Lovely stay

I loved my stay here, the room was spacious and very clean. I have also never been to a place with its own private sauna in the room which was a lovely surprise, too bad I couldn’t use it because it was already too hot. I requested breakfast and it was brought to my room with a variety of Italian food.

Great B&B to stay while exploring Naples, our host greeted us and gave some recommendations. The room was very nice, with great amenities, and daily cleaning. The breakfast was a variety of sweets, cookies, croissants, juice, milk, yogurt, tea, and coffee (all packaged). Somewhat close(ish) to the train station, but I recommend just taking a taxi if you have a lot of luggage because most streets are old.

Didn't get to stay, the owner called when in the taxi to say that he had a water leak in the room that we had booked, He said that he arranged another hotel with the same amenities as his hotel, but sadly this was not the case, the room was only half the size, the wifi didn't work was old and very tired. Had to pay for the taxi to his hotel and to the other hotel, Naples taxi drivers don't turn on their meters for tourists so that round trip cost me 30 euros. The hotel they sent us to was the NUOVO REBECCHINO rated 7/10 whereas the one we booked was a 9/10, We were booked for 2 nights but stayed only 1, a sad ending to a 6 city 2 week holiday in Italy

The property was very modern and had clearly been done recently however our shower floor tiles were all coming away which was a shame and when we asked a staff member about this she said they could not finish the floor until after we had gone. The breakfast was nice and simple and the location was not too bad however it is a long walk to the metro and is located on the 3rd floor making the steps hard after a long day.

There are two locations. Make sure you are staying in Via Foria.
I really liked everything about the stay - but we arrived 15 minutes late and got charged an extra 15 Euros.

Great place to stay in Napoli.

Our stay at Napolimilionaria was excellent. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, refrigerator and a nice bathroom. We could not stay for breakfast but it looked like it was going to be very good. Our host Filipo was extremely helpful with local tips and also to recover an important item we forgot in the room after checking out. He also booked a taxi for us for an early morning flight. Access to the apartment requires climbing a few flights of stairs unless you have in your pocket a 20 cent coin to operate the elevator. Otherwise consider it part of the free fitness amenities. Reasonably close to the old town ( walking distance) and airport alike. Would highly recommend.

NOT a Hotel just Air B&B

Not amazing, its not a hotel but B&B so I accept it,
Elevator can not be used if you don't have 20 cent, that's the first hurdle while checking, so if you not Italian, you have an issue... secondly this place is very residential complex, some weird location..
? Roberta reception lady very helpful but some issue with English....breakfast is okay....
I wont prefer for a couple or foreigner....

Requested a room overlooking the gardens and was given a Fabulous suite... everything was so clean. Have to admit the look from the outside entrance was a bit off-putting but when we finally entered the hotel was pleasantly surprised .The owners are so nice and helpful...will stay there again as it's also in a good location

Arrived at the places at 7:20 pm. No one opened the door. Waited for over 15 minutes. Outside looks really shady and insecure. I felt scared of how the place looked and was afraid for my safety

Spacious and comfortable!

This was the largest most comfortable room we had in Italy, and we stayed at the Royal Victoria on Lake Como. It was in a private apt with multiple locks to get in. It is located across from Botanical Gardens so the view out the 12 foot window was lovely. The interior keeps all the old wooden doors and door frames while decorating in a very contemporary design. It's clean and very comfortable.

Beautiful and Comfortable

The B&B was excellent and surpassed our expectations. Our room was very clean, comfortable and remodeled. The breakfast offers a variety of options and is well maintained. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Checking in was a little difficult because you need a key to get into the building, but it ensures security for all guests.

Stayed here for one evening while catching a flight out of Naples. As all the other reviews says don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside doesn’t look so great but the inside is beautiful. This was one of the nicer more modern hotels that we stayed in in our 10 day trip in Europe. And it was one of the least expensive. Very nice hotel, close to shopping & museums

Very nice hotel close to shopping and many museums. The hosts are wonderful, the breakfast is very good. Just remember to have a 20¢ coin for elevator when you arrive with luggage. Many of the older buildings in Naples have this \"feature\". It is the building owner's option - not the b&b napolimilionaria. Overall a really great small hotel!

We were very happy with our stay at B&B Napolimionaria. The room was very clean, the staff was kind, and coffee made specifically for each guest was great. It was easy for us to find the B&B as it is directly across from the gates of the botanical center. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the metro, and the staff will help you line up a taxi to the airport upon request. The only downside, is that the B&B is on the third floor of a building and the elevator was not reliable so we usually just trecked up the stairs. This is not a big deal, but did get a little old at the end of a long day exploring the city of Napoli.

Very hard to find. Worth it when we did. The young lady who checked us was wonderful and so helpful.
Not so service in restaurants in the local area. They were diabolical. The service and welcoming were non existent. My wife and I are convinced that the only time Italians hurry is when they are in a motor vehicle. Then they are lethal! If I was setting up a business in Italy I would have breakers yard!

