bath tub had large ring around inside-dirty or stained. Microwave area very dirty. Tub surround cracked and should be corrected. TV- remote did not work entirely, did not work on/off or volume(was wrong remote) Breakfast did not have much at all.

Upon arriving, parking lot tore up, first impression of the room, beds and floor nice, but that is where it ends mold on the inside bathroom window, tub and bathroom floor old, grbadly stained, made u feel dirtty, sink not clean, toothpaste in sink, and dirty behind and on the faucet, other sink and faucet, was barely attached, extremely loose. .... the associates were nice tho' Not sure how this property rates a 4.3, I would not gice it anything close to that!

Well it was a basic hotel and there are some areas where it needs some more cleaning in the bathroom but overall it was good to stay had to turn the Tv on manually couldn’t use the remote to turn the volume up or down

Very dilapidated property. Our bathroom was surface clean but tub/shower tile grout was dirty. Tile was broken and looked to be super glued together. Open hole around shower stem. Shower curtain did not close. Shower spigot did not work properly. AC/heat unit mounted in the wall above sink was too high to reach with what looked like plaster hooped around it instead of framing it in. Paint job was ridiculous. Would have been better left like it was. A lazy person who didn’t care must’ve done it. Wi-Fi was soooo slow. Breakfast options were basic. The breakfast area consisted of a long portable folding table and folding chairs. Milk was in a gallon jug that everyone handled.
However, the front desk clerk did come to our room to fix the TV.

Had hard night to stay

The toilet had a black circle mold (That was first what I saw), I had to called front desk to come to clean. Shower wall has cracked tiles with mold.When we get on bed to sleep,my body started feeling bugs running on me. My wife started scratching her skin. Sorry to tell the true but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to stay. Its cheap but need to be cleaned and improve bathroom condition.AC was hard to understand to set it up.

To start out, the bed sheets were dirty or stained (the staff came and brought new ones). The walls had multiple stains - in the bathroom next to trash can it looked like tobacco chew, in the bathroom between the mirror and sink, looks like flooring adhesive from the flooring glued up around the sink for a backsplash. Lastly, the tub walls had multiple stains including the orange mold. Overall effect poor maintenance.

My refrigerator did not work, hotel employee said it was unplugged. He plugged it in and overnight it froze everything in it. I was told to adjust it, there was no adjustment.
I turned on the bathroom fan it did not work and smoke came out of it. No cleaning of the room for three days. Then they did not change the sheets. The air conditioner was so loud you could not sleep with it on. The breakfast had no meat or eggs. Cereal and make it yourself waffles. It was a sad motel.

Motel accommodation near Bryce Canyon

Comfortable, but basic accommodation (as expected) near to Bryce `canyon. Only 25 min drive and with a small town that has some services. Comfy beds, but noisy a/c. It’s a motel - as are most of the other options nearby - so for 2 nights it was good value.
Breakfast was reasonable too.

We had a lovely stay at the Econo Lodge in Panguitch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel room and overall facility were clean and quiet. The room was spacious and included 2 sinks, microwave, fridge and two comfy queen beds. There was also a guest laundry room and free continental breakfast. Overall, our family was satisfied with our stay here.

I viewed this booking as a place to sleep that would probably be old, but clean. It was old, but it was NOT clean! The toilet, sinks, and bathroom floors looked like nobody had remembered to try for a while. It wasn't disgusting. Just could have easily been ACTUALLY clean and wasn't! The SOAP DISH on the bathroom counter was gross!

Small but comfortable room. Certainly not luxurious, but everything worked properly and we had a convenient location to attend the Panguitch Valley Balloon Rally for my birthday getaway. Free breakfast with waffle maker, cereal, bread, muffins, juice & coffee. Check-in was very smooth, with no problems booking with my Expedia One Key credits. Appreciate that!

Price was very affordable. Bed was comfortable. Room was larger than expected. It was quiet and clean. The only issue I had is there was no hot water in the shower! The sink had hot water, so I’m not sure what was going on with that. The breakfast was about what I expected for the price of the room. Muffins, bread, cereal and make your own waffles. Several restaurants within walking distance.

On first entering the room the overall appearance did not seem bad. The bedding and sheets were good. It’s just when you started to look closely you could see the neglect. The bathroom was a disaster. There may have been an attempt at painting at some point but done horribly. The counter top back splash edges were unfinished and paint spattered. The bathtub was so old and stained I would not step foot in it. The taps looked like they have never been cleaned. The flooring was filthy and there was garbage on the floor from a prior guest. The TV, microwave and refrigerator did not work. The coffee pot was dirty. I think they had made an attempt to fix this room up with newer bedding and flooring but completely neglected everything else. We were booked for 2 nights but left after one it was just too creepy!

I give this room 9/10. Very affordable. Clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast included. The only thing is the toilet in my room was desperately in need of an upgrade and there has to be a better way to keep the curtains closed. I would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 8 days while we hiked the nearby parks. It was very dirty upon entering the room. I tried to change hotels after the first night, but was unable to because I booked through Expedia. I attempted to go talk to someone at the front desk the next morning at 8an, but the lobby doors were locked. The mirrors were dirty, the toilet was dirty, with a dried puddle of urine at the base of the toilet. There were ants crawling on the bathroom floor every morning. 8 days we stayed and they serviced the room 1 time. My went to the front desk after 3 days to get clean towels and they told her she had to bring the dirty towels to them before we could get clean ones. They came into the room after 7 days and emptied the trash, but did nothing else. The bread they had out for breakfast toast was rock hard and the yogurt was out dated. I was very disappointed in the stay and the property.

We stayed here because it’s close to Bryce Canyon NP, it’s only 30 minutes away from Bryce NP, and the drive from Panguitch to Bryce is very beautiful, part of the hwy 12. We like the Lodge. Except the room we got, the bathroom door can’t close well and there is no exhaust fan, so when someone took a dump, the smell crept out from the bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

This motel was a step down from motel 6. Older building, poorly maintained. The breakfast was a joke....no eggs, coffee was really weak, and not many options to chose from.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting Bryce Canyon. it was very convenient and was located in the historical town of Panguitch. The hotel was very quiet, and there were a couple of restaurants nearby. The owner / manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the included breakfast was good. The property is showing its age a bit, especially in the bathroom and could use some renovations, but it served us well for our visit to the area.

The staff were lovely but I have the say the hotel was in terrible condition and very filthy.
We arrived late at night so it wasn’t until daylight the next morning that I noticed how dirty things were.
The furnishings and fixtures were very banged up and dated (which is unpleasant but I can deal with it), uncleanliness however is unacceptable. Had I seen the state of the place the night before I would have found elsewhere to stay. I did take photos but I don’t think I can upload them here.
The breakfast only consisted of the bare minimum; muffins, cereal, waffles and coffee.
