Property was okay. It appears that they are updating the property. A light in the room had no switch and had to be unplugged to turn off. In addition the bathroom light had no switch so had to stay on all night. Under the beds was very dirty and I found contact lenses laying on the floor. Did not appear to have been cleaned well before our arrival. Will probably not stay here again.

The room was lovely. Very comfortable and spacious. It was conveniently located near major roads, restaurants and amenities. Room entry system felt secure. Exterior shows a bit of wear but rooms were excellent and staff was helpful.

Clean, no thrills, good for a 1-2 night stay, not really great for long term. Simple things like no where to hang clothes and suitable ironing board weren't provided.

So in general it was a good stay. The room was clean but the curtain were not up, they were sitting on the table with the broken rod. And when I went to shower there was no shower curtain up. The rod was leaning on the wall with the curtain on it. It was a little sketchy but I’m not from a large town so I guess it’s to be expected. But the bed was good, the shower pressure was good once I put the curtain back up, and the room was clean. What more could you ask for.

The room was clean, I liked the shower design. The walls and ceiling were this so sound carried through easily. But the staff were great. There were no real amenities though, could use new vending machines and maybe a continental breakfast.

Naval Suites appears to be undergoing a transition from whatever it was before... possibly a Country Inn & Suites... to Naval Suites by Fairbridge. Fortunately, the professional and friendly staff is on board to make things easy, comfortable, and pleasant overall. The management is accessible and exceedingly helpful, and steps are actively taken to ensure an enjoyable stay.
Pro Tip: While staying at Naval Suites, take a few moments of your day to walk down Kitsap Way to Oyster Bay, cross at the light, and walk to the visible carport situated across the street from Naval Suites. Get ready for a view of the bay that will take your breath away. Then grab a meal at Brother Don's just up the way from there. :-)

The property was very clean. The rooms were very comfortable. The only thing that was wrong was that the coffee pot had the wrong size café in it and was useless I did not have a chance to alert the staff or give them a chance to fix it it was a very busy trip other than that the room was excellent.

The room smelled like they used an entire bottle of fabuloso to mop the place, the odor was so incredibly powerful, it caused me to have a headache all night long. Tried calling the front desk, no one ever answered, I maybe called 4-5 times over the weekend. No towel service, just an absolute horrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

We had two rooms and they were both disgusting and filthy. The floors had not been cleaned in a very long time. One room had a dirty tank top and a bird feather on the bathroom and the bedding had hair on the sheets. The second room had a container of shrimp cocktail left on the floor, there was crepe paper streamers still hang up in places from a party that must have taken place there. There was filth and confetti all over the floor and there was confetti on the sheets! Obviously the bedding had not been changed in either room. There is no office or manager on site, everything is done through the phone. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

The room smelled very clean and the linens appeared clean. The floor was somewhat dirty and the furniture, baseboards, and bathroom counter had some stains and could use a deep cleaning. The shower pressure and temperature was great and everything worked great aside from the fridge, which was cool but not cold. I liked the self check-in and the security lock on the doors. Other visitors were quiet, but you can definitely hear the traffic sounds all night. Overall, the visit was okay and met my basic needs, but probably not something I'd want to return to. You get what you pay for.

We had bad luck in that the maid hadn't done a thorough job, although it was not a problem per se: coffee grinds still in the coffee maker from the prior tenant, the wastebasket was missing (there was no wastebasket anywhere), and an obvious long black hair on the floor of the bathroom.
Also be sure you can log in to respond to any messages from management: they sent me a door code via the Expedia website which I didn't have my computer to use to get it, so I had to call management for the code since I arrived 10:15 PM which was after office hours.
Otherwise was a \"you get what you pay for\" hotel...

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Checking and checkout were online so no interaction with staff.

Although the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze, I was NOT happy when I found out the TV only got maybe 15 stations, and some without sound, plus the reception was worse than rabbit ears! Then, to make things worse, the refrigerator was broken! I was turned all the way up to the coldest setting, but nowhere near cold. I didn't realize it at first, only later in the evening when I went to eat my dinner and found out ALL my frozen food was thawed and my beverages were warm! I had to throw out all my frozen breakfast foods! The display on the microwave was out. No toilet paper. A wobbly chair at the table. Only one lamp in the room and no overhead light. SUPER SLOW Wi-Fi. But other than horrible TV reception with very limited channels, a microwave that barely worked, and a fridge that didn't get cold, I actually like the room. The bed was super comfortable, especially the pillows! The heater wasn't too noisy like some places. Their ice machine was broken. Nothing in the vending machines. I found out this was a former Quality Inn, and it was obvious by the \"quality\" of electric stuff. I will never stay here again, and don't suggest anyone else does. I could have gotten a NICE room with a deck and free breakfast a half block away for about $25 more!

We had pipe channels on our TV for which didn't have sound. We were locked out of our room every time we left and came back and had to have our lock reset on the door and we had to wash our towels that they provided because we couldn't get housekeeping to bring us a new ones.

The floor in the room was dirty and messy. The lights weren’t working and the fire alarm kept beeping the whole night. There weren’t enough power outlets, literally just 1 for the whole room. The window blinds were damaged and the room was right next to the parking lot and the lights were glaring the whole time. Was a very unpleasant experience and don’t recommend this place even if your looking for something simple for a night

The rooms were clean and had upgraded renovations. Loved the clean hardwood floors and fresh paint. The keyless entry was great for me because I fly in late. Miss Rebecca was super helpful checking me in and out without even meeting me. She is really the heart and soul of the place. I can’t wait to see the place when all the changes are made. Keep up the good work guys.
