The property, location and staff were exceptional.
Keyko was professional curtious, and extremely helpful with eating options and arranged a very early private transfer to the airport. My family would highly recommend Casa Pacifico Napoli.

Nice clean & spacious room. 15 mins from Garibaldi station.
I would suggest that the arrival instructions should be more specific as the entrance is very difficult to find (only a very small (inches) name plate to a multi occupancy building.

It’s little tricky to locate the hotel because there’s no sign found until you reach in front of the building exactly. Make sure you notify arrival time for the staff before check in, otherwise nobody will respond when press the building intercom. Other than that, everything else was outstanding especially my room view which was facing the beautiful church. Location was convenient to attractions or restaurants.

The Casa Pacifico was in the perfect location to enjoy the buzz and bustling streets of Naples! The apartment was lovely, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The modern, tasteful design added to the charm, and the staff were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, checking in with us at various points to make sure we were happy. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples!”

Great place. Easy to walk to pedestrian area of old town. Beautiful view of church out my window. Very romantic. The only issue was that check-in directions through locked front wooden door and then how to access elevator were not clear but staff responded very quickly and were always really helpful and friendly.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beautiful view of the church from the balcony. We sadly didn’t take the advice of the host and parked in the street near the hotel which caused our car to be towed. Daniele and Enrico were helpful and gave us a list of recommendations too. I highly recommend staying here

Hotel was lovely and room waa great for a family with young children. Only a 10 min walk away from the main station and a 5 min walk into the vibrant old town. Woke in the morning to the sounds of church bells.

This luxury BnB was really great and super convenient for our quick overnight stay in Naples. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and even ordered us a taxi for our very early morning to get to the airport. The BnB is located very centrally as well and was walkable to many bars and restaurants.

The hotel overbooks and doesn't care. We arrived at the reception and were told that the hotel was full, despite our reservation. The staff refused to help us and the owner was very rude. Basically, they told us to fend for ourselves and go elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs.

The entire building is covered in scaffolding as they are renovating an old building. The hotel is on the 4th floor and they should have signage to help find it. Even our taxi driver had issues figuring it out. We had to take an exterior service elevator to get to the 4th floor... it was tiny with bi-fold and a funny experience. The entry to the building is not nice and there are cars parked inside the entryway and it is kind of dirty. However, once you get to the hotel level, everything is brand new and very nice and modern. We had a small balcony overlooking an old cathedral and the shower was very nice with a full vertical sprayer and rainbow lights. Funny! I loved the full length mirror in the room and the small bistro table. There is a fully stocked mini fridge with low priced items for convenience. The staff was very kind and attentive. We had an early flight so they brought us some breakfast items the night before so we did not miss out. The area around the hotel is not great, but we walked to find restaurants and shopping...and gelato! I'm sure once the exterior construction is complete it will be even better.

The room and location were good. Check in was awful. Waited over an hour for arranged pre-paid
pick-up at airport. Finally took cab. No one at location. No instructions how to get in. After 2 guys showed up who did not seem to know what to do,spoke little english(but really nice and very funny) ,there never was anyone at the desk.

The rooms were clean and updated but the coffee maker and air conditioning had issues working.
The owner/operators were never around, you have to text through What’s app to ask questions etc.
There was no help getting luggage to room, no one to greet you at the front of building and customer service was terrible.
The owner also threatened to call the police because I refused to send my passport information through what’s app. He was too busy to come to the hotel to do a proper registration.
It was a horrible experience.
I asked for a taxi when I checked out and the owner gave me the taxi number to call myself.
Luckily I knew a little Italian!
I will never stay there again.

Casa Pacifico is a stylish and very comfortable B and B located just outside of the historic center of Naples. There are numerous good restaurants just a short walk away. Our room was large, the shower fantastic, and the staff extremely helpful. It would have been nice to have a breakfast area with a full selection of items, but it is, after all, a small B and B, and not a hotel.

Naples Neighborhood Stay

Spacious room with nice windows and two small balconies. The building’s small elevator was nice to have. They were very responsive and helpful. Our only suggestions would be some more comfortable seating and some minor toiletries as well. The room was beautiful with nice views and a very spacious bathroom and shower.

The location is very convenient for walking to the museums, historical district, and the train station. There are also several restaurant options close by where we ate and enjoyed very much.

We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, great decoration, great staff. Great value for money. Bathroom was superb comfy memory foam beds. Balcony overlooks a 14 century church. Breakfast delivered to your room. Everything is within walking distance. 10mins from train station.

We had a tough time finding this hotel as there was no sign and the location on google maps wasn't quite accurate. I had to ask a resident to borrow their phone to call, and finally found the right address and name tag on the intercom. Please just add a sign somewhere outside the building. Once we got inside, the room was beautiful, clean, and had a great view of the church next door. We had complimentary breakfast delivered the next morning. I did not like the area this is located in; it may have been the construction going on outside, but it was not pleasant to stroll around nor did it have any decent restaurants within walking distance.

The whole Casa team were amazing.
Stefania was at hand for any issue. Very hospitable and helpful. Breakfast was served at your choice of time on the dot. Location was amazing with a 10 minute walk to Via Dei Tribulani and a short walk to the metro. The room itself was lovely. Great bed and amazing shower and jetted jacuzzi style bath.

Only criticism I had was there wasn’t a kettle in the room. Even though there’s coffee shops near by it would’ve been great to have a hot drink in your room.

Die Unterkunft war in einer Seitenstraße. Man konnte zu Fuß alles erreichen. Parken in Neapel ist so eine Sache, deshalb ein Parkhaus nehmen. Das von der Unterkunft empfohlene hatte leider von 13 - 18 Uhr geschlossen, da Sonntag war. In der Nähe war aber gleich ein anderes.

Wir waren nur 1 Tag da. Leider waren die Laken angeschmutzt, was wir aber erst spät Abend gesehen haben. Haare lagen auch noch auf dem Bett.

Das gebuchte Frühstück konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da wir früh zum Flughafen mussten und es nicht möglich war, um 06:45 Uhr Frühstück zu bekommen. Es wäre sehr schön gewesen, wenn es im Zimmer eine Kaffeemaschine gegeben hätte.

Frühstück war nur ein Stückchen Kuchen mit Orangensaft und war um 9 Uhr viel zu spät. Unter dem Bett wurde wahrscheinlich noch nie gewischt. Fenster zwischen Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer ist nicht besonders angenehm.

El alojamiento no esta mal, pero para los que estamos acostumbrados a los servicios de un hotel, deja mucho que desear. Nunca hay nadie en la recepción, no tienen consigna, tienes que dejar las maletas detrás de un mostrador y rezar para que cuando vuelvas estén. Si tienes algún problema tienes que llamarles por teléfono y esperar a que vengan, con lo cual pierdes tiempo de tus vacaciones, un desastre
