The main reason for the low rate is the annoying stench from a drain in the bathroom and the disgusting shower cabin. Hardly acceptable for one night, even more for four nights but the hotel was fully booked, I was told. A very average breakfast. All in all, poor experience for >200 euros per night.

Not the best stay. The staff were nice, but the room could have been cleaner and everything is very dated. Breakfast was disappointing given the options that other business hotels typically provide. The gym in particular was in a very sad state, most of the equipment is broken and the available floor space was filled with broken slabs of marble on rolling metal platforms.

There was no minibar when it was advertised to have one. We asked to have one but they never brought it so no cold drinks. Also need some English speaking channels on TV. The rule stating no outside food or drink in your room is ridiculous

The hotel is in excellent location, it is in the center of Izmir Alsancak , clean from all aspects, the staff are so friendly and helpful, you can get a taxi in less than two minutes. Love to stay and will stay In future.

The view is wonderful and more if you stay on top floors like 14 floor and above sea side. A lot of noise in the are .. that prevent us open the Bacony in the night. Toilet is lack of fan which produce smell in the toilet

Very nice hotel with valet parking (parking is scarce is in the area). Central location 1 block from the \"boardwalk\" and 1 block from the main walking street which is convenient but also makes it rather noisy until the wee hours. Suggestion, get a room on the upper floors.

Great location for restaurants, bars and cafes plus the sea. Noisy at night though. The room was big but the pillows were too soft. The breakfast was nice but nothing special. The glass outer cover of the lift had cracks in it which is not a good look!

A beautiful 5 star plus hotel with extra ordinary friendly and helpful staff, welcomed me on my stay there. They accomodated me with an early breakfast . I just a little problem with unit upstair that walking with high heel shoes all night and that was beyond the hotel control . Other than that all perfect...👏🙏💐

Terrible receptionist, Elevator was broken when my brother-in-law and I with his bad heart condition being in it. We had hard time to breathe inside. my hand stile has problem from heading elevator door. No apology or checking to see how we are doing. Over all that I am \"costa phobic\". Terrible experience. A lovely gem of a place to stay in izmir. Staff were helpful, can't fault the room etc. It's based right in middle of where all the nightlife is in izmir which isn't like England just feels good going for a walk with all the people out on the grass enjoying themselves. Even on a low floor windows are good enough that it's silence outside. If I'm critical then I have to point out shower has the age old issue of being linked so random hot and cold spurts, and no real restaurant at least that we could sit in for dinner at top. However this wasn't really an issue as 1min walk hundreds of places to eat.

arrived to hotel and checked in room was smaller then i imagined , but still better then some i have been , the room was not very clean alot of dust and small hairs on bed and in bathroom , other then that it was ok , breakfast is disappointing not worth paying extra for it unless included in the price , please be aware this hotel is in a part of izmir that is very busy and lively at night you will hear music until 5 in the morning , but the location is good for harbour and restaurants , please also be aware of the mini bar which we never used but on the day before our last we found 2 open bottles of water and was annoyed to have them run after us as were getting in the car demanding 8 ytl (turkish liras) for something we never even drank we found this very crafty and iam not the type to argue but wont go their again , this is not a 4 star hotel its 3 star very basic so please dont go with very high expectations some staff are friendly and felt safe in the hotel which was important to me as i travelled with my daughter , please be careful surrounding areas at night and also fish restaurants near harbour as they have no prices on menus they charge what they want which is a shame that they do this as Turkey is a beautiful country and worth visiting again , but wont book this hotel unless i really do have no choice , I hope i have given enough info

Great location at the heart of city center
During the checkin, I was upgraded to a room with the sea view. The view from the room was spectacular. Only complain about the room, it was too hot as they set and locked the thermometer to 27c.

I stayed here previously about 2 years ago, it looks like it has had a refurbishment since then, overall a great hotel in an excellent location with sea views and also for the local busy nightlife.

As some have mentioned, the hotel is a bit dated, but it certainly is nicely maintained and comfortable. I live in İzmir and if I and when I will need to stay in the center again, I will consider this hotel before some of the other (more expensive) options. Ah, and pay the extra few euro for the seaside view.
