Pool ladder was broken not safe construction was ongoing in the hotel with dust entering our rooms because of this they offered us watermelons which are free of charge in breakfast stay away from this hotel we left early and got no compensation it’s a joke hotel do not be fooled by other reviews

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
The room smelled like urine, and the carpets were filthy. The bed was rock hard — I woke up with back pain. The bathroom was unusable: the shower was broken, and there was no hot water.

Breakfast was a complete disaster! They served stale salad, dried-out cheese, and cold tea. Everything felt careless and unappetizing.

The receptionist Murat clearly has no clue about hospitality. When I was checking out, I told another guy at the front desk that room #123 was terrible, and he just laughed.

This hotel somehow has 4 stars, but it doesn’t even deserve one.
Absolutely do not stay here

Pretty Awful! There was nothing in the room to indicate any of the facilities, and not one of the staff spoke any English. So trying to ascertain anything about the hotel was very difficult. The halls were almost pitch black, the carpets frayed and dangerous underfoot. There were no plugs for the sink or bath. You had to request fresh toilet paper several times. The safe didn’t work, so the staff ‘lifted it out’ and replaced it. It wasn’t even secure. The pool had 4 broken loungers around it. The gym was never open when I went, and I couldn’t find out the times due to communication issues. I don’t usually leave reviews. But couldn’t not.

The morning breakfast was EXCELLENT, OUTSTANDING!
But the parking situation was terrible--very stressful.
And the wifi system did not work for our phones (it did work for my computer). The hotel location was also very hard to find, at the back of a complicated huge complex of buildings far away from any clear signs for the hotel.

It was difficult to find as you have to go onto the university campus. There was a horrible cheap perfume smell being pumped around the hotel, luckily not in the rooms. Room was ok, a bit tatty, could’ve been cleaner. Easy to park there. Staff not overly friendly. Breakfast was nice, great selection. Would only stay there again for the convenience of being in university grounds.

zero hygiene, bad service, very old facilities

hotel’s lobby is renovated but rooms are in very bad condition, probably more than 50 years old. bathtub had cracks in it, toilet was dirty. and most disgraceful thing was the towel, i havent seen anything that bad not even in youth hostels. all the cotton was gone, see the picture. this place would not pass any health inspection from a european standard for sure and they shamelessly claim to have 4 stars. when we asked to get at least some clean towels; they asked us to wait until midnight because there was no personal to bring up. if we weren’t to tired and traveling early morning, we would definetely cancel and stay in other place. shall be avoided until there is a proper renovation done.

Convenient location.

This hotel was chosen by us for it's location within the city of Izmir.
We have stayed here before but before the pandemic. Breakfast was therefore just a basic Turkish breakfast.
The hotel is dated but is kept clean and we were comfortable.
We are sure that we will come back in the future.

Location was impossible to find. Service was shocking. Only one staff member who parked our car, checked us in and brought our luggage to the room. No one else there. Breakfast was shockingly bad. Absolutely horrendous. Building very old and bed not comfortable. We had 2 nights booked, but left after the first night as it was so bad.

Well, for me it's never acceptible to buy a small plastic bottle of water for 8 liras. This is the mini bar price, which is simply not a good and honest way to host people. Other than that the breakfast is good and the property's condition is above average.

We recently stayed at the Anemon ege saglik for 2 night my self my partner and our 1 year old baby. The hotel is a beautiful hotel but its area is not central at all we had to call a taxi when we where going anywhere. The reception staff an concierge where very helpfully and so polite the restaurant staff were also... we did how ever have a problem with the house keeping staff, twice the entered our room without knocking or obtaining permision which I was not comfortable with at all that also left out room uncleaned when I specifically asked for the bed sheets to be changed as our child had been unwell through out the night. Over all we enjoyed our stay everyone was really nice my only concern was with house keeping but I would definitely stay there again

I chose this hotel as it was 5 minutes walk from the hospital as I was attending a medical course there. The hotel however exceeded my expectations as the room was even better than the rooms in some of the Hilton branches I stayed in before in the UK and at less than half the price.

