Many aspects of this property are run down, but the room itself was clean, the beds were fine and the heater/air-conditioning was quiet. The property is 5 miles from town so very quiet. The breakfast was minimal but sufficient.

Room was clean. Road was horrible. Snow was not shoveled, black ice in front of the office. Property was unkept. Ice was underneath snow everywhere. My husband fell, hit his head on the black ice and had concussion. There was no snow on the main road just the road leading to the property.

Hot water in the shower ran out in 5 minutes! Not great when it’s freezing cold outside. Tried to notify the front desk but no one was there. Tried notifying the front desk when checking out, no one there. Property is old and run down, breakfast is just sub par, and staff is non responsive. I notified them prior to this review and have not heard back in a week. Also the restaurant on site is closed down, might be nice to have that in the website! Poor management and it may be in your best interest to try one of the other numerous hotels in the area.

Chose this hotel for a winter visit to Bryce Canyon National Park. It's about a 25 minute drive to the park.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was fresh and filling.

As a solo female traveler, would recommend! Parking lot was well lit and there's parking available right outside your room.

Awesome hotel for a short stay. Very close to Bryce Canyon NP and the downtown area. Inexpensive for the good quality of accommodation. I strongly recommend it.

I walked into my room and walked right back out. It was incredibly dirty. The carpets were stained, hair in the sink, unrolled toilet paper, the drain stopper had been pulled out and was just sitting on the tub, and overall felt a bit gross and unsafe. They did give me a refund which was really kind of them.

Buildings are dated and weathered. Interior was clean but dated as well. Was woken up at 2am by a smoke alarm with a dead battery. Kept, \"Chirping\" every 20 mins. Finally used chair as ladder to remove from ceiling and put under a pillow to muffle the chirping that lasted all night. TV is very small. Bathroom toilet leaked into the bowl all the time which was noisy and a waste of water. Shower head dripped constantly and when turned on was a, \"Niagra Falls\" experience.

I am relieved we only had to stay here one night. There were bugs flying in the room, some on the curtains, some plastered on the bathroom walls. Soda and coffee stains and spackle were on the walls. It was fine for one night. Breakfast was very basic and make sure you get there well before 930 because they start cleaning up around 915.

This hotel was ok, nothing fancy which I knew ahead of time. It is old and is in need of updating. Steps/railings that are outside need a bit of maintenance. Mattress also needed to be replaced along with the carpet. Bath/sink area was very clean. It was very peaceful and quiet, but I don't think I would stay there again. It really depends on your expectations of what you want for a hotel.

It looked cute in the pictures, it looks a little run down, but it was comfortable and quiet. I was so looking forward to breakfast but it wasn’t for me. Basic and not the best. Over all pep up the breakfast game and coffee! Everything else was good. Oh and my friendly spider that I found in the shower lol no biggie it was just a daddy long-leg. But the view of the mountains was nice.

The hotel is in pretty bad shape, very old, not properly maintained. The room looks very old, the floor squeaks as you walk, beds are not queen size, they are more like full size. There’s no elevator which makes it very difficult to take the luggage to the second floor. Breakfast was not the best one, eggs did not taste like eggs, for me, the sausage was unsafe to eat. The pictures look a lot better than what the hotel really is. Front office does not smell good, there’s a strange smell in there. It was totally disappointing

The hotel sits about 7 miles outside of the town of Panguitch. The restaurant at the hotel is not operating so we went into the town for dinner. This was the weekend of the Panguitch Valley Balloon Rally so their were craft vendors set up to walk through. We ate at Pepe's Mexican Grill. They've only been open a short time but the food was good. We got up at 7am to go watch the balloons ascending in the chilly air and the went back for breakfast. Breakfast was a full spread of hot and cold choices.

We had an upstairs room. To get upstairs, you needed to take the uncovered, wooden stairs on the outside of the building. The stairs and upper balcony felt like and appeared as if it might fall off. Wood was broken and the paint has wore off in places. There were even holes in the side of the building. Birds have made nests in the ceiling above. Bird droppings everywhere.

We stayed only because the room itself was ok. Beds were good. Clean bathroom. Small sized bath towels.

Inside issues…An outlet was uncovered. The room needed re-painting and the air conditioning/heating unit has pulled away from the wall.

Breakfast was basic.

We checked into the hotel, went to our room and found it very lacking in appeal, dirty furniture, uncomfortable chairs, tv guide not usable. During our stay we asked twice for the toilet to be repaired, it wasn’t. The breakfast was acceptable but food was cool. If this is the type of hotel Expedia gives a high rating, I will never use Expedia again. If we wouldn’t have lost our room rate we would have moved on.

Where do I begin? There are more trip hazards than I could count. The staircase to the breakfast area would not meet code in ANY state. The concrete walkway to the stairs to our room was uneven and presented several trip hazards. I’m not a germaphobe but I observed the breakfast host placing the unwrapped plastic wear in containers with his bare hands. Bottom line is, I would NOT stay at this hotel again. I’m surprised that Quality Inn, which I had equated to good no frills hotels would allow their name to be associated with this place!!! Sorry for such a negative review, but this place is an accident waiting to happen!

The hotel is conveniently located next to scenic byway 12 within less than 30 min drive from Bryce canyon.
The hotel restaurant seems to be permanently closed, but there's places to eat in nearby Panguitch (around 10 min drive) or in Bryce Canyon City (around 20 min drive).
The hotel room looks old, but clean and adequately maintained - everything was in good working condition. Shower water pressure was strong enough, TV picture quality was really good - not like the cheap TV sets you usually see in budget hotels.
Overall it was decent value for the price we paid.
