My stay was comfortable. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on this trip. Close proximity to central areas is an excellent, very close to businesses and entertainment areas.
I enjoyed every minute i stayed at this hotel. I got the cleanest and quietest room. Cleaning crew changed everything every day.
I highly recommend to other people as well.

Scandalous dirty
Scandalous dirty. Servicemen try to seem being helpful, but they don't. We asked about iron, and got an answer that we could get it out of the hotel. When I opened a fridge I was shocked, it seems ithad a wash a half year ago. On the third day of stay we asked to make up the room. When we came back, only towels were changed... In fact we thought they were changed, but they were not! The dirtiest big towel was removed, the second one was left (so we had just 1 towel for 2),and when we used it we found staines at the same place. The non-smoking room stinks of tobacco, bathroom walls are covered with mold. Firstly we thought that maybe the hotel didn't have money to renovate it, but the situation with the fridge and towels show that there is no wish to service well.

Great value, even better service
I have stayed here three times and I highly recommend it. Like every place in pandemic-era Turkey, I can see the economy is taking a big toll. While you won’t find little shampoos in the shower or coffee packets with an electric kettle, this place is well worth the stay. First, the service has been excellent during each stay. If I need water or coffee, they happily bring it to me. If I need help to arrange a ride or a purchase or something, they always help. The lobby, dining area, and rooms are spacious and tasteful. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to the sea and an easy walk to museums and piers. Why the room is so cheap, I have no idea.

Otel çok merkezi konumda, katıldığıö kongreye de çok yakındı, o yüzden konumu iyi, metroya ve şehiriçi otobüs bağlantılarına çok yakın. Oda içindeki eşyalar çok eski, odalar sigara kokuyor, bana ilk verilen odada kokudan duramadım, rica ettim, odayı değiştirdiler, o odada da yarım perde vardı, pencerenin yarısını örtüyordu. Ben iş nedeniyle İzmir'e sık gidiyorum. O çevredeki otellerin pek çoğunda en azından odada bir su ısıtıcı vardır ve odanızda otururken çay kahve yapıp içebilirsiniz. Bu otelde öyle bir imkan da yoktu, minibar tamamen boştu. Soğuk içecek seçeneği de yoktu, hatta su bile yoktu. Suyu da çıkıp dışarıdan almam gerekti.

Resepsiyondaki Bey güleryüzlüydü. Karşılamayı yapan Beyi zorla çalıştırıyorlar ve maaşını ödemiyorlar diye bir düşünceye kapıldık. Suratsız ve çok sert bir üslupla konuşuyor. Otel koridorunda inanılmaz bir gider kokusu var. Oda da terlik, şampuan, baş havlusu yoktu. Su, kettle, çay, bardak gibi hiçbir hizmet yok. Temizliği idare eder diyebilirim. Duşakabinin camlarına yapışık önceden kalan tüyler vardı. Kahvaltısı çok bol ve güzeldi.

Banyo küvetliydi üst kısmı da cam sürgü kapıyla kapanıyordu, banyodan çıktıktan sonra banyoda yerlerin göl olduğunu gördüm. O soğukta o suyun içine bata çıka banyodan çıkmaya çalışmak biraz can sıkıcıydı. Kahvaltıda sallama çay, gevrek ve domates salatalık verdiler, ekmek bile yoktu aşırı özensizdi. Yani sadece uyumaya gidip acil olarak kullanılacak bir otel onun dışında konumuna ve dış görünüşüne aldanarak kalınacak bi yer değil, tavsiye etmem

Sigara içilmez diye kiralamış olduğumuz odayı veremediler ve sigara konusunu garanti edemiyoruz dediler. Odalar haliyle sigara içilmişti ve kokuyordu. Temizlik deseniz eh işte. Her şeye rağmen çalışan personele güler yüzü ve elinden geleni yapması konusunda teşekkürler. Bir daha gider misiniz, tavsiye eder misiniz derseniz etmem. Çok zorda kalmış kısmen