When we arrived the hotel, they told us we don't have any reservation.
When we presented them the itinerary number, they did find the reservation but they had canceled the reservation. Since they have not any available too, we had to look for another hotel.

Quiet location, but no free airport transfers

Hotel was OK for the night's stay but the location is out of town which makes it quiet but if you are after any sort of nightlife, this is not the hotel for you. Bar is open 24 hours if you can find someone to serve you.
Booked this hotel based on the free airport transfer however this is not the case, taxi cost 80TL.

i stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and overall it was a reasonable stay, the rooms are clean and comfortable, staff were polite and very helpful. However, it was disappointing that the hotel claim to offer massage, yet there was no masseuse available during the time i stayed and the other disappointing aspect was that the complimentary coffee/tea sachets were not topped up so i had to call room service to request more and also tea/coffee cups. Overall, the hotel was modern, breakfast was satisfactory, staff were helpful etc

Je rijdt er heen via de SEH van het UMC. Het gebouw is extreem oud en het stinkt naar sigaretten. De tapijten in de hal laten los. De kamerdeur bladderde volledig af. De badkuip had geen bovenste coating meer. Er zat een dikke gat in. Het plafond van de badkamer is aangetast door alle vocht. Ik moest kokhalzen van de stank die uit de put kwam. De makeupspiegel ontbrak terwijl de houder wel aan de muur zit. Er lagen bloedspetters op het tapijt in de kamer. Er werkte maar één lift, en die moest een maand geleden gekeurd worden. Laatste keuring was 07/24. Het is een oude, stinkende, vieze hotel. Je wordt ook niet met je koffers geholpen om naar de kamer te gaan. Totaal niet wat je van Anemon verwacht. Zonde.

Öğretmen evi kalitesinden bile daha düşük bir kalitede konaklamak beni ciddi manada hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Deluxe oda olarak verdikleri odayı kesinlikle gelip görmelisiniz. 1940'lı yıllarda otel odası gibi. Tüm malzeme neredeyse çürümeye yüz tutmuş. Ma fille et moi avons passé qu'une seule nuit dans cet immonde hôtel, nous avons fui dès le lendemain, sans se doucher ni petit déjeuner.
Nous serions partis le jour même, si nous n'étions pas arrivées aussi tard.
Cet hôtel est sale, la moquette dans les couloirs et la chambre est souillée de grosses taches très suspects.
La baignoire de la salle de bains étaient souillées d'une grosse tâche marron, la raison pour laquelle nous n'avons pas pu nous doucher.
Dans la chambre, un fauteuil en velours avec une grosse auréole douteuse également.
Nous avons alerté la Receptioniste, qui nous a pris de haut en disant que l'hôtel est vieux.
Pas de WiFi.
Une petite bouteille de 25cl pour ma fille et moi nous a été accordée.
Tout ceci pour la sommes de 108 euros.
Cest une honte. Je ne me suis jamais sentie aussi mal dans un hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles.
Ne jamais aller dans cet hôtel.

Le pire, et que nous avons découvert à nos depend que c'était un hôtel, où beaucoup d'étrangers venaient pour des interventions chirurgicales d'esthétique comme il est tres courant en Turquie.
A FERMER IMPÉRATIVEMENT.
J'essaie de mettre des photos de tout ce que j'avance, mais il semblerait que votre site ne le permet pas... Dommage !!!

Ailemle bir gün konaklama için yer ayirtmistim. Otele giriş yapmadan binanın bu kadar eski olabileceği aklıma bile gelmezdi. Çatlamış duvarlar vs. Bahçedeki Havuzun yanındaki tuvalet ve banyolar aktif durumda değil inşaat kalıntıları ile dolu ihtiyaç halinde odamıza çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Ve en önemlisi de sıcak su yoktu. Resepsiyon ile görüştüğümüzde az aşağıda su kaçağı var izsu çalışma yapılıyor denildi ilk günü o şekilde geçirdik ertesi sabah kalktığımızda yine aynı durum sıcak su yoktu. Maalesef buz gibi suda duş almak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltısı güzeldi tek iyi olan durum buydu belki de gelecek olanlar için önerim bu fiyata bu otel asla kalınacak yer değil...

