The check in was very friendly and easy, the staff immediately came out and helped find a parking space . Perfect! Room was nice and clean and warm no complaints either. We even got a fruit plate. Shower was big and we had plenty of hot water. Clean! Location is perfect because we could walk everywhere. Breakfast was so so. Nothing special but not bad. Just nothing special. We would definitely come back

The suite I stayed in for one night haf all the basic amenities provided. The extremely comfortable bed certainly needs a seperate praise. Unfortunately, did not have the chance to try out the breakfast.
Although the district houses many well-known hotels, the surrounding neighborhood is somewhat sketchy at night. A cab back to the hotel should not cost too much. I would certainly come back to Kaya Prestige for my next trip.

609 nolu oda duş teknesinin gideri çabuk tıkanıyor, teknenin alt slikonlarından tüm banyoya su akıyor, antre ışığı yanmıyor, odadaki telefon 0 ve 9 u çevirmiyor, harici telefondan arıyarak, oda servisiyle bağlantı kurmaya çalıştık, oda servisinin hemen bizi arayacağı söylendi, geç arandık, 55 nolu telefonla oda servisine ulaşmamız gerektiği ifade edildi, böyle bir bilgi odadaki rehberde veya herhangi bir yerde mevcut değildi, international anlayışta 55 de ne demek oluyor, odadaki şikayetleri bildirdik, tamam odayı değiştireceklerini bildirdiler ama 2 gecelik rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen, 1 gece kalıp, çıktık. Sigarasız oda rezerv etmiştik ama sigaralı oda ayarlamışlar. Resepsiyondaki görevli siz belirtmemişsinizdir yoksa biz müşteri taleplerini çok dikkatli takip ediyoruz dedi. Ama elindeki rezervasyon talebimizde sigarasız oda seçtiğimizi gösterdik. Bu problemi çözüp odama çıktığımda odanın dolu olduğunu gördüm. Tekrar aşağı indim yeni oda verildi. Verilen odaların birinde tuvalet kağıdı yoktu. Banyolar çok dar ve duş alırken sular dışarı sızıyordu. Yurt içi ve yurt dışı bir çok otelde kaldım ama böyle dar düzensiz kahvaltı salonu görmedim. Şöyle düşünün su kahvaltı salonunun dışında girişte. Bu özellikteki bir otelde çok yüksek fiyat.15-20 TL fazla ödeyerek çok daha güzel yerlerde kalabilirsiniz. Ben ve arkadaşlarım İçin kötü bir deneyim oldu. Bir daha kalmayız

Tam bir hayal kırıklığı. Beni otele bırakmaya gelen Arkadaşımın yukarı çıkıp valizime yardımcı olmasına ve benimle odaya çıkmasına izin vermediler. Sanki bir hapishane ya da kız yurdu! Kendimi aşağılanmış ve suçlu hissettim. Prestij diyorlar ama ne kendi prestijleri var ne de müşterinin prestijine dikkat ediliyor. Güvenlik gerekçesi dediler ama ben hiçbir otelde bu tür bir davranışla karşılaşmadım. Eğer güvenlik nedeni olsa idi ziyaretçimin kimliğini almaları yeterli idi. Tek kişi rezervasyondu. 2 kişilik oda farkını ödeyince yukarı çıkabildi. Oda karanlık, basık ve banyo bakımsızdı. Hem davranış hem odanın genel kalitesi açısından kesinlikle 4 yıldızı hak etmiyor. 2 yıldızlı sıradan bir Anadolu oteli havasında. Üstelik ucuz da değil. İki kuruş daha fazla verip isim yapmış zincir otellerde kalmak daha iyi (Hilton Garden Inn gibi). Hotel.com a da prestij kaybettirir bu otel.

Otel biraz eski bu nedenle bazı problemler yaşadık. İlk odamızda klima çok fazla ses yapıyordu ve değiştirme talebinde bulunduk. İkinci odamızda duş sorunluydu her yerden su kaçırıyor tüm banyoyu ıslatıyordu. Üç gün boyunca odamıza sabun gelmesini bekledik ama sabun getirilmedi. Genel olarak çok memnun kalmadım.
