I came to town to visit my brother, but this stay was a nightmare. The lack of basic cleanliness is appalling. The carpet was filthy, and there was hair in the bed, which is completely unacceptable. It looks as if the room hasn't had a deep clean in months, with dirt accumulated in the corners and a heavily stained bathtub.

To make matters worse, the amenities are broken. The remote didn't work, and there was no cable TV as advertised. Staying here was a massive mistake. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that actually values hygiene and guest experience.

Room had multiple carpet stains one which was sticky and one of the sheets for the bedding which I didn’t use (I got a double bed room) had some stain on it and some dry liquid on the wall.

Fridge door was left opened so took time to get it cold.

Also the extra blanket wasn’t even folded. Just left on the shelf. Seems like whoever is taking care of the site is not really putting any time or thought into cleaning.
Pro shot should have stayed next door at La Quinta. For the extra 15$ I would have been glad too.
I would never have paid the amount I paid if I had known.

The bathroom was disguising to the point we went to Walmart for some cleaning supplies (didn’t want to bother staff thought I was being picky). The jetted tub was dirty, toilet smelled like urine and the mirror next to the jetted tub didn’t look like it was cleaned from the last guest. Then as I was making sure I had everything before leaving, I checked in the nightstand drawer to find a burnt chor-boy (drug paraphernalia) inside of it. Upgraded to the whirlpool room. Didn’t even feel clean enough to use. Clearly someone had locked something in the bathroom. The door was half chewed off and wouldn't close.

Secondly there was food left in the fridge from previous stayers. Very out dated and aged. Not worth the price with multiple other hotels in the area.

We went 5 hr trip to visit Mom in senior home. Spent the night at America’s (Worst) Best Hotel. Room was decent size for price: Not Clean at all. Found a (down below hair) while pulling sheets back. Around the TV was all sticky. Bathtub (jets) had hair in them and in tub bottom. (We did not take bath or shower). The bathroom door had a huge crack just above the handle. Looked like someone broke into the bathroom. Bath Door also had been all chewed up at the bottom by an animal that must have been locked in the bathroom while owners went away. Coffee on the wall above the bathroom garbage pail. TV kept cutting out of service. Furniture was beat up & old looking. Stain on furniture was coming off a good 1/2 inch all around the bed frame. Freezer had iced up at least 1/2. Cheese left in fridge from a previous customer. We left much earlier than needed. Definately will not go back. Very disappointed. Person at the desk did their job at signing us in. Not friendly.

The room had not been cleaned properly prior to our stay. The floor was sticky. There were stains on the sheets of the bed. There was a very strong odor (smelled like dirty diapers). The toilet was really gross, stained, and discolored, along with the shower. The room we stayed in did not look as nice as the photos online. Only one of the 3 lights in the hotel worked. The door to the hotel room is bent as if it has been broken into before. There was no dead bolt on the door. There were also some sketchy looking folks in the parking lot doing god knows what. My boyfriend and I did not feel safe or comfortable in this hotel.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was a decent, toast, coffe, juices options. I would not have felt comfortable eating anything cooked there.
Room was... Well. It wasn't clean. Walls had what looked like food or idk, I don't wanna think about it. Splatters of stuff everywhere. Carpet was very stained, bathroom floors were sticky. Shower stall was thick with soap scum. Moldy ceilings. Bedding seemed clean, still used my own. Pillows were gross, I used my own.
For $100 it was a safe and quiet place to sleep, but I definitely showered in the morning and went to laundromat to wash everything right away....

You get what you pay for.

The lobby smelled funny. Once we got to our room, it was completely gross and disgusting. Cobwebs all the way around the ceiling. The chair in the room was filthy and smelled funny. The bathroom celing was falling down, and brown crud behind the toliet on the fllor, gobs of hair in the drain of the bath tub. The pictures were nothing like the property. We left and went somewhere else.

Not worth being a customer

After an 8 hour drive to attend a local wedding with 45 minutes to check in, get dressed and leave for venue, we were informed that our room was not yet ready and would take an additional 30 minutes to prepare. Nicely explained that, that would not work due to wedding starting in 45 minutes. This was met with complete unprofessionalism and excuses about non English speaking colleagues. I proceeded to tell her that means nothing to a paying customer who is attempting to check in after check in time. “Kim” whom just processed my payment became disrespectful displaying nasty attitude opposed to helping solve the issue or offering lobby bathrooms as a changing space so we could be on our way. Wife and I changed into a suit and evening gown and were provided a key to our room 45 minutes after check in. Incompetent and Ignorant staff!

