After staying here, I learned I prefer having a front desk attendant available. All questions were answered through WhatsApp. City taxes are expected to be left in cash at the end of your stay. The Google location searching by business name isn’t right. You need to enter the exact numerical address or you’ll be lead somewhere else by Google Maps. I know this because I got lost after dinner. The entrance isn’t very clear because it’s through a stairway in a gated courtyard. A taxi to here from the airport was 25 euro. A croissant and either juice or coffee is complementary with the provided breakfast ticket at a place down the street but when I bought 1 additional juice, they charged me for 4 items. I don’t know if it was an honest mistake. Regardless, it was a hassle having to confront them about it and they didn’t refund me correctly. So I ended up overcharged.

Very clean, easy to find, and in a good location. The host is incredibly helpful (especially as we had a really late check-in due to flights). Thanks for a lovely stay!

No elevator which wasnt great but it was walkable everywhere. It felt cozy. Breakfast was at a cafe nearby. It was a little weird there was no reception but directions was texted over whatsapp and was clear. Good stay, and AC worked. I just didnt care for Naples as much. Did not feel totally safe. The gates for the hotel made me feel better but walking home wasnt amazing at night.

The property is really nice and the host is super helpful. The surrounding area can be a bit intimidating if you are not used to being a bit off the beaten track but looks can be deceiving and there weren’t any issues.

The property was in a great location within walking distance of many places my partner and I enjoyed touring. However, they tell you to contact the property prior to check in and Daniela didn’t respond until we had already arrived at the Naples airport. We were worried the place may be a scam. The first night we didn’t have any warm or hot water for showers and figured maybe we were taking one late and there was no warm water left. I messaged Daniela and received no response. The next day, no warm water. It was extremely disappointing and made the stay less comfortable. There were no check out instructions and we were uncertain if Daniela would respond but she did and we were able to check out properly and she was nice to let us leave our luggage at the b&b for two hours after check out. Overall, Daniela was a sweet host however communication was lacking. I really wish she would have addressed there being no warm/hot water. Regardless, this b&b was in a good location and has potential to be much better if communication issues are resolved.

Absolutely beautiful room tucked away off two main streets. Not the easiest driving situation, but once the car is parked you can reach many wonderful locations by foot including the botanical garden, the duomo, and lots of great restaurants.

Just outside the hubbub of tourist areas but still convenient both to the train station and museums and shopping. Cleanest and most modern of the three places we stayed on our Italian trip. Only complaints were communication was a little difficult due to using WhatsApp for conversation and the bed needed replacing badly but that's something landlords don't know unless someone tells them

Amazing stay. It was very clean, comfortable and a big space for two people. The owner was extremely responsive and gave us plenty of help and recommendations as we needed.
It was nice and cool inside, a must in this hot summer! The coffee shop close by had several good options for a light breakfast. The B&B is close to several popular food spots and walking to the downtown core where the touristy spots are can be done in less than 25 min. 10/10 would recommend.

Well let me start by stating that Daniela was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. However, what I read in the reviews was correct. The sewer gas smell was terrible. Had to keep the door closed to the bathroom or the entire room smelled. The area around the room was not a desirable neighborhood. I did not feel comfortable at night walking in this area. Very sketchy. The breakfast was good, very Italian brioche and cappuccino. So no complaints on that. I would recommend staying on the Lungo Mare. Much better area. More expensive but safer and cleaner. I stayed there in my last visit and was much more satisfied if you want to feel safe.
However if you want to be close to the historical downtown then this B&B is really close by. It also very close to the main train station, where there were several good places to eat.

Location was good, also the owners, really nice. The room was very clean with new furniture. The bed was not in the good condition though, it was making noise after any kind of movements. Overall it was still a pleasant stay. :)

Disappointing - this is more of a self catering apartment (but provided with no cutlery or any kitchen amenities except from cups) we did not see the host all weekend and were told that it was because of COVID however this meant we did not know where to get our paid for breakfast from.... cups were left dirty the whole weekend we were told to buy some washing up liquid and do it ourselves. Did not see the host all weekend and only had her WhatsApp whatsapped her about room cleaning only to receive a text 2 days later to say she dropped her phone in the sea and hopes we had a nice stay. Would not recommend staying here, it is a shame as from the pictures the rooms are lovely decorated but the service is rubbish!

Great apartment in a great location.
Pros: Great location - walking distance to many of Naples attractions. Very clean. Set in a beautiful courtyard building. Quite mornings and evenings, so a good night/day sleep is always possible. Luggage storage service is very handy.
Cons: The bathroom/toilet drainage smell does backup and the odor is very instense. I dont know whether this is a common issue in Naples but this became very uncomfortable when going to take an early morning shower etc. There was no bottled water avaible upon arrival. This would make a big difference consiering tap tends to always give a bad stomach no matter if drinkable or not.

Be aware that for breakfast you need to walk to a nearby cafe each morning where you'd receive a small coffee and a croissant of your choice. The room is OK, it comes with a microwave and a small fridge.

We had a great few days in Naples and B & B Pontenuovo met our requirements well. We were greeted by a lovely lady on arrival who talked us through everything. Apartment was clean and modern. Breakfast was just ok but we didn't expect a full English anyway!!! Probably just a bit out off the way but most attractions in Naples were within 30 minutes walk. Would recommend.

