This is the second time in a row where neither the pool or spa were useable. Much better attention needs to be given to trash and litter on the grounds. Honestly the rooms are getting very tired with unusable towel racks, TVs that sag and overall abuse of years old interiors.

The motel was functional and clean. Badly in need of updating and decorating. I upgraded to a deluxe room to have a better sitting area for the evening when we got back. Unfortunately Netflix and Chromecast were not working and there wasn't much choice of shows on network TV. No movie channels offered. So the upgraded seating was not needed. Breakfast was the very basic continental offered at most of these \"free breakfast\" motels.

Upon arrival trying to check in couldn't find any staff working in the front desk waited half an hour with no one around decided to start calling the property at least 10 times to finally get someone to come down and check us in upon entering our room. It was very outdated dresser drawer wouldn't shut hair on the bedsheets. Hotel seems sketchy. I wouldn't stay here again.

Room was clean, heat in the room was way too strong, actually had to turn it off and open the window (28 degrees outside). Shower was plenty hot enough and water pressure was very strong. Included breakfast was barely adequate. For the price the hotel served it’s purpose.

We weren’t notified that the pool was under maintenance until the day we arrived shortly before check-in. It smelled like weed throughout the hallways and elevators. Plus the sheets look dirty and found another persons hair on the pillows before we even slept in the beds. The refridgerator froze all of stuff even though it was on the lowest setting. The internet was in/out the whole visit.

Said it was pet friendly but not for cats. I stayed in the past but management changed and so did these rules. Hotels need to specify pets meaning all or dogs only to avoid confusion. They also need to apply the fees when booking to avoid additional surprising costs.

The facility was very sketchy and downtrodden. The day we received a notification that the pool and hot tub were out of order. My husband has a bad back and was looking forward to the spa in the morning. I think they just do this so they don't have to maintain it. This is not the first LaQuinta at which this has happened. The beds were just ok, but the sheets wouldn't stay on, and the stained mattress kept showing. The Breakfast was pitiful: some horrible scrambled eggs, greasy paper-thin bacon, 3 containers of yogurt, 3 oranges, and a half loaf of white bread. Breakfast is the easiest meal to do well, but inexpensively. I would say 3 strikes for this chain as this is inot my firs tpoor experience.

I arrived at just after midnight (flight was late) and was only staying the one night. I arrived and the counter person told me that they have no hot water and could cancel my reservation. I wasn't about to go looking for a new hotel at 12:30 at night so stayed. No shower. The room was also very, very cold when I got into it. It was a place to sleep. Nothing more. A bit disappointing because I had good stays there before.

I recently stayed at this hotel in their deluxe suite and was extremely disappointed. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere, including the ceiling fan with 1/2inch of dirt on it . The carpet was dirty hasn’t been vacuumed for the longest time and there were stains on the bed sheets and pillows. After I complained, they changed my room, but the second room was just as bad—filthy and unacceptable ceiling fan had just as much dust and the carpet was just as dirty It was a terrible experience the sofa bed was so dirty and also undone sheets wrapped up and shoved in. I do not recommend staying here it is NOT HEALTHY The pictures showing on their site are false advertising Do not believe what you see I took pictures of everything from both rooms.However, I do want to acknowledge that Daniel front desk, was very understanding friendly and cooperative, and I respect that. The general manager of this hotel should make a little bit more effort and check his property before he delivers it to families and clients.

The bed was hard as a rock. Woke up with body feeling sore. Went to shower and there was no hot water. My husband and myself both work at a hospital and we had to use the microwave to heat up cups of water to wash up with. Not a good experience.

The room was subpar, just blinds, no curtains, a place for curtains but were gone, phone did not work, shower had patches in it. Very noisy above us, state troopers were called there in the morning. The room was not the cleanest. Then breakfast was the worst, we felt like we were being watched by the Gustapo. Breakfast served from 7-10 am, at 8:45 the waffle batter was empty and I asked for some and was told no more for today also there was only 1 sausage left. There was several other people that came in to eat but only had a choice of cereal. The person in charge that morning was the worst, very rude. I will never stay at this motel again.

