The room and bathroom were really dirty. Not to mention there was no one to help with anything like helping with our luggage’s when checking in and checking out. The workers as a whole seemed very hostile and unfriendly, except for the bartenders. I would not recommend booking with this place if you prefer a clean and comfortable stay.

The location of the property is superb offering nice view of the sea and you can just literally step out and walk along side the marina which is full of restaurants and shops. The rooms are nice. The Park Inn was a great place to stay and in a very walkable area and great food all around you. We loved the breakfast with views of the sea. Everyone who worked there treated us great. The rooms were clean and the shower was nice. Would highly recommend staying here.

Modern small colored hotel next to the sea. Small rooms beautifully designed except the carpet on floor which make the room air heavy.
The single bed small, mattress , bed sheet and pillow comfortable but the duvet was not good covers cheap and non cotton.
The cooling system not working, cigarette smokes all around you may wake up at night because the room air became full of cigarets smoke.
This hotel suits solo or adventurer couples not families.

The hotel was greatly located and the staff very kind. The parking at hotel was very convenient.
The room was nice and spacious, big enough to have two baby cots for our twins. Only down thing, our bedroom smelt strange, almost like cat litter. We couldn't explain it.

Good location. Easy access to many locations worth seeing. I am not sure how comfortable it would be for longer stays. The room was tastefully laid out but the space is tight in the room we stayed. In the bathroom you need take small step into the shower stall to be able to open the bathroom door. We stayed one night as we were visiting the town to attend a concert. We have not used any of the other amenities so we can’t comment on them but I believe there is a restaurant/bar in the roof. It was quiet. We appreciated that there were usb ports next to the bed. The bed was comfortable. The room temperature is easy to adjust.

Average stay due to no A/C activation

I wish I could give this stay a full 5 stars. I'm not one to give negative reviews but feel like I need to in this case. We stayed in this hotel 3 nights, and could barely sleep the last 2 because of no air conditioning. The weather was 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the city at the time. We called to get this resolved and was told that management had the A/C on \"winter mode\" which doesn't get transitioned to \"summer mode\" until April 1st. We had the lack of a working A/C on 3/30 and 3/31 evenings. We addressed this by opening windows, which again, was not ideal because we're located in a busy part of the city, and to make matters worse, 3/31 was an election night so there was a lot of fanfare and chants happening outside. Bottom line, if you're paying good money for a global brand you at a minimum would expect decent HVAC support. Staff didn't suggest any alternatives (i.e. providing a fan). Otherwise the stay was great - you cannot beat the location, room was excellent (we stayed at a suite) and the breakfast food was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just make sure when the whether is warm, you're there on April or later.

Didn't upgrade room despite availability. Staff is clueless about basic processes. Room had a weird smell coming from thr bathroom. Our room was right below the restaurant on the 8th floor, and we constantly heard chairs and other furniture moving. Would not stay again.

Rooms are unsafe see photos, electrics hanging out from a shower!!! Risk of electric shock, sockets loose and hanging from wall, do not let your children stay here!! Breakfast only one coffee machine working and always a massive que, I just used to go Starbucks next door much quicker!! Shower soap holder loose and hanging from wall! The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and welcoming. I requested extra pillows and they were delivered to my room immediately. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff were able to advise on excursions and arrange for a friendly driver to take us to the archaeological sites for a reasonable fee. Although our driver could not speak English he used Google translate, which was fine. Breakfasts were good with a selection of both hot and cold Turkish foods, breads and cereals. The bar restaurant had a good selection of bar meals and drinks. The location is very good near to the old town souk and bazaar or if you walk in the opposite direction there is more modern shopping. The hotel is located one street back from the water front which has a pedestrian walkway.

Good buildings stay

Good hotel for business stay. The only issue was that the air con didn’t have a cool setting, only heat or fan, which meant it got pretty stuffy in the room. The gym is also very small but useable.

Disappointing property!

A disappointing stay! We booked 3 sea view rooms but there is hardly any sea view from the rooms. The hotel in on a back street with partial sea view between 2 buildings in the front. Initially we were given 1 room with no view at all and on complaining were then reluctantly moved to a room with a slight partial sea view but much smaller than the room we booked. The check-in staff were not forthcoming and there response was they had no rooms! So pray why take our booking? The quality of bed was not good with lumpy mattress and and there was a foul sewage smell from the bathroom.

Excellent value for money, great location.

Amazing location, and the room, while not very spacious, is comfortable. This hotel is an excellent base from which you can walk to the nice restaurants and bars in Alsancak. It is also located right next to a beach promenade, which offers a spectacular sunset view.

Great value of money overall. Will stay there again.

Izmir shopping trip

I thought Park Inn by Raddison was comfortable and the price point was manageable. I enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace every morning and sea view from my room at tea time and sunset. I really appreciated the help I got from the staff in navigating the local area for shopping, eating and entertainment. I’ll be back again and will definitely stay here.

Great hotel, I dropped something on the floor and had to look under my bed. Not a good place to look filthy with dust papers and old tablets. Your rooms need a deep clean as breathing that at night is not good for you.

Oda 520 de Gardrop altında dökülen birşey vardı 2 silinmemiş. Oda fena sigara ve hutubet kokuyordu. Bu yüzden kış olmasına rahmen gece acık pencere ile uyuduk. Duş da yerde bulunan duş gideri kirli ve uyumsuzdu. Banyoda hutubetten tam duşun karşı duvarı kabarmıştı. Kahvaltı ise orta derece. En ucuz Zeytin peynir kullanılmiş. Radisson otele hiç yakışmadı.
