The hotel is not what i what say is kid friendly. They was A LOT of drinking in the pool area. The staff did not seem bothered by this when I reported that the adults were bringing in large racks of alcohol while supervsing children. The staff seemed annoyed with me and responded with \"they paid for the room, they can do what they please.\" Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. The hotel itself was amazing. But the staff and clientell made it so i would not recommend this hotel for a family friendly place, and I probably wont book another stay for my next visit here.

The facility was great. Having a room overlooking the pool with our grandkids was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent!!! Everything was warm and well-made and fresh. The breakfast area was very clean.
However, the room, bathroom, and pool area were not so clean. There were was residual dirt in the corners and along the edges of the bathroom. While the beds were made well and very clean, the floors were not so clean. While the pool was very clean and excellent, the pool deck had lots of little debris all over, including a three day old newspaper with cobwebs on it.
All in all, a great place and we would stay again. Management simply needs to do a better job of keeping an eye on the little things.

No airport shuttle at night. Room was a little run down. Dirty in corners. Had to use a towel to be able to stand in the tub to take a shower. Staff had a mixed attitude. There is no way to buy water unless you use a vending machine. Staff was dismissive and said they had water only for reward members and I could cross the street to buy at a convenience store, with a small child, after dark and in freezing temperatures.
The restaurant next to the hotel was very convenient and food was of good quality. Our server Chris was outstanding and very professional.

I was told when i booked that property had a EV charging station, they didn't tell me it was only for Tesla. I booked this particular hotel to to able to charge my Equinox. I was very upset. Also only ice machine on our side of building didn't work all week. I told front desk, nothing was done

Really enjoyed our stay. Friendly helpful staff, easy check in, room was very nice, pet friendly, fabulous breakfast (10 out of 10). Only negative was small bathroom, tiny low toilet and not great shower pressure. Will definitely stay here again - great location in Plattsburgh, walkable to anything you could want and a quick drive to anywhere else.

One staff member did not seem knowledgeable of a place we asked about from panflet in lobby and just seemed like they didn't want to be there. The rooms were a little dated and smelled musty. There were light bulbs out in both rooms. Not worth the price.

The room was in a bad shape, limit clean, very noisy and we were up at 5am because we discovered bed bugs in our bed. We killed 3 bed bugs full of blood... It is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

However, we found a girls panties on the arm of a chair in our room that housekeeping missed from someone who stayed prior to us.

Our initial room had a strong musty/moldy smell. They did offer 2 other rooms; one of which didn't smell too bad so we took that one.

I was very surprised at the general condition considering the cost for the night. The pool was a great amenity and was a big hit but otherwise we wouldn't stay here again unless it was half or less of what we paid, which is closer to what it's actually worth.

Matt at front desk was EXTREMELY helpful making sure our room was ready early for checkin as we had a 4 pm wedding!

Unfortunately Room 109s battery in the door broke when we returned and they had to open it for us at 10 pm. We managed but just glad there was 24 hour staff on site!

The hallway had a nauseating odor of fried food. My room also smelled of stale smoke. I had to buy air freshener to sleep in the room. Pillows were very old and the cases and sheets were frayed. I had stayed at this hotel in 2023 and it was a completely different experience. Such a disappointment and waste of money to stay there for a week under the these deteriorated conditions.

I did not stay after looking over my room. The room was filthy. Mattress cover stained. Filth all over the refrigerator and sticky microwave door. Dirty phone. Crumbs and dirt in closet. Bathroom toilet not clean. Was shown second room along with staff and found same condition. Money refunded but horribly inconvenienced trying to find another hotel at last minute.

We have stayed at this hotel several times with premium room & 2 hour early check in. Normally not an issue. Although slightly early,staff said room will be ready in 20 minutes so we stayed around lobby. After 20 they told us another half hour, so we waited again. After a half hour, they then told us not before 3 pm which was another 45 minutes later. Instead of telling us initially you can’t check in before 3 we would have made other plans. I went by the room several times and did not see a cleaning lady as it is the same room we stay in each time. We felt that we were being played with as we knew the room was ready. They also knew where we were waiting so at anytime they could have come to see us to say your room is ready now. Our early check in was at 2 pm so they didn’t even respect that and the hotel was not busy. All that to say we were highly disappointed as we were recurring clients. This was unacceptable, and will most likely never return due to the lack of hospitality

Booked with Best Western plus based on friends recommendations for the ability to park a towed bass boat next to our room. Called and discussed, noted on reservation, yet no rooms were available upon arrival. Desk clerk was polite but really could care less based her responses. Ruled out staying again on the next trip.

One night stop en route to Montreal. Clean room, a bit too dark. Not soundproof; as guest next door was watching TV past midnight, we had to use earplugs. Pool - not tested - looks amazing. Breakfast options are fair.

Nice hot breakfast. The young woman in the dining room was excellent and very attentive. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Tesla charging station but disappointed that there was no recycling. The fan did not work in our bathroom but the shower was great. Front desk staff were helpful. Hotel was centrally located with an attached restaurant.
