bill upon arrival\" option through Expedia. When we arrived, the desk clerk said she didn't need my card, because I had already been charged. She also informed me that she had given the king room away earlier that day, and offered me a 2 queen room (which was supposed to be more expensive) instead. She said it was a nicer, newer room, and she would charge me the same price for it as the less expensive king room. She failed to consider that my reason for wanting the king room was not price. It was a popular tourist destination and a holiday weekend, so I didn't feel like I had much choice. Expedia has been unwilling to step in to correct this kind of poor service in the past, so I must admit that I didn't even try to contact them this time. I rarely use Expedia for reservations anymore, but I was in a hurry and unfamiliar with the area. I should have known better. When we got to the front door of our room, we notice the door was covered in bird feces and other unidentifiable stains. I could go into more detail, but Expedia cuts off the review at 1500 characters, so I'll just leave a few key words and hope people get the idea: large number and wide variety of insects; dirty and hairy sheets, towels, bedspreads; insecure locks; sporadically functioning air conditioner; high humidity due to poorly functioning exhaust fan in bathroom. A slice of heaven near Bryce!

We had such a blast staying here. My boyfriend and I were traveling to Bryce Canyon and had a dog with us. This was the best hotel we could have hoped for. They were very friendly and welcoming to us and our dog. They had an awesome outdoor cooking area we all could hang out at, make our meals and plan our adventures. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

The rooms were very substandard. There were stains on the sheets and pillow cases that made me question the cleanliness of the room. The pillows themselves had stains from drool, etc. so glad I travel with my own because I was disgusted by the dirty pillows underneath the cover. The condition of the room was really worn down and beat up. The room was tile and I felt the need to wear sandals whenever I was walking around. The one time I went barefoot across the room then got into the shower, there was dirt marks from my feet in the tub. The toilet is also maybe 10 inches in front of the sink. It's such a terrible layout. When you're sitting on it, it's like the sink is your desk! The bed felt really old and springy/bouncy too. Every time my wife would move slightly, the whole bed would move with her. I had a really awful sleep experience.

The only redeeming quality is the manager (owner?). She was exceptionally nice and willing to help out however she could.

Overall though, I ended up leaving a day early because I was grossed out by the room.

Very intriguing.....no soap or shampoo or garbage can . The drywall was rotting away in the bathroom and the faucet not connected to tile and drain plug broken. A bandaid was covering a hole on the ceiling. The doorknob broke off door inside....But on the upside, the bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked and there was hot water!

We \"should've been grateful\" ?

We had reserved two double beds. When we checked in nobody was at the front desk. We had to wait for quite awhile. When the owner showed up she was pleasant and checked us in. She kept mentioning how lucky we were to get this room at the rate we did which seemed odd to bring up. When we went to our room it was only one bed. I returned to the office and she was waiting and ready. I politely told her we had reserved a double room. She told me that it wasn't her fault. It was hotels.com fault. She would do nothing to help us out. She kept telling me that we should be thankful. She told us she knew about this mix up months ago when I booked. I asked her why she hadn't called or emailed so I could have easily found another place. She had no answer. Just kept telling me I should be grateful. We ended up staying because we were 200 miles from home and at that point everything else was sold out. Hotels.com had a 3 hour wait. The room was old and not very clean. The carpet was dirty and there was a ring of dirt and pet hair(?) around all the furniture and floor boards. I understand that mistakes happen. People overbook sometimes. However, what I don't understand is if she knew about this and it could have been remedied 2 months ago when other options were plentiful why not let us know? I would not stay here again.

We ate at The Pines Restaurant near Bryce Canyon on the recommendation of the hotel staff and it was awesome! They have homemade bread and deserts which were so good!

The city of Panguitch is a good spot for day trips j to Bryce Canyon National Park. Other than location, there is very little good about this motel.

