I had a room that did not have a window to the outside, it was between ground floor and first floor over the car park driveway. There was no hot water in the shower only Luke warm. The cups that were supplied for coffee had no saucers and initially no kettle. The breakfast was minimal with some hot Vietnamese food, no cereal or milk, and you had to have coffee in a glass-no cups. And staff were not that friendly. This is the only hotel I have had that I am not happy with in four weeks.
