I have traveled to Izmir a few times now and this hotel is the best I have stayed at, the stuff are very friendly and helpful, when I arrived the hotel was full, after 2 days I was offered an upgrade to a bigger and better room, the service was excellent and will definitely be staying here again

Very noisy building, music played late hours and I assume drunk people, think this may be a student accommodation. Air conditioning never worked so room was very hot making it difficult to sleep, never had the chance to report this as was working long hours, just needed to sleep after work. Great customer service and amenities. Easy access to areas of interest via metro, train, taxi. Excellent restaurant, market, spa, coiffeur, massage & spa on site.
Areas of improvement: Fix and maintain the Gym and its equipment, the pool and billiards tables and equipment.
Fix/maintain the power outlets in the room.
With better preventive maintenance, this hotel could be a great place for short term and long term lodging.

Unfortunately the hospitality management is not world standards. The manager guy does not seem to have any authority other than ALL TALK. Apparently he was not given much managerial duties. There is an alleged manager called Ozlem without any Hotel industry experience but is a college friend with the builder people.

The only truly professional and great staff were Ms. Buket and Mr.Ege. Otherwise, the so-called \"Manager\" lady doesn't have any skills nor experience to value a guest/customer. Scandalous disgusting experience with a staff called Ercan wasn't taken seriously. The assistant manager as always was all talk...I think he is mostly useful with dedicating his time to write responses to reviews.

As 'Uni student accommodation' this is a great place with everything you'd need (except reasonable blanket/doona and Room service that doesn't show up after requesting help). Has every facility you'd want either in the room or the complex. Even had a dishwasher and washing machine in the room. Just noisy as people coming and going in the night have no regard for people sleeping and the rooms are not soundproof. Basement parking and helpful retail staff especially at the restaurant & supermarket.

Superb place to stay.
Family of 4 from NZ, 2nd week in Turkey, looked for a place to relax and unwind after many days of sightseeing and found it here.
From the very start, after booking on Expedia, the hotel management kept in communication with us.
A short ride from the bus terminal, the hotel has a good restaurant and a store onsite.
Security at the gate was super polite and good to see.
The reception staff were polite, spoke good English and were quick. They welcomed us with a few little gifts and upgraded our room which was simply fantastic.
The concierge service was kind and gave us additional towels for the pool upon request.
We utilised the pool every day; perfect sun position at the middle of the day, good depth and very clean.
We ate at the restaurant for breakfast (provided; traditional as well as a few choices of cereals) and dinner which had a range of choices and was well priced. Drinks were had from the store in addition to the cafe onsite.
We had massages both nights at the onsite spa which was perfect for the end of each day. They ensured that we could get massages even though it was really late at night.
The gym is a good size and contains all the necessary equipment for all levels.
Our room was 2 bedrooms and contained a washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Corner balcony and good sized lounge topped it all off.
Recommend this hotel? Absolutely. Kids loved it, we enjoyed it and we have already booked it for our return visit

It was a very tiny studio but comfortable. In an apartment one expects a microwave, a toaster, a washing machine, pots and pan but there was none. It just had a kettle, 2 cups, 2 spoon, knife and fork set, 2 bowls and 2 plates. There is a laundry in the base who wash and dry a bag of clothes for 35 lira. The TV had only Turkish channels. No Netflix or YouTube. Staff was courteous and helpful. There are two restaurants which serve basic food. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel apartment is an excellent place with very helpful staff. It is very close to train station, which is 10-15 mins away from Konak. There is also a shop in the building that sells all the essentials at good price. The only problem with the accommodation is that the breakfast is terrible, people smoke very close to where the breakfast tables are, and you have to queue for someone to give you what you want for breakfast rather than you picking what you want. Overall, good place to stay with terrible breakfast- better to book the room without the free breakfast option.

Wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff is nice at the reception but the hotel management doesn’t seem to know basic comfort. Breakfast is boring and nothing is fresh. Bread is from the day before it seems and the ham tastes like fridge and is dry. Omelette or fried eggs cost 20 TL extra while the coffee shop in house offers full breakfast including eggs for 30 TL and everything is fresh and delicious.

