I didn't go into the pool it's very small in person compared to the internet. There's a mall very close by but it's expensive for clothes etc..food is reasonable there .

We stayed 6 nights. Great location! Very clean and spacious room. Great shower water pressure. Buffet breakfast was not my favorite this time. Was much better when we stayed in 2019. Coffee was not hot. Just few items to eat and not stocked. We plan on coming back I hope they make breakfast better.

La atención del hotel fue muy buena, con un personal siempre atento y cordial. La habitación excelente: amplia, bien distribuida y muy confortable, lo que hizo la estadía realmente agradable.

El único aspecto a mejorar fue la calidad del internet. La señal era muy deficiente; solo logré conectar mi celular, mientras que mi tablet y portátil no pudieron conectarse, presentando errores constantes.

Aun así, fue una buena oportunidad para desconectarme y descansar, disfrutando de una cama realmente cómoda.

Disappointing stay due to poor management and communication

I stayed one night at Dazzler by Wyndham Lima San Isidro (booked via Expedia with VIP perks) and was very disappointed. The staff was rude and unprofessional— even a simple request for bottled water was refused. I was promised a call from a manager the next morning, but no one contacted me. When I followed up, only a supervisor was available, who did not speak English.

The bathroom was not functioning properly, and the shower had extremely poor water pressure. At breakfast, staff could not explain ingredients despite my food allergies, which is unacceptable for an international hotel.

Overall, this property shows poor management, inadequate maintenance, and lack of staff training. I would not recommend staying here.

I love to stay in this hotel. Near to everything. Safe area. Katia and all the staff are wonderful. I offered some ideas to the restaurant, and they appreciated them. It was my third visit to Dazzler in San Isidro, Lima, Peru. I will be back. Nice swimming pool and gym. Thank you to the staff. They really made my stay very confortable.

The breakfast was really poor. No fresh bread rolls or cakes to finish the breakfast off. The things on offer were not replenished very well and on a number of occasions I had to ask for items to be replenished. Also I didn’t think the breakfast area was that clean. I had nearly a month in Peru and this was by far the worst breakfast. The rest of the hotel was ok but I think it is looking a bit tired.

El front desk muy desorganizado, se ve desordenado, el personal es amable, pero en general están colapsados.
El desayuno es pobre, no se condice con la categoría de hotel.
El restaurant malo, hay peleas internas entre el personal, se olvidan las comandas, se equivocan al cobrar.
La carta del room service no tiene opciones saludables. La comida es cara para la calidad que ofrece.
No hay opción de recargar agua en ningun lado, algo que muchos hoteles de esa categoría, al menos 1 agua de cortesía brindan.
La habitación muy bien, muy cómoda y bien aseada.

This hotel is beautiful and lovely rooms, it took a LOT longer than I thought to get to/from airport and also into central Lima due to traffic. Something to keep in mind depending on reason of trip. Hotel is lovely, quiet.
Check in staff were exceptional/friendly/helpful 10:10.
Check out staff were infuriating! I ended up only staying the day due to a flight change, when it came to check out I waited/took nearly 20min! The taxi charged me for waiting (had just thought hand key card in and leave). The staff member asked me 4, yes 4 times if I’d had anything from mini bar(each time answer was no). In the end I got frustrated as didn’t want to waste time and get to airport. Seriously two completely set of staff from check in to out.

It was clean and had everything I needed for the trip. Environment is safe and shopping/ dining options were many around the hotel. Pool was cold so I never used it, hot tub was ok. The check in was annoying, I arrived by 8am and was asked to pay the price of a night for an early check in starting from 10am. I of course refused and waited until 3pm to check in which was really inconsiderate after an 8hr flight. Most hotels try to accommodate you from around 10am if there is an available room at no additional cost. They charge for everything even shower caps and if you have a guest visiting for the night, expect to pay extra. Bad attitude by some staff, otherwise, a decent hotel

Check in was quick. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Food at the restaurant was tasty. The food offering was very limited and was mostly finger foods. The bar was poorly stocked. The service was incredibly slow with priority given to table set up and other non customer facing activities. We purchased the only red wine they had (at gouging prices) and had to ask repeatedly for our wine. When the wine came it was already poured in glasses and had to ask 3 more times for the bottle to return to our table. The bottle was not opened in front of us and should never have left our sight; the cork was pushed into the bottle making pouring messy. Serving staff are in desperate need of server training and customer service skills. Breakfast was included with the room however since we were leaving early we asked for take away breakfast. They wanted to charge us $5 USD each. Beware that you must also order your breakfast before 9pm and once placed it cannot be cancelled. We opted to have daily breakfast and other meals at nearby restaurants to avoid the poor service preferring to pay rather than take what was \"free\". There are several more examples of policies that are self serving at this property; 6 pairs of underwear and socks were sent out for cleaning and the invoice was a little over $60 USD. Poor service, gouging and general unfriendliness of the staff make this property impossible to recommend. Never again for us.