We can not fault our stay at Pontenuovo B&B. The room was beautiful, spacious and well decorated. The entire B&B was beautifully decorated in a boutique way. The room and bathroom and were both spotless on arrival and additional cleaning was available daily if need. Shutters on the windows meant that our room was very quiet at night which was great. The building was located in a secure gated area with a key to get in through outside gates. The room also had a safe which was very handy!
Breakfast was lovely and the freshly made cappuccinos were delicious. Daniela our host was absolutely amazing! She made our stay perfect and was always available if we had any additional questions.
The B&B is well located and is close to the airport, metro, circumvesuvio train (via Napoli Garibaldi) and also near many tourist destinations and restaurants. Our week long stay was amazing value for money. The booking included WIFI which was a plus.

Great new BnB in the heart of Naples
This place was an amazing find! Brand new and it looks (and smells) beautiful. Daniela the host looked after us impeccably, giving us attentive advice from the moment our flight landed in Naples, right up until leaving when she offered to call us a taxi. The location is great. About a 15 min walk from Central Station (though if you have luggage to carry, the €25 for a taxi from the airport is definitely the more comfortable option, as the roads in Naples are all cobbled and make it hard to lug around a heavy case!) The location was perfect for us, we walked everywhere, not needing to catch a bus or taxi once except for when we left via the port. The rooms are clean, spacious and stylish with high ceilings and a really luxurious feel to them. Beautiful bathroom. Basic breakfast each morning. The one thing we wanted for was a kettle for tea, but the rooms do come with a little coffee machine and a microwave. Daniela even let us leave our big luggage there for a few days while we island hopped down south. So professional and warm. Would recommend this to anyone and will definitely stay there again next time we're in Naples.

Pra quem está com muitas malas e de carro é bem complicado, subir muitas escadas até o segundo andar, na rua não da pra encostar o carro, muito apertada com todo o caos de Napoles. Mas tem o charme de um prédio antigo de Napoles . Dentro o espaço todo reformado bem limpo e bonito. O quarto é enorme e muito gostoso com cafeteira, banherio muito bom. Café da manhã fraco com diretio a um croissant e um café disponível em um estabelecimento próximo.

Da wir schon etwas älter sind, hätte in der Beschreibung stehen müssen, dass man 4 Treppen in die zweite Etage klettern muss. Mit schwerem Gepäck ist das eine Zumutung. Das B&B ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betreiberin ist freundlich und wenn nicht vor Ort per Handy und Whats App erreichbar.
Einzig negativer Punkt ist das angebotene Frühstück. Dies bekommt man in einem Cafe um die Ecke (süßes Teilchen und Kaffee - wohl üblich für Italien). Das Cafe fanden wir nicht besonders einladend.

El B&B esta muy bien, la habitación es tal como sale en las fotos, muy amplia y limpia. El baño también es muy grande. Esta a 10-15 minutos andando de la Estación Central con autbous directo (5.-€) al aeropuerto.
Al ir por la calle parecia que iba a ser una zona ruidosa, pero desde la habitación no se escuchaba nada del exterior.

Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet und sauber, allerdings etwas kahl. Das Bett hat leider bei jeder Bewegung furchtbar gequietscht. Die Besitzerin haben wir leider nur bei der Ankunft gesehen, ihre Restaurantempfehlung war leider nicht besonders. Lieber auf eigene Faust etwas suchen. Das inkludierte Frühstück war in einem in der Nähe liegendem Café, in dem man nur draußen sitzen konnte. Speisenauswahl Süßes oder Pizza - sehr enttäuschend.
Lage war öffentlich gut zu erreichen, die Sauberkeit der Umgebung, naja, Neapel eben.

De b&b was ruim, schoon en mooi ingericht. We hebben ons laten ophalen. Dat is wel handig anders vind je het niet zo snel. Ontbijt is om de hoek bij een koffie barretje, echt italiaans. 1 koffie met een lekker zoet broodje. Locatie is centraal en te belopen. Enige minpuntje was het bed. Die kraakt erg en door het plastic om het matras zweterig.

L'hôtel est bien propre, belle décoration, la cour est fermée et sécurisée, on se sent en sécurité au sein de l'hôtel, l'équipement est correct malgré quelques petits manques, cependant le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur du reste et laisse à désirer (personne qui sert peu aimable, heure de service pas forcément très bien respectée, très petite quantité, et peu de choix au départ !)
L'accueil est sympa, la personne de l'accueil est arrangeante, mais celle du service petit déjeuner n'est pas la même et est beaucoup moins à l'écoute du client ! Dommage, bon séjour dans l'ensemble mais quelques petits points à perfectionner !

Das Hotel ist fußläufig gut vom Hauptbahnhof in etwa 10 min zu erreichen. Ubahn ist auch in der Nähe. Leider war trotz vorheriger Kommunikation niemand um die angegebene Ankunftszeit im Hotel, so dass wir noch fast eine Stunde auf Check-in warten mussten. Nettes Personal, ständige Erreichbarkeit über WhatsApp. Hübsch eingerichtete Räume mit allem was man braucht. Frühstück ist nichts Besonderes, reicht aber für den kleinen schnellen Hunger.