Carpet is disgusting. Hair on pillow cases and sheets along with some crumbs/dirt. Sheets had holes. The windows and deadbolt didn’t lock. Large gap in front door where things can get in. The pillows were soiled yellow and decades old. When I walked into the bathroom, the floor was wet. The toilet was leaking. When I went to the front office to tell the attendant, she said that she would call a plumber but that they were probably out camping so could I just use an old towel she would get me for my two night stay.

And the sound of the air conditioner and fridge kept my friend up.

Don’t stay here. I can not believe how much money it cost to stay here. If it was a 40.00 hostel (I still wouldn’t stay for that price), that would be one thing but 120.00 on Expedia is unacceptable for how gross and how poor the service this experience was.

Its obvious the owner of this motel isn't interested in improving their investment. The first room we were given after having to call for the attendant (no bell) has stuff all over the floor as it's it hadn't been vacuumed. There was hair in the bed as if the sheets weren't actually changed and the tv would not work. They gave us another room that seemed a little better but my son had to walk all over the furniture because he didn't bring flip flops and I wouldn't let him walk on the carpet. The attendant was kind but the rooms were not okay. I only stayed because i didn't want to lose out on the money i prepaid with.

The front desk was very nice, she really waited on us for a very late check out close to 12 midnight since we drove all the way from las vegas. Very welcoming. The location is perfect, very close to bryce canyon which is the main reason why we came this way. Very close to good restaurants as well. The only downfall is the sheets on bed is not really clean i just wish they check it first before we came IN. It just seems like they didnt double check first and saw some hairs have to clean it before use it wasnt that very bad tho and we killed spider inside. I am still recommending this place tho. Location is just perfect and really if you want to let them clean it im sure they wouldn't mind. We just didnt bother to call their attention because again it was very very late already. Again despite this downfall i am still recommending this place. Thanks for being so accommodating for us. We surely appreciate your hospitality

Hotel room was disgusting! Every single towel had stains on it, bathroom was small, tiles were all broken and toilet was literally up against the bathtub. Not one single plug worked in the room and one plug didn’t even have a cover on it. Originally booked for 2 days but couldn’t stay another night because the room was that dirty and gross. Please do not book this hotel...huge waste of money!

The Inn looks very cute from the road and portrays a cute little cabin look, however the rooms are very outdated and lack in cleanliness. Overall, it was what we expected for the money we paid for the room ($65/night). My biggest issue was the fact that some lady knocked on our door the next morning at 10am and demand we pay extra for bringing our service dog. Upon showing proof and registration of service dog, the lady still demanded that we pay for the extra cleaning of the room. I am unsure of what constitutes \"extra cleaning\" of a room after a service dog has been present that shouldn't already be done (vacuum, clean sheets, etc). Finally the lady demanded that we just leave the money in the room when we left. We have never had an issue with the service dog until now which is odd since they claim to be very pet friendly. Overall very unprofessional.

The worst place I have ever stayed.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my live. The room was not vacuumed, the windows were not clean and filled with bugs, the bathroom walls had insects smashed on them. Comforters were ripped and I wonder about the cleanliness of the sheets...The room was filthy, indeed! Moreover, we paid for three people for a two queen bedroom and got towels for two people only. They forgot to replace the coffee and we had to asked for it. The office was closed most of the time with no one to attend us. Unbelievable! Reviews were confusing but I should have listened to those who rate this place poorly. Do not trust the good reviews, at all.

Too close to the main road leaving town. Trucks were shifting down throughout the night. Delicious restaurant, Tandor's, just a mile into town. Made for a great walk after a long drive. Very close to Bryce Natl Park, so was a great stopping off point.

The carpets NEED to be vacuumed and professionally cleaned. Size of room ok. Comfort of room ok. Needs to be deep cleaned and carpets taken care of. Staff great.

We had two rooms. They were not clean, one room stunk terrible. Shower curtain was disgusting. Rooms were not clean. Ants in the bathroom. Rooms need to be painted. Another $75 dollars to get a different room which wasn't clean either. Had the sign on the door that we didn't want room service an they came in anyway. We all made the best of the situation to say the least.