It was our first time in Peru. We had a great experience at Dazzler by Wyndham Lima San Isidro location. The staff was great, very helpful anytime we had questions. The hotel is beautiful, it has a beautiful roof top pool with pretty views. It is in a great location, walkable to pretty much everything you need. Understandably most people there spoke Spanish and we did not. The front desk was always so helpful when it came to helping us translate things etc. The staff was all bilingual. Ikar was especially helpful. He was so nice and professional. Always available to help us out with no problems. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Dazzler by Wyndham Isidora in Lima and was extremely disappointed with the experience.

Poor Maintenance: The room had no consistent access to hot water, and the refrigerator didn’t work at all. One of the electrical outlets short-circuited and damaged my personal items—an alarming safety hazard.

Cleanliness Issues: The linens on the bed were visibly dirty upon check-in, and cutlery in the restaurant was often unclean.

Terrible Service: The front desk staff lacked courtesy and seemed disinterested in resolving issues. The restaurant service was just as poor—breakfast was chaotic, with long waits and missing items. Simply getting a clean cup or plate was a struggle.

This hotel does not reflect the standards expected of the Wyndham brand. I would strongly recommend reviewing more reliable options before booking.

I leaved the room early in the morning because the hotel did not have water in the bathrooms, I have to booked another hotel to take a shower, terrible, also did not take the breakfast. The manger just said I’m sorry about that, that was not enough for me. I need a compensation about the bad service.

We've stayed here several times already. We like the location and the staff is very nice but the breakfast needs to be improved, our room this time had an a/c leak, the mini fridge was not working the first night. The staff did attend to it quickly, the carpet on the 7th floor is very stained and it smells horrible. Needs to be cleaned. Overall, I believe the hotel needs some TLC

I was asked to pay a USD $31 for a cleaning fee. Staff member Karla was rude and not helpful. I do not appreciate the attitude. She clearly needs to be trained better with customer service. I asked to speak to a mana and she said there were none available. Only her and the other fellow. Swimming pool is really small! Breakfast was very poor as well for a “4 star Hotel”.

The towels are extremely old, a normal person would use them to wash their car. Breakfast is toast, eggs, and hotdogs with onion. The hotel could spend an extra $30 for another toaster since the line for the toaster was always 5 people deep.

Es mi segunda vez en este hotel pero no volvere y la razon es porque vivo en Canada, hice mi reaervacion online y me comunique por tel con el hotel antes de viajar con un Sr. De nombre David Fabian. Quedamos en que mi nuera y nieto llegaban antes que yo al hotel que no le cobraran nada que yo pagaba cuanto llegaba como lo hice la vez anterior le pase los nombres de ellos y me dijo que todo estaria bien. Al llegar ellos al hotel no los dejaron quedarse hasta que yo no llegara. Pregunte por el Sr David Fabian nunca supe de el. Pregunte por la Gerenta me tomaron mis datos nunca nadies se comunico conmigo. El ultimo dia decidinos quedarnos ahi y me salieron cobrando mas caro porque seria otro cuarto con cama king y al final paque mas y me quede en la misma habitacion. No tienen palabra. Se pasan la pelota uno al otro y no te solucionan nada a favor del cliente. No lo recomiendo. El desayuno limitado lo que ofrecen no nos gusto. Es caro para lo que ofrecen. Its expensive .NO LO RECOMIENDO AL HOTEL

THE POOL AND JACUZZI ARE CLICKBAIT!! They were closed the whole time we were there and they did not post it in their website even though they argued with us about it being there when we had already checked. The food buffet is quite small compared to other hotels of the same type. The room sheets had stains when we first arrived. The neighborhood is not walkable, nothing fun around, you have to take a cab to go anywhere fun. The evening staff were stuck up, the overnight staff however were very friendly and welcoming. IF YOU’RE BOOKING THIS JUST FOR THE POOL AND JACUZZI DO NOT RISK IT!!! They told my cousin when she called that it would be open and then it was NOT!!!

Loved the size of my room (king room), plenty of space. Lovely contemporary furnishing. Loved the bathroom, loads of space for toiletries and really good water pressure in the shower.

The property can use much needed improvements. The staff at times are not understanding to the needs of the guests and having to deal with continuos problems with the room card readers is not appropriate. You shouldn’t have to be locked out of your room continuously and have staff come to replace your key card. Also, water going out of the hotel for periods of time is unacceptable. I will give them another try down the line, hoping they read the comments of clients and improve through them.
