Staff was on computer when we checked in. Took time to even acknowledge standing in front of him. Our room smelled BADLY of weed. Like they tried to febreeze the smell out. If the fan was not constantly running it was horrendous.
The bathroom was dirty. Clearly “cleaning” is the bare minimum. We booked for three people. We had two towels and a single washcloth. Tried calling downstairs for more and there was no answer on any attempted. The walls above the bed are dirty and dinged. I get it’s a “cheaper” hotel but cheap doesn’t need to mean dirtier than the street.

I was stuck in town during a winter storm and chose this hotel for its low price, pool and hot breakfast. The price was low, the pool was freezing cold and the hot breakfast was only self made waffles. I was very disappointed.

As the room looked like the online pics, but the led lighting behind the bed on wall was like strobe light, thankful there was a switch. The sheets were horrible! Rough and scratchy, made us itch all night long. The pillows were chunky, not sure what they had in them.

The hotel room was shabby. The carpet was worn though in multiple spots. The toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. The hot tub wasn't hot. The breakfast options were limited and they ran out of coffee. There were handprints on the wall above both beds. They staff was pleasant, but any time we stopped at the front desk, there was a sign saying they were helping another guest. They were really outside smoking and vaping. The beds were big and comfortable.

To start when i was checking in I was told i needed tkmpay an extra $100 deposit that was never mentioned when i booked the room. Then the stair way looked like it hasnt seen a vacuum in months. When asked about WiFi i was told I had to sign up for some rewards program to get wifi and when I signed up for that it said that only gave me slow wifi and if i wanted high speed wifi it would cost $5 a day... My fridge in my room didnt work so i had to use alot more ice unfortunately there is only 1 ice machine for all 4 floors of the hotel... There was also abunch of broken stuff all around the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. The only hot option was the nasty waffle maker. This was probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The lady at front desk was friendly and attentive! I truly appreciate her assistance. The room was nice but the bed was squeaky, I couldn’t turn over without it making noise. The hotel in general was clean and quiet until the weekend, which is understandable. Ample parking, and it’s near restaurants and stores.

The room was decent, clean, but walls are thin. Unfortunately, we were next to loud neighbors smoking weed, blasting music, and had a 3 year old that wouldn’t stop screaming, so the smell and noise was rather annoying. The shower was really nice, housekeeping half did their job- left no hand soap and only had one bath towel though. Staff was very friendly. Not terrible, but would stay somewhere else in the future.

The rooms were clean and the staff were courteous. I had to move rooms because the latch on my door was broken; however, in the new room there were several things missing. The cleaning staff hadn't left hand soap for the bathroom sink and the coffee packets for the coffee maker were missing.

The phone in our room did not work, and the “soundproofing” was nonexistent. We ordered a pizza, and it was left sitting out in the open lobby—apparently the days of hotel staff ensuring guests actually receive their deliveries are long gone.

As a wheelchair user, I received no offer of assistance with bags, and the sidewalks in front of the accessible parking stalls were covered in packed snow. The rest of the sidewalk was cleared, leaving a slick, uneven barrier directly in front of the accessible spaces. It wasn’t snowing. The next day, a guest taking their dog out saw me spinning my wheels in place and offered to help. My wheelchair doesn’t have all‑terrain tires, so it was essentially like trying to move a stationary bike through ice until I could dig in enough to get traction.

We were staying at the motel because my partner was having surgery, and we live quite a distance away. I wanted to be able to get a full night’s rest—which absolutely did not happen—and with blowing snow and drifting adding to the commute time, I needed the drive to be ten minutes, not two hours. I didn’t want an extra two hours tacked onto the trip because of drifting on top of everything else. We had planned to stay through the day of her surgery as well, which is why I booked two nights.