The parking was perfect. There were marijuana smokers around the hotel. We asked for our room to be cleaned, but the housekeeper just left us the same towels. She didn't make the bed. She put the sheets on an armchair and left. There was no toilet paper. There were dead and live flies in the room.

From the cigarette butts and chicken bones all over the parking lot - stained smelly carpet, room smelled like cigarettes and pee.

We are not picky in general with hotels and we don't need anything fancy as long as its clean, this place is disgusting and the room smelled like urine. This is the 1st time in 46 years that checked out after the 1st night (we booked the room for 2) and went somewhere else. I'm still sick to my stomach from that smell. the room was dirty in bad condition with stains on bathroom ceiling dirt on carpets computer chair under desk spider webs on ceilings and the infestion of bugs outsside of the room as you enter the front door. my companion brought 4 of them on his shirts an shorts into the room and had to be flushed in toilet . i was worried about bringing them home with me. the only good thing about the room is the air conditioner it works great but the rest is awful beds included.this whole property need a big upgrade . they advertize things that they dont even provide the pool is closed also and after coming back after a very hot day we looked forward to going for a swim and found out it was closed . false advertizing is not good karma fool me once you wont fool me again will never stay here again.

Carpet was filthy. No smoking room was permeated with smoke smell. The mattress slanted to one side. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. The breakfast was rudimenntary. Guests seem to congregate and socialize outside the rooms in the evening, not loud or disruptive, but the place was littered with beer cans and bags of refuse from take out restaurants every morning.

I like that they wanted to make sure the rooms were clean for use. However, when we checked in and went to our room, it wasn't ready. It was disappointing waiting 40 minutes for our room to be cleaned after arriving an hour later than we shared with the hotel. We as travelers continued to go back and forth from the front desk to our room to communicate what was happening, instead of the hotel team member communicating to us any issues or concerns when we checked in. Nor were any other options suggested to us. When we asked the hotel team member for a different room, we were told the rooms were booked up and the one they could offer didn't meet our needs due to the number of persons in our party. The team member was kind and apologic of our situation which soften the blow of our disappointment. Our room had the following concerns: the bathroom door had a significant dent as though someone puched it, the bathroom door wouldnt close completely without lifting it first, the sink and shower/tub had a stinch that came through everytime the water was used and there were isses with the toilet.

When i got to the property my door did not shut or lock, I had about two hours when I was given my new room which was wide open when I arrived and it was not cleaned and the bed and room was a mess with garbage within it , it was 9 pm by the time I was given a suitable room. It was very dated and not the cleanest. I asked for a late checkout and was told I can stay until 1. At 11:48 I was sitting in my bed with my pjs on when cleaning staff unlocked my door and started walking into room. Scared me and I yelled ath that I had late checkout.
The bedding seemed clean but very worn. One of the clean towels had dirty stains all over it.

Stains on the furniture. The bedding had stains and holes. The bathroom walls looked like someone had vomitted all over them and the toilet had someone’s pee on the seat.

It's cheap and convenient. Is it clean?....meh... There's full residency there of very low income individuals and sketchy individuals. Office staff kicked people out that were on the no stay list. Would i make sure the cars locked and all items out of view, absolutely. Room was clean, but outdated. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would i stay here with my family, probably not.

I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness at this hotel. I went to the room and the sheets had blood and other nasty stains on them and there was hair everywhere. The sink, tub and toilet were all dirty and had not been cleaned. When I went to the front desk to ask for a refund they told me their cleaning person had cleaned the room, which is a disgrace because even the lobby was disgusting. I got my money back and went across the street to the LaQuinta and I would recommend that hotel to anyone. The people working at this Best Value Inn should be fired!

The property appears to beused as a local boarding house maybe. I had a fridge that wasnt very cold, a door that wasnt locking properly and most of all there was a roach walking around on the sofa, where there's one there's many more unseen and upon check out I notified the front desk and he acted like I was lying sorry this placed is poorly maintained and poorly run

Hotel parking by my room wasnt snow plowed, the room smelled of smoke initially. The desk where I ate my meal had sticky residue on the surface. The jacuzzi had hair on edge, and the overall esthetic of the bathroom had seen better days with cieling leaking and walls damaged from water,etc.

I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest at the moment and I was on a tight budget. The room itself was below average and looked nothing like the pictures. The tub spout was leaking from the moment I got there. I let front desk know and they offered to change my room but I didnt want to deal with a new problem in another room and I would only be there for one night so I let it go. When it was time for bed I Iifted the covers to find lots of what looked like eyelashes all over the bed.I regretted not changing the room. I removed them the best I could and got in. I was cold the whole night, the heater was working at first and than just blew cold air all night long. I will not be staying at this hotel again. I guess I got what I paid for.
