We've stayed here several times. The hotel is older and could use a remodel. But all things considered, my wife and I find it very comfortable.
The area is lovely and safe with food options near by.

Hotel is very well located in an areas with quick access to dining and shopping options.

Hotel is clean, rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

I had several days with limited internet access, something unusual and expected to be resolved without difficulties but was not.

Staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and affordable.

I’ll definitely give the hotel another try in my future trip to Lima

The experience was great, however, the hotel rooms rug needs to be replaced as it smells like a different decade as is the slow elevator. The main issue I had was with booking, the original price for a night was $27 with fees but ended up being $49 by the time I reached checkout before purchasing. I did not appreciate the algorithm doing a bait and switch. I had to take a screenshot and receive a credit from Expedia. If you see a great price for the area, screenshot it before proceeding and do not leave the page.

Localizacion, muy buena, buen distrito nos sentimos seguros.
Servicio :No muy satisfecha , viajamos con nuestro nino de 5 anos . Reserve una habitation jr. King con sofa cama para El Niño. Cuando entre a la habitacion, no vi las sabanas para el sofa cama, llame a recepcion y me dijeron que tenia costo adicional $20 USD . Utilizo Hotels.com por anos y a muchos destinos internacionales.JAMAS he tenido in cargo adicional por sabanas para sofa cama para mi nino.Segun la reccepcionista eso lo tenia que haber solicitado antes . Al dia siguiente despues del desayuno ( muy bueno por cierto) vi a la persona encargada de “housekeeping “ muy amable Beatriz , Ella manejo la situation hablo con la recepcionista y despues de una larga explicacion me otorgaron las sabanas sin costo adicional.
Desayuno: al reservar la habitacion tome la opcion de pagar adicional por el desayuno. Eramos 3 personas . El primer dia no’s sirvieron desayuno a los 3 (2 adults y um nino de 5 anos) el segundo dia el muchacho del restaurante me dice que habia pagado por dos desayunos y no por 3 . Le digo que NO , que es incorrecto. Voy a recepcion y la muchacha me dice que efectivamnete solo habia pagado por dos. Me explica que la pagina web le dio la nota de que “adultos comoartirian desayuno con el nino “ le pedi por favor que tome foto de su pantalla que yo queria verlo asi lo hizo .
Limpieza : No limpiaron la habitacion , por lo tanto tampoco el bano (Estuvimos de viernes a Domingo )

This an older property. Some may consider it to be aged. I've stayed at places much more expensive that maybe newer, but don't offer the comfort that I found here. The Junior Suite was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was S/25 soles. Eggs, fruit, bread and coffee. Very satisfying.
Can't beat this hotel for the price.

Don't go.

There is no air conditioning, and has not been any for an extended period. They lied about it being under repair. Place is falling apart. Linens appeared to be clean, but the rooms were not.

The refrigerator and microwave oven were old and did not work properly. Water leaks from the ceiling. The building, elevators, suites and furniture were very old and not well maintened.
The customer service were exceptional.

Since the Check in was not great ,the manager approach to me and talk about that situation and she accommodate me in some things and really appreciate it but to be a Hotel **** stars I was very disappointed until my last day, But the staff from the breakfast and room service very nice people.
They should be more careful cleaning the hotel in general.

The hotel itself is closed. There is no sign or information alerting this situation. It became that a neighboring property of the same chain is replacing its functions. They didn't recognize the reservation we made and assigned a twin bed instead of a queen bed as contracted. The staff is rude and utterly incompetent, threatening to cancel our reservation at midnight or asking to pay additional expenses. There is no manager on duty to solve the problems. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone or be prepared to be ripped off.

They have the friendliest and kindest staff I have ever seen. The food is absolutely delicious (buffet style) with many vegetarian and even vegan options. The fruits are a MUST!

