Nice resort with a lot activities for the kids. Like adult swimming pool but not a lot of shaded sitting areas. Love Kem beach, clean shallow not too rough beach, provided plenty beach lounge chairs.
Room on B building was spacious but have very strong unpleasant odor, hotel provided scented electric candle & it helped. Love our stay.

The room at Premier Residences Phu Quoc was nice, but needs an update. The cleanliness was just okay for the room. The shower abs sinks needed work as far as cleaning. The views are incredible. The service is excellent. The breakfast is exceptional. The pool area is really well done. The breakfast Buffet might be the best on Earth. Improve the room cleanliness and this property might be perfect.

Great location for a family beach vacation. While the place is busy, there is space between large extensive pool and beach for families, couples to relax. Khem Beach is stunning. Buffet breakfast extensive, Rooms clean and comfortable. Rooms can be a little noisy at times, but it’s a family focused hotel so if you are looking for a tranquil location away from noisy children, then this may not be the location for you. Would stay here again

The buffet breakfast was unbelievable. The service was ok. It took a very long time to get drinks and food even when it was not busy, was just us and 3 other tables. The club house and herring bar is essentially the same place, staff was very friendly but did struggle with English so google translate helps a lot. I have mobility issues and when I asked to move rooms they were unable to accommodate which was weird because when I looked at availability on their site there was rooms available but was told there was no additional rooms. Beach was amazing.

The staff was great. The pool and cleaning staff members were very friendly. Our kids enjoyed the many pools that they have and the white sand beach next to the hotel. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much.

During the ckeck-in, there were two rude guests came up and stood by my side next to the counter while the hostess was checking us in. They were literally breathing on me. The hostess asked them to wait behind me, but they didn't move. I have not been to Eastern Europe, but I don't think this is the typical behavior there. I am not sure if the staff can anything to fix this.

More like a 4 than a 5 star hotel.

Staff were professional. They seemed to take safety seriously with lifeguards in the pool and beach.

Located on a nice part of the beach. There weren't enough sun loungers, but they probably cant add more due to limited space. Most sun loungers were \"reserved\" by guests with towels before 8am and sometimes the reservers wont be seen anywhere near the lounger for hours.

Breakfast had a good variety and no long queues for most items, but the hygiene standards weren't great - food was fresh, just that the way food was displayed and accessed wasn't the best. For example, they have this huge tub of ice that keeps getting refilled, but u can see the melted ice at the bottom of the bucket had probably been there for a couple of hours and contained debris. An ice machine would have been better. The fruits were also just left in the open and probably should have been covered/ in refrigerated section and split into individual portions (pretty sure I got a tummy bug from here).

Some amenities were dated/broken -e.g. ping ping rackets and table football. For a hotel this size, I think there should be more sport/fun ammenities, e.g. there was only one ping pong table, always with a long queue.

Good location - nearby restaurants/ mini-marts, quick taxi ride to sunset town.

The rooms were also a good size and well maintained.

For quality, the price seemed fair, and if the hotel can address the above issues, it'd be a really great stay.

Rooms are ok, but cleaning is very basic. Lots of choices for breakfast, bit food is missing taste. They should solve beach chair reservations- all chairs are occupied at 7.30but half of thrm stay empty during the day. Policy should be introduced that towels are removed if noone is there for an hour. All over friendliness could be improved.

We loved everything. We were looking for relaxation by the beach and pool by this point in our trip. Premier sure did deliver on this, their location is perfect and Kelm Beach has our heart. We loved our relaxing stay. The staff were amazing - reception staff went above and beyond with the breakfast boxes organised for us to have as we had an early departure flight from the island.
The buffet breakfast by the way you have so much choice, something for everyone. I would say go early to breakfast to avoid busy time (After 9am was insanely busy on our first morning at resort).
We loved everything about resort location and we hope to return with the rest of the family in the future.

Was a great stay with my family. The Kids Club was exceptional, along with the pool! While it appears there is only a small section posted as \"kids pool\", there didn't seem to be an issue taking kids in the other pools as long as they were supervised. The private beach was also very accessible and never seemed too crowded. The free shuttle and access to transport was very convenient and appreciated. It is to note that this is a large resort, and while the service was great, don't expect the same level of service as a smaller 5 star hotel. Would easily return to this hotel as a very family friendly place.

The property grounds including the pool, gardens and beach are stunning but there’s quite a few things that drag this place down and made our stay pretty unenjoyable to the point we wouldn’t return or recommend to any friends or family.

- There are 3 waterslides and only the Under 10 year olds one is open. Apparently it’s been under maintenance for ages and they wouldn’t say when it will be fixed. It was one of the reasons we booked, our teens were so disappointed
- Our bed was saggy and uncomfortable on either side with a large lump in the middle - obviously old and worn out
- There is a mattress topper that they’ve put on top to try and increase comfort but it holds sand so even when our bed was freshly made by housekeeping, as soon as we laid on it the sand came up through the sheets it was so annoying!
- There are literally nails sticking out of the floor where they have tried to fix the timber boards
- There are all screws and dodgy patches on the bathroom vanity -definitely not what you’d expect from a 5 star resort
- Kept running out of hot water
- Door between the rooms wouldn’t close properly
- They tried to charge us for a extra breakfast despite us booking for 2 adults and 2 children (including their ages) The listing says free breakfast- there’s nothing saying that doesn’t apply to teens. It was super stressful and they were rude about it
- The pool bar was supposed to be open at 2pm every day. We asked one day and waited 40 mins for someone to show up

I stayed here before COVID. On this second stay, the hotel did show some wear and tear, but overall, the room is still quite clean. The only disturbance is the construction of something nearby - jackhammers on full blast. There is also a new public beach, with a bar that is right next to the hotel. Some of unregistered guests even venture into the hotel/pool area - very unsafe. I hate that the hotel allows people to kayak right on the beach where swimmers are - also unsafe. At breakfast, the staff use swear words and you can hear them talk in the kitchen. - not very civilized. A lifeguard also talks on the phone to invite his relatives from the public beach to come over to the hotel to use its facilities - very unprofessional. The hotel should introduce perhaps a paper wristband to distinguish hotel guests from unregistered guests.

only issue but nothing major was the fridge in the room wasnt very good and the outside pool bar wasnt very good.

