The staff is warm and will help you with just about anything. It’s quiet and the rooms are spacious. House keeping is amazing even when I left my room late in the day they always cleaned my room. The breakfast has something for everyone. I will definitely return.

Free breakfast was terrible I wish they had charged me but offer good breakfast. Coffee was old and tasteless other thing like cheese and butter did not good taste and smell.

The hotel was very nice, clean and modern. The front desk was very helpful abs friendly. Breakfast was plenty, more a Turkish breakfast, just not my style. The only complaint was the air-conditioning system hadn't been turned on yet, so the room got a warmer than i'd orefer.

We traveled with our baby and they had a great crib for us to use and the staff were so friendly. The breakfast was also very nice and the location of the hotel was walkable to pretty much everything even the ancient city Perge.

The property didn't clean our room one day, we told the reception and they promised they will call the housekeeping team. After a while we went again to tell them, and in a rude manner they told us they had already reviewed it with housekeeping. We went to dinner and after the room wasn't done. They didn't brought toilet paper, towels were a mess and the staff didn't solve any concern. Obviously for that reason i wouldn't recommend.

Room very nice, service and catering not great

We were not very impressed with our stay:
- 1) we arrived early and the person at the desk was not friendly. It is supposedly a 5 start hotel, the customer service at the desk was what you would expect at a 3 star hotel.

2) I had mentioned that I was gluten and dairy free. At breakfast, I asked for gluten free bread and the staff was really not bothered, did not check, and, just said YOK.
There was really little for me to eat

3. Re the Breakfast, it was very poor. On the website, it mentions an organic traditional Turkish Kavalti. This is NOT what we got. Nothing was organic, the hot food was cold and there was a very poor selection.
No staff around, I had to look in another room.

1- The breakfast wasn’t good ,as was shown in announced reviews.
2-The safe box was damaged for 4 days without any result, despite we informed the management.
3-Despite the booking was for city view room, they gave me room in the back side , we couldn’t sleep because there were noise for new counstraction was built beside the hotel.

The hotel is close to the water for strolling. Sidewalks everywhere. Cafe's, restaurants and transportation. Grocery stores are about a 7 minute walk away. The food in the restaurants comes with very healthy salads. We were amazed by the quality of the food served everywhere. Breakfast in the hotel is very good. Communication besides Turkeys and German may take a bit longer but there was often an English speaking individual available. Translation by App on the phone solves that problem. We definitely would visit the same hotel again!

- Kein eigener Parkplatz!!! Erst mit Nachdruck durch hotels.com, habe ich erfahren, dass es ein Arrangement mit einem anderen Hotel gibt. Nach zwei Tagen Stress einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung zu finden, war es achön die restlichen Tage endlich einen reservierten Parkplatz zu haben (wie in der Hotelbschreibung angegeben).

Katastrophaler Service: dreckige Bettwäsche - Wechsel jedoch nicht vor 22 Uhr - gegen 22:40 kam jemand, aber wechseln musste ich selbst.

Frühstück beginnt erst um 0730 und meines Erachtens eindeutig zu spät!!! Und es ist überwiegend orientalisch und für Europäer nicht geeignet. Grundsätzlich mag ich die Küche, aber halt nicht zum Frühstück. Auch fehlten mir Schilder um was es sich genau handelte.

Das Zimmer war ok, nichts besonderes. Leider auch hier Schwierigkeiten! Wasser befand sich sowohl in Wasserkocher als auch Kaffeemaschine. Die Klimaanlage ist zentral gesteuert und auf Winter einfestellt. Dementsprechend war es nicht möglich den Raum einnwenig runter zu kühlen. Das Fenster kann man nur einen Spalt öffnen. Der Minikühlschrank im Zimmer kühlt nicht ausreichend, sodass Produkte sofort verzehrt werden müssen.

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – alles ist gut erreichbar und die Umgebung lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet, gepflegt und bietet genau die richtige Atmosphäre, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die unglaublich netten Mitarbeiter. Vom Empfang bis zum Servicepersonal waren alle stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen!

Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Très bon emplacement à proximité à pied de tous les sites historiques et lieu à visiter : bazar, konac, l' horloge,ferry, grand ascenseur.

Ist ein gutes und sauberes drei Sterne Hotel, in einer zentralen Umgebung. Leider ging das versprochene wlan nur zeitweise und das Frühstücksbuffett war etwas klein, satt wurde man trotzdem. Für den Preis den das Hotel aufruft ist es trotzdem zu empfehlen, gerade weil nach 5 Minuten zu Fuß die Ladenstraße zu erreichen, die sich abends verwandelt in eine bunte Kaffee und Bier Zeile überall mit live Musik. Toll uns sehenswert.
