If youre going during winter. Please be advised that their “award winning ribs” restaurant is closed for the season. Their breakfast that supposedly have eggs, meats, and carbs are not available during winter. They only have bread, oats, cereal, apple and banana available, pathetic! And the email that says they’ll charge you $12.99 is actually $14.99. Oh also, if you try to call front desk, no one will answer. I have sent an email to the hotel manager Roger, but no reply whatsoever. Very disappointed, go somewhere else.

Underwhelming to be sure. 4pm check in really meant 4pm. Front office not open till 4pm. Room was definitely meant for the 70s...decor and all. Pipes did not deliver cold water....had a bit of a crisis with that. Luckily it was resolved and the manager refunded us a night's stay....great service in that. With some upgrades, this would be a very convenient place to stay while visiting Bryce NP.

We checked in a bit late (8 pm) in off season. The gentleman was friendly and informative. The room was comfortable. The free breakfast was horrible. I didn’t eat it. The pics on website might have been what is served during peak months but definitely not what we saw.

Thank for asking, how is it possible that a company like Expedia offers a service like Bryce Canyon Resort their rooms stink and looks bad that we checked in and left looking for food and try to find something else and when back to pick up our lougage and check out I tried to ask the manager that we didn’t like the rooms and said that there was nothing she could do about them we left to another hotel

Only ok - no excellence

If you’re looking for excellence, look elsewhere. This is a good location, rooms were clean, but it is a dated facility with bandaids put on to cover bigger issues. Like mirrors too low for those taller that 5-8”, old dressers, and odd lighting. The breakfast was at a restaurant owned by the hotel and gave the same feeling. Ok but not excellence in service or quality. 5 - 6 out of 10

Disappointed. Vintage 1990’s? The lights didn’t work. The smoke detector didn’t work. The heat was in the kitchen. It had to run all eve to get the sleeping area warm. The kitchenette was run off electrical extension cords.

This is a motel, not a resort by any standard

This is not a resort. It is a motel, with standard motel preprepared small buffet breakfast at the restaurant on the edge of the property. It does have a heated pool. However there are no additional services to justify the additional resort fee that is not included in your purchase price.
It's old but well kept, good pillows, beds are just okay. Could use a good deep clean and paint job, and a better breakfast.

The room was ok. Beds comfortable, but the breakfast buffet was nothing like it looked in the picture and it was not good at all. The eggs were disgusting, maybe powdered, but crumbly and made my daughter sick. They have only white cheap bread for toast, pancakes that couldn’t be cut with the fork that they provided. You had to use a knife. The sausage was ok. This was the first breakfast buffet we have ever been at in a motel that offered breakfast. The place was pretty run down.

This property looks like it hasn’t been updated since 1970. It’s not rustic and charming, it’s old and outdated. The room was dusty and the furniture was old and shabby.
There’s a new Spring Hill Suites being built close by- I’ll stay there next time.

Very disappointed in this property. The rooms are very outdated with lots of wear on the inside. Bed slept poorly and furnishings in the kitchen were minimal. The breakfast was plain bad; not at all as pictured in their ad. Definitely doesn’t fit the idea of a “resort”.

we were supposed to stay in this room two nights, but when we got there, the room was so dark, dirty, and smelly that I asked that we could only stay one. It was too late to find another hotel. The manager gave me some Febreze to spray. the place needs to be gutted and remodeled. the bed was ok . The carpeting was dirty. We moved to a great bed and breakfast 20 min away..

We got a cabin here, it was cute and clean. Breakfast… don’t count on that for quality but there are other options by the park. We got in late and got to sit at the bar for a couple drinks before calling it a night, the bar was nice-ish.

It’s a very expensive area, so I suppose this was expected. I don’t understand why there is a “resort” fee. There was absolutely nothing on the property that felt like a resort. There’s an outdoor pool but no hot tub. The food was adequate at best. Towels were thin and there were no outlets near the beds.

Location is fantastic. Front staff was friendly. Room was exactly what we needed with plenty of amenities. Did not try the pool. Beds were great. Quiet, could not hear anyone of the neighbors.

Breakfast....was awful. Truly awful. I did not know that something could be that bad. Powdered eggs done poorly. Coffee that was truly terrible. Few options. Not good.

Our cabin was larger than we expected and had all the features listed. It was comfortable and was very close to the restaurant which was very convenient. Check on went smoothly though there was a small glitch getting the key card to work at the cabin. A quick walk to the office and that was quickly fixed. The on site restaurant had a decent breakfast and the dinner options were good.

Breakfast was horrible - inedible. Coffee was even bad!
Room badly needed updating. It looked as if the owners were merely “holding on” in order not to spend any money on the facilities. Dirty corridors, Old facilities (showers, A/C unit, carpet, bed, furniture). The entire facility had a 60s feel to it. Lighting was poor.
The only positive was the proximity to Bryce Canyon.
I would ask for a refund if I thought it was possible.