Inside the room, the situation wasn’t any better. The guests above us—at least two older children and an infant—were running from one end of their room to the other, nonstop. It sounded like they were attemp

Sheets don’t fit the bed constantly coming off. Continental breakfast is a joke. Waffles toast and cereal as they don’t do the buffet when there’s to many people in the hotel. If you want to get stoned off the smell of people smoking their pot this is the place to stay as our own room smelled of it since was so strong. Front desk doesn’t pick up when needed. Will never stay here again

The lobby and elevator consistently smelt of marijuana and dirty mop water. The carpet and flooring in hallways and room had dried paint stains. We asked housekeeping NOT to enter the room, and they did anyway only taking our dirty towels and not replacing them. The A/C in our room was leaking water and carpet was moist near the unit. The “gym” was disgusting with dirty, broken machines. Breakfast options only included waffles, bread, bagels, yogurt, and cold cereal. Worst of all was the locals hanging nearby waiting for guests to leave. One took a picture of our plate and went inside to find out our room number. Once he realized we caught on he waved us off and went away. The area is unsafe, not patrolled, and I would never recommend this place.

The hotel had an unpleasant smell as you entered. The rooms were small and the bathroom was very small. The door to the bathroom had to be closed in order to stand at the sink. The sink was more form than function. Water splattered everywhere every time you used it. So any item on the counter got wet because there wasn’t much counter space. There was no lighting in the room, except for one small lamp. If they were back to the wall, they weren’t working. The sheets on the bed were marked up with black streaks. The AC was on in the room instead of the heat and it was cold through the night. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice that until the morning. It was not a good night sleep because there were people talking and moving about a lot through the middle of the night and you could hear people snoring in the next room. The walls were so thin. I feel I overpaid for these rooms by a lot, even for the going rate the day I was there through hotels.com. Unfortunately, the hotel could not do anything to rectify the situation because I booked through hotels.com. I will not stay here again and I am questioning using hotels.com again as well.

It was around 2:39pm and I walked in to check in. I let the lady at the reception know I'm here to check in. She said, \"I can't check you in until 3pm.\" I said, \"Okay, we'll be back.\" I got back into my car in the parking lot and waited until 3pm since it was just about 20 more minutes. About 5 minutes went by, I saw other people parking and walking inside and saw that they were able to go in and check in. I was fuming by this time and upset that the receptionist turned me away but checked in the others after me when it wasn't even 3pm yet. I walked in around 2:45pm and I got in line with 2 customers in front of me. The receptionist was checking others in cheerily and I was mad. Then it was my turn and I checked the time was 2:50pm. What kind of treatment was this? Her name was Chasity. I want to lodge a complaint about how horrible this customer service was to treat others like this.

the room was not particularly clean--needed a good vacuum and there wasn't a full complement of towels. The walls were extremely thin and both nights I was awakened by drunk, yelling neighbors after 2 am. The front desk staff member said he would call and ask them to quiet down but I'm not sure that happened. The breakfast lacked healthy alternatives and the decaf coffee carafe was cold and not refilled across my 2 day stay. There's no access to outside doors near the parking areas so you have to walk around to get in the front door, making parking near your room useless.

Also, there’s no overhead light in room 302. There’s one light where you enter, that’s it. The nightstand lights are not enough to light the room at night. It’s dark.

What the heck is up with no lights in the pool area (plus, no towels or chairs) and low light in the room to hide blessmishes and stained and thin sheets and other gross conditions.

TV didnt work and they refused to change my room until i allowed a man to enter my room (2 women traveling alone) to try the remote. (See pic 1. The tv had been noted as not working a week before my stay!) He tried for 15 minutes and failed so changed our room. In the process of trying to get tv to work, my credit card was charged for a pay-per-view. When i notified front desk, they said there was nothing they could do. I asked to talk to a manager and they said he wasnt there. I asked for a number and they said they cant give it out. \"When will they be in?\" Anytime between 10am and 2pm.
The room was in much better shape than the halls and reception. Carpet in reception was stained with numerous black and brown stains. Grease, oil? Bulbs burned out chandelier and light fixtures. STRONG smell of food cooking as soon as entry door opened. Hallway carpet had worn holes in multiple places and hall was painted with a Very bright almost fluorescent blue. Hotel looked great from the outside but was a bit of a surprise when you walked in.

We stayed on the second floor and the pictures were hanging askew and one was damaged. When we checked in it was not busy and the guy at the front desk did the minimum to check me in. I had to ask if they had a shuttle and what the hours were for breakfast. During our last night the housekeeping took our used shower towels and did not replace them and they did not replace our cups. The Customer service was lacking this 3 night stay.