Hotel has a weird policy that you aren’t allowed to order food from outside before 11pm at night, as long as the restaurant is open. You are forced to eat from the restaurant that can’t even make a fresh breakfast.
Location is just behind some car junk yards and the noise level at night keeps you awake. As if that isn’t enough, dogs are around the hotel and keep barking all night long and security doesn’t bother to put an end to it.
To make it worse, on the last day there wasn’t any water. Despite reception saying it would be fixed after 30 min (you had to go down yourself as they wouldn’t pick up the phone), I left the hotel 90 min later without being able to take a shower in the morning before my flight back.

We liked the friendliness of the staff, the availability of things around us (like atms, and taxi availability), the feel of an apartment, kitchen area, the restaurant that includes breakfast, the cafe and small market attached! It was nice to have massage and spa available in the premise as well as a gym area, pool/jacuzzi and games in the building too!
It would have been nice to have more use of the games area, like darts. And it would be nice to have an easy way to get to the city for 5 of us at the same, but otherwise was amazing! Thank you for your hospitality!

This complex has lots of potential, but it's poorly executed.

- All the public spaces had hand sanitiser
- The staff were friendly and helpful
- There is a market on site

== Negatives ==
- The apartment looked as if the floor hadn't been cleaned, there was hair, food, dust and stains there.
- The cupboards were dirty, dusty and had someone underwear left behind.
- The mattress and frame was so loose that making the smallest of movements would make such a loud sound. Additionally, a few of the springs had broken, poking. Overall a very low quality mattress for the price.
- The kitchen area was missing basic inventory but the staff kindly brought me some
- The Wifi continually stopped working but each time the reception helped.
- The gym was open but filthy (there were dead cockroaches) and I left early as no social distancing was happening
- During early breakfast one morning, there was a man without a mask, continually coughing inside whilst choosing his food. His colleague didn't have a mask either. We mentioned this to the reception, that we didn't feel comfortable eating there because of this, they \"warned him\" but he didn't change his habit.
- All of the floors inside the public areas were always dusty and littered with rubbish.

Oda tasarımı kullanışlı ve rahattı, binanın otoparkı olması da güzel. Ancak temizlik kötüydü, nevresimde ve merdivende saçlar vardı. Koltuk üzerinde sigara yanığı, yırtık gibi deformeler de sorun değil ama üzerinde kırıntılar duruyordu. Leider haben wir nicht das suit bekommen was wir gebucht haben und wurden auch nicht vorher informiert das viele Räume renoviert werden darum wir in ein anderen Zimmer bekommen es gab auch keine andere Alternative oder Geld Rückerstattung da der Suit 1+1 was ich gebucht habe teurer war als das Zimmer was wir gebucht haben.

Odada inanılmaz bir kanalizasyon kokusu vardı, ayrıca apartda kalan çiftlerin sesini çok rahat işitebiliyosunuz. Duvarlar çok ince. Gece yarısı birilerinin kahkalarıyla veya sesleriyle uyanabilirsiniz, Hiç memnun kalmadım.

Güzel işletme

İnternet konusunda sınıfta kaldı. Wi-Fi beğenmedim, Turkcell hat kullanıyordum o da tuhaf bir şekilde çekmiyordu. Yalıtım çok zayıf, yan odada bağıran birisi varsa her şeyi duyabilirsiniz. Onun dışında iyi bir konaklama oldu benim için çok nazikler

Genel olarak temizliğinde sorun yoktu. Şehir manzaralı oda inşaata bakması pek iç açıcı değildi. Oda resimde göründüğü gibiydi ancak bu kadar küçük olabileceğini düşünmemiştim. Kahve bardaklarının yanına konulabilecek birkaç peçete güzel olurdu. Havalandırmanın içindeki tozların gözle görülecek kadar çok olması rahatsız ediciydi. Muhtemelen yan odalarda içilen sigara kokusunun odanın içine gelmesi daha rahatsız ediciydi.