Never judge a book by it’s cover

The outside and interior courtyard are weathered and not well maintained. There is an elevator to take you up but it requires a .20 cent coin to operate it. The B & B itself is very clean and modern. The operator of it was very nice and will give you info on the neighborhood and Naples in general. The unit we had was large, well maintained and had a beautiful view of the Botanic Gardens. If I was in Naple again I would stay here again.

Beautiful rooms in nice section of Naples.

This was a great place! Owners are very hospitable & helpful. Rooms are spacious, beautiful & clean. Beds are super comfy. In a nice quiet part of the city, which was a little further to some of the places we wanted to go to, but really appreciated in the end. Our room had a beautiful view of the city garden across the street. Highly recommend.

Don't expect a grand entrance.

The hotel itself is nice and you can tell is personally attended by the owners who are very nice. But the initial impression was hard to get over because it looks like you arrived to the wrong place. But once you are in, the place is nice. There is a tiny elevator that charges you 20p if you want to use it, otherwise it's a 3-story trip up the stairs.

It is fundamental that you tell them the exact time that you will be arriving, otherwise there is no one to open the door for you. Breakfast is simple but nice.

Very unique property !

After three weeks through out Spain / Portugal / Italy , we found the best staff members and hotel quality.

The entrance of the building is not like any mayor Hotel we are used to but ITALY is very particular with its old and full of history buildings.

Wonderful Hotel close to Napoli Centrale.

We had a lovely stay at B&B Napolimilionaria. We were greeted by friendly staff who gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant that was close to the hotel as we arrived in the late afternoon. The room was spectacular, plenty of room and totally renovated to modern standards. We had a wonderful view of the Napoli Botanical Gardens across the street. Breakfast was well supplied with pastries, yogurt, fresh juices, cereal and coffee. We highly recommend this hotel.

A diamond in the rough

Our GPS took us through the back streets from the train station and our first impression of Napoli was very very low so we were hesitant when we arrived at the uninspiring building, but completely out of nowhere once you step inside the doors it was absolutely beautiful. The bedroom was large and clean, the fridge and free water was a luxury, wifi was fast and breakfast provided was delicious, especially the Sfogliatelle frolle biscuits that they make fresh every morning, I haven't found them to be as nice anywhere else! we initially had an issue with the aircon not working, told the staff and a tech guy was called straight away and it was fixed in the same day, we were so greatful. The only less than pleasant experience at this hotel was the electric toilets, it's not a deal breaker but I feel it would have been nice to know going in. The hotel is in a handy location - only 10 minutes from the metro station to get into main areas, and staff are knowledgable and helpful with places to eat/see/shop. Loved it here, can't wait to be back.

Clean and modern. Looks just like a hotel!

Very happy with our stay. We previously stayed in Naples at a different B and B. This location was easy to find, safe and walkable even at night to the main points of interest. The inside of the B and B was much like a modern hotel. Very clean and comfortable with a large washroom and A/C. It was a quick can ride to the airport in the morning. If I return to Naples I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing room and fabulous staff

Our room was massive! We were so impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

Good location, easy to find - but you have to walk up a few flights of stairs - there is a lift, that didn't work unless you paid by coins.
Our hotel key didn't appear to give us lift access, even though we were advised it would. This was no big deal for us, as we're young and fit - but it may impact others.

I would stay here again!

Decent hotel and great staff

We were here for a night before flying out of Naples airport. We arrived much earlier than anticipated and our room was not ready yet, but Filipo was nice enough to let us check in and leave the bags at the hotel so we could go explore the city. When we got back hours later, our bags were in our room. :)
This hotel is a lot nicer than what the pictures show, and I wish we were there for the morning breakfast to enjoy the place more. The bathroom was very modern, and overall the hotel looked very well-kept and inviting.
I don't know much about the location of this hotel in Naples but it was easy for us to walk to the Archaeological museum during the day with no problem (around 20 minutes or walking or less). Took us about 20 minutes to walk from the train station, and the airport was about 7 minutes by taxi.
One thing I want to point out is the elevator. It takes 20 cents to use it, so I would be smart to send one person in with the luggage and the other taking the stairs if you want to save the money. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the train station and/or airport.

I am so glad I reserved this place for my college-aged daughter's final stay before return to the U.S. She texted me \"They are so nice here!!! Nicest people so far.\" It made me feel good. She said it was also very clean and comfortable; a nice place to recuperate before the flight back.

Generally good but a couple of negatives: 1. Leaving cold meats for breakfast on display, un-refrigerated for days at a time. 2. Fixed safe in room could not be opened by hotel staff, which meant having to use an additional safe in room not fixed. 3. Room was twice left unlocked by housekeeping staff.
