The hotel was perfect for our trip. We were in town for a family wedding and it was the perfect location for all the associated activities. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room had everything we needed. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and filling.
Mary
The hotel and room were very clean and friendly, breakfast was good. The bed was only a double bed and was very soft, so it was not the best for two people.
Yvette
Great stay! Close to a few choices of restaurants as well as grocery. Hot tub was relaxing. Great breakfast and staff. Reminder, there is not an elevator!
Jessica
was a great stay for what we needed, a place to rest our head :) will return again.

A great value! It’s just a short walk from the historic waterfront restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this hotel. We old stay here again.
Ralph
It was a good stay for one night. Staff was fantastic.
Steve
This is a well managed 2 star hotel next to shopping and a short drive from Poulsbo center and waterfront marina.
kartik
Shower wasn’t set up properly. Beds were comfortable, staff manager was very helpful. Breakfast options were limited but seemed fresh
Janet
Had a nice stay.
Claudia
My stay was a last minute booking. The staff was great and the hotel was perfect location
Peter
Nice breakfast. Lovely stay for a night.
Amy
The room was fine. Facility had no elevator.
Bill
Great room, clean and quiet. Continental breakfast was much better than typical chains. Overall good value compared to large hotel chains..We would stay here again
Mishele
We stayed for a week with two dogs. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful with fresh towel and changing the sheets when requested.
Cheryl

Olga
Breakfast, clean room, staff excellent!

2 issues. 1.no elevator. So if you have heavy luggage you will be carrying it up to your room. So if you are elderly I would ask for down stairs unit
2.the bathrooms are very tiny. At least in our room with 2 queen beds

The staff were very accommodating and nice. The rooms are clean and well maintained. This was our fourth time staying there and will do so on our next visit to WA.

At first glance even looked great. However after checking in we noticed the ground floor room we had was irregular concrete covered by a a short pile carpet. It was like there were 1/2” x 3-4” cookies under the carpet like it had been used to cover an irregular concrete surface. Not good for my wife who is confined to a walker since breaking her pelvis 2 mo ago. The jetted tub did not appear clean so I did not use it. The room was horribly noisy almost all night due to noisy guests and loud pipes etc,,,, do recommend for $270.00 unless u cant hear….
Steven
The first night room charge on a Monday night was $100 more than the next two nights. The property, amenities, and staff were good but does not support the cost even at the lower nights cost.
Julia
Close to town and hiking! Easy, convenient, friendly!
Kristina
Rooms were clean. Hotel has no elevator so if you need accessible accommodations make sure to check which floor your room is located on. Walls are paper thin. Two younger guests were in the adjoining room and their conversations sounded as if they were in the next bed.
William
Only problem was we had a 2nd floor room where we needed a 1st floor room due to mobility issues. No elevator.
jennifer
Check in was quick and easy. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area hand plenty of room and option. Rooms clean and comfortable.
Carlos
The staff is amazing and always willing to help. The breakfast is so good and they always keep the food stocked and fresh.
This is our go to place to stay when we come up to visit our kids.

Great hotel near local attractions for a great price. If your just looking for a place to crash after a day of exploring, this is the perfect spot.
Druanne
I was surprised that the fitness room was offsite.
But the staff at the hotel was very friendly and the hotel was very clean.
I also liked that when I called the front desk, somebody answered and the phone in the room worked. The last couple places (not this hotel chain) I have stayed either the phone didn’t work to call the front desk or no one answered.

Great check in! Allowed us to check in an hour early….excellent customer service by the front desk clerk….Room was modern, and spotless….no elevator for second floor….we enjoyed the Spa/hot tub…..water was crystal clear. Excellent breakfast and again great choices.
Tonya
It was lovely. They had a wonderful breakfast that was always stocked in the morning. Bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. And it was literally a 15 minute walk away from Viking Fest, which was our reason for being in town.

Super fast check in process! The staff was great! The property is super close to downtown Poulsbo. The free breakfast was awesome too! Highly recommend!
Nicole
Great staff at hotel front desk. Friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also pretty good.
Delle
Staff very friendly, excellent breakfast, hot coffee, beds comfortable, nice rooms the only draw back was the chairs in the room was wood and no cushions so you couldn't sit on them very long.
David
We appreciated the excellent front desk staff, clean room, and convenience to other places on the Olympic Peninsula. We did not try the breakfast or the hot tub due to our tight schedule.
Debra
Comfortable, affordable and a hidden gem
Adrianna
Housekeeping extremely rude. We were running 5 mins late for check out and started harassing us about check out being at 11. When checking in both ladies were in office and stoop at the desk for about 7 mins before one came out to check me in and she acted like she hated her job. She was short attitude and rude.
The room is fine nothing special everything is a little dated and walls are paper thin. Also there is no breakfast or were we not told about it or the times available when we checked in.
Would not recommend.

A clean and comfortable hotel room is always a great night away from home.
Tom
Last room available was RM 130 aka doggie latrine room that reeked of doggie urine deodorant.
Slept with the window
open…irritated my respiratory tract…woke up with a cough.