The hotel has big rooms with an additional sofa-bed and a desk to work. Definitely does not feel cramp. The rooms are clean. The rooms are a little dated but very comfortable. The breakfast is a buffet which includes all your usual suspect (scramble eggs, bacon, pancakes, omelets, eggs cook to order, natural juices, breads, fruits etc..). Overall it is good value and great for business travel.

We stayed a night during a layover in Lima with some business in the French Embassy to attend to. The hotel was clean, spacious and very comfortable The staff was very accommodating. Would stay again.

Nice hotel, good location...

Nice location, wonderful breakfast (specially beverages). In the Executive room I found odd to have the jacuzzi outside the bathroom (due no closing curtains in the room). I would suggest to install curtains and problem solved.

Close to where I had to go while in lima

I will be back in the states after the 15 of Oct 2014, Then I will take this matter up with your C/S, But generaly speaking for a Hotel that is rate 3 or 4.1/2 Star it needs to be rate lower, For example the power went out around 2 to 3 am the 2nd oct we call and they tell us the power is out thru out the City and we look out the window and all the apt and homes, even street lites were ON.. I didn't like the hotel. We paid for a queen bed and they gave us a room with two beds put together, unconfortable. The curtains were broken, it was a lot of noise even after 7pm, like hammering and furniture moving, very annoying.
The room was very outdated. Personal who attended breakfast was rude.
I don't recommend this hotel at all.
The room was for 2 people but they only put one little soap (shower or hand washing, you gotta choose).

Last night in Lima Peru

Staff was great though there was a lot on construction going on . In the morning there a strong smell of paint in room had to open windows , A/C was out had to call for service. There was not a blow drier in our room, even though all other rooms had one, the shower had a missing wand spray handle missing so all the water came out on the floor and room was flooding. There was also two nails coming out of floor carpet that we walked on and almost cut our feet. The Manager came in and immediately took care of all problems, this was done while we were getting dress so it was an inconvenience for us. I mentioned that the room should have been inspected before our check in. We also had a late flight 11:50 they offered to watch our luggage but we wanted to rest before our red eye flight. We had to pay more than half our hotel rate for an additional 5 hours of stay. Traffic is really bad there it is almost a crawl in morning and evening. The airport may be 15 miles away but there are a thousand cars in street and a red light on every block. You could probably walk there faster. Don't walk in streets it is dangerous, cars don't have any rules they go by, they change lane quickly. I waved for a cab and he crossed over two lanes and almost caused an accident but it seemed almost normal to all traffic. And there is a lot of car horns all day long. Most cabs don't know the motels in area but they will give you ride any way.

Enjoyable stay but the reception needs attention

We enjoyed our stay. We felt our welcoming reception was not as as good as our last visit e.g. we were offered a glass of Champaine on entry whilst we waited for our bags to be sent to our room; this time we were not. The restaurant staff however were very attentive we had a good experience there. Our room kept to a good standard nice and clean. location very good for most of Lima.

Overall, this hotel is a good place to stay for business travelers. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. Only thing that I have to remind others though: ask for a room not facing the front road -- too much traffic noise! The first night I could not sleep, but the next day it was much better after change to a room on the opposite side.

Reasonably priced hotel in good location

This is a reasonably priced hotel in good location, very close to the Novotel, the cathedral, and other major hotels in the San Isidro neighborhood. My only complaint is the word \"Suites\" in the title, which was not the case for my hotel room. I chose this hotel specifically because it was titled \"Suites\" -- but my room was basically just a regular hotel room, with a few wooden panels that separated the \"bedroom\" from the tiny desk area. Although it was a good deal, it was not exacctly the suite that I expected. Nevertheless a good value for the money in a neighborhood that is otherwise expensive for hotels.

Very good stay and reliable hotel personnel

I feel very satisfied with my stay in this hotel, good service, good location, excellent breakfast, and very honourable personnel because I left one hundred dollars forgotten over the room desk and I found it all of them inside an envelope with a message from the housekeeping personnel over my bedside table. Very upright people.