Tus sınavı öncesi konumu nedeniyle tercih ettiğimiz otel. 2 ay öncesinde odayı rezerve etmiştik ve ders çalışmak amacıyla ışık daha fazla alsın masası büyük olsun vs diye ekstra ücretle daha büyük ve uygun odayı seçtik. Oteli 1 hafta önce aradığımızda tabi buyurun odanız sizin için o tarihte ayrılmış durumda dediler. Otele gittiğimizde kapıda bir futbol takımı odalarına yerleşmek için kapıda beklemekteydi belli ki odalarda sıkıntı vardı. Resepsiyonla konuşurken Seval hanım Tunahan beye parmağıyla bilgisayar ekranında bir şey işaret etti ancak Tunahan bey işi geçiştirmek istediği belliydi (daha iyi yalan söylemeli). Biz odamızda bir sorun olmadığını sorduğumuzda yok 2 ayrı yataklı dediler ancak eşimle beraber itiraz ettiğimizde odalarımız internette çift kişilik yatak yazar ancak 2 ayrı yatak olabilir diyip geçiştirildik. Odaya çıkınca bu oda kesinlikle değildi (fotoğraflardan anladık). Superior oda seçmiştik fakat deluxe oda verilmişti. Resepsiyona inip itiraz edince odamız değiştirildi. Yeni oda çift kişilik yatak ve yine doğru oda değildi ancak spot ışıkları çalışmıyordu. Başka oda hazırlandı. Odada banyo çok kötüydü odada spot ışıkları yoktu loş köşe ışıkları ile idare ediyorsunuz. Sınav sabahı otelde tusa girecek çok fazla öğrenci ve ailesi bulunmaktaydı. Kahvaltı kuyruğu uzunluğu ve sandalye bulamayan kişiler tabaklarını alıp lobide yemek yemeye devam ediyordu. Tekrar tercih etmek mi ? Bir daha düşünün derim!!!

Güler yüzlü çalışanlara tekrar teşekkürler.

Öncelikle gerçekten güler yüzlü ve profesyonel çalışanlar bulunmakta. Odalar geniş ve ferah. Eski bir bina bence sağlam bir tadilata ihtiyacı var. Kahvaltısı güzel temiz ve kaliteliydi ama daha fazla seçenek konulabilir.

Personele fatura kes diyoruz onu bile yanlış kesiyorlar /A diyorum a hatfini adana olarak yazıyor komik ve tecrübeaiz personellerle iş olmaz

Not like in the past. Now low quality.

I was coming to this hotel many years ago and it was a nice hotel. After more than 10 years they did not change anything so it looks very old now. The breakfast and the dinner was with a very poor quality and variaty but at the same time expensive. Only the personnel was kind and helpful.

anemona yakışmadı

otelin odalarına kesinlikle sineklik lazım. oda da dört adet sivri sinek, dört adet Nezara viridula cinsi böcek öldürdük. ilaçlama kesinlikle şart.
yemek ve sabah kahvaltısı zayıf, daha çok çeşit olabilir.
otelin otoparkı boş arazi olduğu için düzeltilmesi gerek. nerede ise arabanın altı değecek.
konum açısından güzel.

Sigara icmedigimiz halde bizi sigara icilen odaya vediler odalar bakimsiz ve temiz degildi .yerlerde bir onceki misafirlerden kalma dokuntu ve cop vardi.odamizi degistirdiler fakat degisen bisey olmadi.ilgililer ilgili gibi gorunmeye gayretli idi.cok uzak yoldan gelmemize ragmen saunayi kullanamadik.cunku sabah 9 dan once acilmiyormus.ayrica saunayi kulanmadan once haber verip hazirlatmamiz gerekiyormus.bu uygulama 4 yildizli bir otele yakismiyor.buyuk konusmayayim ama bir daha burada konaklamam mumkun degil.