The room was cleaned daily and the staff was great

We stayed during the Viking fest.our room was very clean and the bed was wonderfully made with a great mattress. The breakfast was really nice with sausage, omelette, waffles, boiled eggs and a variety of muffins, etc. we used the hot tub each night and found it so refreshing with the cleanliness and number of people it can hold. It has a variety of shopping and eating businesses around it and we walked to town each day we were there. The bathroom was beyond small. Very difficult to move in but it was clean and good pressure in the shower.
Roy
Room was clean and stafff was nice definitely good for the price point
Rowena
Very convenient
Cyndi and Kirk
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good beds. The breakfast options were great. However, our room was bit run down. You can tell the lobby and breakfast space has been redone, hopefully the rooms are next.
RESTITA
I stay here every time I'm in Poulsbo for teaching or seminars. I especially love the Great breakfast service and the friendly the front desk staff.
Dan
Stayed here over a year ago. Property shows a little aging. However, the staff is friendly and customer service oriented.
Only stayed one night so I couldn't use the soaking tub (but I will next stay) and got up too late for breakfast.
This location is an excellent value.

Very close to downtown
Richard
Friendly staff, good breakfast, and the in room jacuzzi tub was great.
Patricia
Hot Tub needs a bit of maintenance. The jets shoot up not out. The water temp was pretty good just the laundry room door was open in front of the spa
Edward
After our 2 stay stay, our large dog's rate was cut from $90 to $30. What a wonderful surprise. We'll be back again!
Cindy
Comfortable and kind
Thomas
Our front desk staff Krista was awesome helpful in a room change. Breakfast was very good as usual. Love the hot tub. We'll be back.
Jacqueline
The place ok. Bathroom door wouldn't close properly. The beds was hard. I would not stay at this hotel again.
Cynthia
Exceptional staff, clean room, standard breakfast fair - better than most.
Charles
Great breakfast, comfy hotel.
Steven
Room next door was extremely noisy at night but the manager helped us change rooms for remainder of stay.
Catrina
The property was much nicer than I had expected. The rate was very reasonable, the staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and the amenities were clean and as expected. I did not use the hot tub, however so many people enjoying it. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Saurabh
Our stay was short and pretty good. Very clean property and the breakfast was very good.
Stephanie
Decent room, amenities, continental breakfast. Friendly staff, was a plus that it's pet friendly too with a nice grassy area for pets.
Yvonne
Ok for the price, bathroom extremely small and if you have a dog be prepared they require you to take your dog with you they cannot be left in the room when you go out.
Matthew
This is a very well-run establishment. Clean rooms with friendly staff. Enough space for two to get dressed up for an event at the same time.
Breakfast offerings are spartan, but sufficient for a quick bite before a busy day.

Room was clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel is nice and there are food options. It's easy to get around from here. The front desk staff were very nice.
Frank
The room was smaller than expected, but I guess for a hotel very close to the airport, this may be expected. The room was clean and all three front desk people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a little average with less than good tasking juices and standard link sausage, scrambled egg circles and such.
Arthur
Breakfast was supposed to be from 6:30 to 10 am and it closed today at 9:30. When I approached the staff person (regular person) regarding why early closure, she was confused and thought it was 10 so I showed her clock which clearly said 9:30. To her credit she tried to give me the breakfast items she had available. Another couple came in at 9:45 and no breakfast. I note that my experience today was highly unusual. She was the regular staff person and has always done an excellent job, even accommodating people coming for breakfast at 9:55. I was concerned about her since she seemed confused regarding the time which is strange for an excellent employee, who always in the past has been great. I talked to the front desk at check out about my concern, especially over the confusion she had. My review above is not to get her “in trouble “, but appeal to someone to help her. She has always been very acommodating in the past and I would consider her an excellent employee.
Harolee
They do not take cash for payment of room. The room was extremely dark. Painted brown and green.
Alexander
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at
Janee
Bed was very firm. Bathroom was really small. Not a lot available for breakfast (at 8:30 am)
Overall clean and fairly quiet.

JENNIFER
Very nice staff, nice little breakfast area. Would stay here again.
Sarah

John
Very clean and comfortable
sandra
The hotel was very clean the beds were comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the hot tub/spa was great. The breakfast was a extremely excellent. The lobby washrooms were perfect. The hotel could improve by having fresh coffee throughout the day. Also there was no guest de button on the remote control making the TV a bit difficult to navigate for some people.
Brandy
Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very accommodating, breakfast selections were good (loved the waffles), and the area of the hotel felt safe. Would definitely book again.
NancyRose
Hot tub could be warmer and ground mats maybe less expensive laundry machines
Arthur
Hotel was great your survey should be discontinued so lower hotel rates can be experienced. You could give 15% additional discount for customers completing survey.

Receptionist was super nice, we upgraded last minute without any hassle! Room was pretty clean even tho somewhat older. Highly recommend this place. :)
Eric
Nice people flexible good sleep
Gordon
Our room on the first floor was very clean and tidy, two well made queen beds, that were firm, but not too firm -- but the pillows were kind of too soft and squishy. TV channels were limited and the bathroom/toilet area was tiny. But the breakfast room was pleasant and bright and the breakfast dishes a nice surprise with great sausage links, cheese filled egg omelets, and a waffle maker, along with the usual various pastries, juices, etc. They offered both regular coffee AND a jug of decaf, a nice surprise, as some places do not. All together, for the price of $139 plus the usual taxes, this was a good choice.
Josh
The Wi-Fi was great and the staff was very freindly
Martin
The Wifi was great and I did not have time to go to gym