Great property, clean rooms and nice facilities. There can be language challenges with staff and speaking English. There are very few dining options in and around the hotel and what there are they are very expensive relative to outside the hotel. $50-75 in the hotel and $10-$15 at most outside the hotel. Rent a moped for $7 a day to get around.

So happy to have stayed here. Excellent value for money, lovely staff especially Anh - Breakfast restaurant, who made every morning special. Beyond excellent service!
Beach is clean and fab! Pools are outstanding, rooms comfortable, light and clean!
The only issue was I didn’t want to leave the resort as it was fab, but as I am vegetarian the menu in the Restuarant became. Just a few more choices would be great, although the manager did tell me they would of made me things, but I wasn’t aware.
Gym - fantastic, didn’t try the spa but looked lovely.
Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay, really really happy with the hotel!

Beach was nice and quiet and included a few games in the lobby pool, foosball and table tennis. This was a nice touch but ac in this area wasnt working so couldnt enjoy that too much.

I contacted the hotel in advance to make a reservation. The hotel knew that I was going to stay tomorrow, but I accidentally clicked the wrong date. I chose to cancel at the first time, and contacted the hotel to coordinate the change of the check-in date. The attitude of the hotel was quite bad. After re-ordering and checking in in the past, the hotel room smelled very bad. We asked to change the room. The hotel put us at the door for half an hour and wasted our time, and the processing efficiency was very slow. After changing rooms, breakfast didn't sync. The only good thing is that the location is good, by the sea. This hotel service is really not good!

Beautiful Beach but poorly managed

Was not well managed. There were problems with our room upon check-in and it took over an hour for them to switch rooms. That was odd since there were hardly any people in the hotel. Food was overpriced and of poor quality. My girlfriend found a worm in her food. The beach is beautiful, but I can't see how the hotel can poorly manage the beach. If this hotel was managed better, I would recommend it. As of right now, I would avoid this place.

Comfy cosy resort on Phu Quoc nearest to the most scenic cable car sea view experience found on this relatively unknown island. Hotel may be a far distance from the airport at this corner of the island. Hotel resort is self-contained with many resort activites - beach, pool and a games room. Morning breakfast buffet is amongst the best - comparable here with its prestigious neighbour. A good choice for rest & relax, chilling by the balcony, by the pool, at the games room etc.

Resort, pool and beach are very nice and beautiful, very clean and well designed. Gym is great too.
Service in the restaurants (especially the clubhouse) is a disaster. I think they work very hard to improve but really not good. Staff also speaks hardly any English. Good and drinks are completely over priced, the AI option helps a bit but it’s not really AI and you’re treated even worse then.
There is nothing close to the hotel within walking distance (work in progress). There is very little entertainment in the evening. The animation team ignores you unless you’re Italian.
Spa is beautiful but the treatment is maximum average.

We spent 1 week from 25/12 to 1/1 the hotel is great and has everything you need to enjoy a fuss free getaway vacation. The pool is amazing, the beach is great with comfortable sunbeds,hammock,canoe and paddles...the kids club is very big and convenient.
The breakfast is very good and the staff very helpful and friendly.
Thank you for our son Birthday cake.
It's a very nice family resort that we highly recommend for a nice beach vacation.

There should be two chairs & table on the balcony as shown in the pictures, but they only sent two chairs upon I requested! The staff does not speak very well English! Good breakfast but the other food we ordered in room was so so. We ordered two things with beer but they only provided one set of utensil! Speed and stable WIFI. Kayak, stand up paddle, life jacket, valley ball & etc are provided for free at the beach. Nice private beach and a big swimming pool but the sunbed placed around the pool is not enough. Gym opens until 9pm only! Only two places for meal so not much choice for the guest! No souvenir shop in the hotel but there is a convenience store stands opposite to the hotel.

DND Room Entered without my permission. Rule #1

They bought me some amenities which was nice, but my room was DND so why did they enter my room? This is really the first rule of Hospitality is not to break the trust between the client and the guest. Entering my room when it is on DND is completely unacceptable.

Also the card they placed with the amenities was for a Vietnamese guest, so they were not even for me.

Vi endte derfor opp med å betale for solsenger på stranden i stedet. Fine rom, men noe slitt. Hotellet er nok perfekt for barnefamilier, men om du reiser med voksne, så ville jeg kanskje sett etter noe annet…

Aufgrund einer plötzlich auftretenter politischer Ausnahmesituation konnten wir leider nicht anreisen. Keinerlei Kulanz von seitens des Hotels. Wirklich schade, da wir eigentlich gerne, zu einer anderen zeit angereist wären. Aber das Geld behalten, das Zimmer trotzdem noch obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war.