We are expecting a full refund including the early check in as we left the hotel to find one with a working hot tub.

We have stayed at many LaQuinta Inns , and this specific one several times with no issues. This trip, the breakfast was terrible-we ate at 7am , there was no fresh fruit, or any sign there had been any. Powdered eggs-drier than you would even expect them to be. No gluten free options for bread. The same person that checked us in on Sunday afternoon, was the same person that checked us out Sunday morning.

When we checked in they told us the hot tub wasn't functioning and that was the number 1 reason we booked this hotel. Our room was musty and dirty. Bugs crawling on the wall and ceiling AND when we opened our blind the window was broken with glass on the windowsill. The hotel was almost empty but they put us in a room that overlooked garbage bins and trucks. Also the walls had stains and the bathroom was dirty. We wanted to cancel but would have lost our money and would have had to find another hotel but the person I was with, his ability to reload the car and find a place would have been difficult. We tried the door to go in the pool but couldnt get in with our keys and the lady at the front desk said it was too stressful for her to go and try because \"she had sensory issues and was hungry and needed to eat\" We tried 3 times and gave up.
Another person at the desk said we could find another place and ask expedia for a refund. All in all our stay was horrible as not only did the fridge rattle all night and cold air coming from the heater we layed there watching for bugs. Never again at this hotel.

There were live and dead ladybugs in the room and lots of dead ones behind the curtain window. The room had not been vacuumed because there were bits of stuff all over the floor and our toilet was blocked. So it wasn’t the most pleasant stay.

Comfy bed! I wish it were quiet, they were painting the exterior of the building and it was very loud and irritating.

The hot tub was ice cold and thats specifically why I went there...to soak. The pool is too cold for me to get in. The hot tub was closed when I stopped in 2 weeks ago to check out the place. They are waiting for parts to fix it

The breakfast needs to be improved. Quite sad looking.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I will be going back but I really need the hot tub!!!

We did not receive the room we were promised. The adjoining room was supposed to include a sofa and chairs, but instead had two queen beds. When we spoke with the front desk, we were told that since we booked through Expedia, there was nothing they could do. The room was dated, not very clean, and had a musty smell. The breakfast was also disappointing. We won’t be booking here—or through Expedia—again.

I was worried about our stay because I had read some mixed reviews. However, I was very pleased eith every aspect of the trip. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, wood laminate floor, no carpet. The heat worked, the TV worked and we had a little refrigerator. Breakfast was more than adequate. Waffle maker, eggs, sausage, some cold cereals, coffee and OJ. I would stay here again.

Le spa non fonctionnel durant notre séjour, le déjeuner était faible manquait beaucoup de chose, ex pas de gaufre, pas de jus d'orange manque de café, presque pas de pain, donc pas grand chose, mais la dernière journée il y avait de tout le 23 octobre, aussi de la difficulté a se faire comprendre avec le front desk, je ne suis pas bilingue, mais je me débrouille. et aussi il y a eut changement de manager pour l'hotel, beaucoup de nouveau personnel qui ne connait pas vraiment l'hotel, ex j'ai demandé pour le spa et ont m'a répondu que l'on ne savait pas, est ce que vous pouvez vous informer auprès du manager ou personne responsable ont me répond je ne sais pas, a une autre personne qui est bilingue elle lui a répondu qu'il y en avait pour plusieurs semaine, le responsable de la piscine dit le contraire, donc.......vous voyez le problème, mais cela fait longtemps que je vais a cet hotel...

Our room was dirty. 1” dust on the ceiling fan. Couch was so filthy I wouldn’t sit on it. Breakfast was poor. Sausage was seriously cold. Eggs were empty. Never was refilled. Not enough tables/seats so we took our breakfast back up to our dirty room. Will never be back. Oh yea. And there was a cockroach on our curtain. I opened the window and kicked him out.

This hotel could have better cleanliness. The carpet is very dirty, the furniture had black stains, and so did the bed. The cleaning employee (a tall, young white woman who cleans the third floor) is not friendly, and I think no one supervises what they do. The breakfast area is very small, with only six tables for the number of guests. It has potential, but it needs better cleaning and some upgrades. There were also many ladybugs in the rooms.
