Tres bel hôtel, bien situé.

Il faut savoir que dans cet hotel et, d apres le receptioniste, en Turquie dans les chambres standard on peut fumer. Dès notre arrivée notre chambre sentaint la cigarette, nous l avons signalé et ils nous ont tout de suite changé de chambre. La chambre etait parfaite. Le service était excellent. Un merci, particulier à Mustafa, pour ses conseils.

Overall the hotel was fine. The room was nice. Unnecessary technology making windows and the lights and everything very confusing.
It was very clean and put together. There's some sensor that realizes when you leave the room so that the air conditioning turns off. It takes forever for it to cool back down so when you get back to your room it's extremely hot. Never really gets cold for the size it is. We talked to the front desk but the language barrier with English was difficult. Not bad for the price we paid and location but not consistent with 4 star previous visits.

The staff was very friendly,specially the door security. He helped his colleagues at the reception with the guests. One receptionist was a bit moany, but you have always one, right? Rooms are modern and very clean. The boat connection to other parts of Izmir is in two minute walking distance. You can hear the traffic at night, but that's everywhere in Izmir.

This could be an easy 5 stars but the only reason I can't give it is because of the airconditioning. The thermostat is locked and controlled by them thus ending ourroom to be too warm! We all woke up in the middle of the night because of it, called reception and was just told \" nothing can do about it\". To Expedia, there goes me being VIP👎

The rooms are impressive.

The family room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. It had a balcony and two bathrooms. I was amazed by the hotel and the room. Its central location is a great advantage. If I visit İzmir again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone.

İlk girişte akşam geldik ve klimalar bozuk olduğu için başka odaya alındık, sonra o odada havalandırmadan gaz/benzin gibi bir koku geldiği için başka odaya alındık, o odada da wc çok kirliydi, bu yüzden başka bir odaya alındık ve o oda da iki ayrı yataklıydı ve ikinci gece geldiğimizde; o odadaki havalandırmadan da kömür/ is tarzı bir koku geldi ama pes ettik ve yatıp uyuduk. Resepsiyondaki Serap hanım ve bellboy arkadaş elinden geleni yaptı ve yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ama bina teknik ve temizliği ile ilgili bir şeylerin oturmadığı ya da ters gittiği çok açık. Dinlenmeye gittiğimiz bir saatte bu olayları üstüste yaşamak çok yordu. Tavsiye edemiyorum malesef.

It was an unusuallly warm day (80 degrees Fahrenheit) and there was no A/C in an amazing sealed room with a lot of glass windows. The central cooling only starts in May!. The manager was nice and moved us to a better and cooler room.

Although we didn’t spend much time at this hotel, the room was and great condition. The hotel is about 1 year old. Beds are comfortable. Room is spacious. Our room was all red. It was very overwhelming. It’s one block from the gulf. Overall it’s a good hotel.

Nice and clean hotel. Location is great. The only minus point is that supposedly our room got partial seaview but ours didn't have any. Nevertheless, was a great experience and would come back. Receptionists were nice too

We stayed in a classic room in building 2. Very beautifully designed and very clean and comfortable. Valet parking was free. Breakfast had enough of a range to choose from. Lovely staff and very close to the famous pier and sea. Nice to have a stroll along the sea and getting some sunshine. Will definitely pick Enhotel again next time we come!! Very recommended.

Yatak kısmında büyük yatak istemiştik tek büyük yatak değildi iki yatak birleştirilmişti iki yatak arasında yükseklik farkı vardı.
Benim tarafımdaki yatak inanılmaz ses yapıyordu hareket ettiğimde. Bu sesde uyku konforunu etkiliyor ister istemez.