It's convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park, and the price is lower than most in the area. There was a small fridge in the room.

The photos online must be from a year or more ago. The property does not appear to be kept up now. I was concerned about cleanliness because there is nothing fresh about the finishes. Everything looks old. Pool is smaller than in the photos. Breakfast food was not great. If you want anything healthy, bring food yourself. \"Two restaurants and a bar\" means one sit-down restaurant for dinner that serves alcohol as long as the kitchen is open+ a Subway sandwich shop.

We won't return or recommend. Not a place you look forward to laying your head after a long day of activities.

Only two things we were not happy about was that it was not walking distance to the entrance of Bryce Canyon as they advertise on Expedia, and the parking lot is very, very dark. Owner came to our room to help us with our tv. It was convenient to many places before entering Bryce Canyon.

Two stars because the heating and AC worked and we had hot water for showers. The smell of mildew was strong; looked like they painted over mold. Bed mattresses were horrible and “included breakfast at property restaurant” was barely edible. Audacity to call this a resort and charge a resort fee is false advertising. I’d never recommend staying in this 1-2 star motel; it’s barely a cowboy cottage.

The room had a very strong chemical smell and we needed to leave the door open for a while to let it air out. The room was also dated and felt very dark and not cozy, which is in strong contract to its cabin-looking exterior. Breakfast was absolutely not worth it - eggs were just crumbles, and there wasn’t a large selection. Location made up for the negatives somewhat - it’s only a five minute drive from the hotel to the Bryce gates.

The bathroom was not real clean. A dirty towel was left hanging in the closet. The bathroom was not cleaned well. The tv didn’t work but the guy came fast and was very nice and efficient. We did like the location. Shops close by and bike trails. The complementary breakfast was not very good. The only thing I’d give an excellent rating is the staff. They were wonderful.

We had an overall nice stay at this motel. The room was large and clean, had WiFi, and they did provide plenty of towels. The staff were friendly. However, there were several things that were not satisfactory. The main things were the overall lack of 21st century technology - no outlets or device plugs anywhere near the bed, and the room was very outdated, no way to contact the front desk (no phones in room), no mattress pad (just a cover for the top, which doesn’t promote confidence in these days of bed bugs), the shower faucet was very difficult to turn and navigate, the only clock in the room was on the other side of the room from the bedside. Most of these could be addressed very easily and would make a lot of difference in customer satisfaction. There is nothing ‘resort’ like about the place, but it provided the basic necessities.

We found this hotel to be very basic. The room we had did not have a phone in it, but it did have a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom door handle fell off in my hand as well as the locking mechanism which we were able to put back on, but was in need of repair. There was plenty of towels, but very little shampoo and soap. They had a coffee maker and Supplies that you could use in the room. The room was dated, but the bed was comfortable and had clean linens. We had to pay a resort fee which we found rather odd since there was really nothing to do at the hotel Complex itself when questioned they said it was because they were located close to the Bryce Canyon and therefore they could charge extra. It was $15 per room. The electrical outlets were very few and far between. Some were up high, which were not conducive to charging cell phones with short courts. We had issues with our television getting it to work.It was a non-smoking room however it could use a good airing out. There wasn’t many places around to eat, but they did have one located near our hotel room. When we booked our reservation, breakfast buffet was included with our purchase. The breakfast included pancakes. We think they were powdered eggs, potatoes, sausage, rounds, toast, or cereal, coffee, and juice,There was a laundromat facility on site as well as an ice machine. They’re Vending Machine was totally empty. They did have a few things for sale in the hotel lobby, but not much.

I was admitted to the ER the day before the check-in date after booking the room the day prior. I called to cancel or reschedule to the following weekend or have a credit for the future and it wasn't allowed, probably would of enjoyed the stay and recommended to stay here to future customers but i think management should look into cancelation policies and have some exceptions. Ill be booking with a different hotel next time.

This property needs a lot of work from repairs to upgrading TV's. Room had a small (24\") TV that did not even work. Breakfast was over cooked sausage patties, powdered eggs and very limited. lady overseeing the breakfast looked like she did not want to be there and sat behind podium the entire time looking at her phone.

The property is listed as a resort, however it is a motel. It is old and a bit run down. I was expecting something better for the price paid.
The coffee machine was not working, I had to get a different one from the front desk, which was physically broken but working.
The people at the front desk were helpful.

Dated and worn, except for a new sink. Spacious room relatively comfortable beds. Quiet location. But...thin towels, doors that didn't close, broken security lock, weird and hard to operate shower controls, noisy AC, half done paint job, and broken tiles in bath. Also, there was a $14.99/day \"daily resort fee\" not included in the advertised price, that was added to the bill. Nobody could explain that to me. We'll skip it next time.
