The room was clean and updated. But it was also very noisy from the streets outside. Its tough to sleep. The heating unit and small fridge was loud as well. The shared kitchen has a larger fridge and a kettle but you cannot use the stove so its not really like an airbnb. Dont expect to be able to cook anything or heat anything up.
It's also un-staffed and the neighbours are locals so its not a hotel.

The area that is located in unfortunately is unsafe and we were attempted to be robbed twice in 5 days. Once at night quite aggressively and once down the street at Garibaldi square at 11am which involved police. Not a great experience in Napoli, not the fault of the Suites at all, but you must know this area of Napoli has a reputation. We didnt know.
We didnt like the breakfast located at a cafe on the corner, and the offerings were not like a breakfast at all. One item is available for food and the choice is usually like a donut, pizza bun or croissant. Also the people working there were not very friendly to us. However after i let the owner know how we felt they did their best to speak to the Cafe owner but we didn't go back for the breakfast for the last 2 days and ended up buying our own somewhere else. So its not really like a B&B either as i wouldn't classify whats offered to be a \"breakfast\".

They offered to have our room cleaned but we declined during our stay. They checked in to see if we needed anything and we got some fresh towels without issue.

Clean and convenient room. Cafe downstairs offered a wide variety of breakfast options. Self check-in was easy and the staff were incredibly helpful, answering questions and giving recommendations throughout the stay. The street which the building is on can be rather noisy, but the room is well insulated, so we weren’t bothered by the noise.

The room was clean, very safe and easy to access. They have an elevator. The hotel is located in a neighborhood with many nice little shops and I felt at home walking around. The staff was very responsive and helped me easily check in and check out. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I highly recommend this hotel. There is also a small kitchen where you can use a fridge and make a coffee. Nice people and a great place! Only a few rooms and it was in an apartment building which I loved. Definitely a boutique feeling!

This was a nice spot. Simple and affordable. Nothing fancy but served our need for a 2 night stay. It is about 10 minute walk to subway. On a busy street but very quiet inside. There is shared kitchen area but no microwave or stove. We didn't need to use the kitchen, but I am not sure it would be useful beyond very basic purpose. The AC worked well and the space seemed clean enough. The bed was fine but the pillows were thin and there was no real blanket on the bed. I need something with some weight when I sleep so that was disappointing.

They give a card for coffee and pastry at the cafe downstairs each day which is very nice. We didn't realize it was for each day so we only used it once and when we ordered a second coffee the cafe didn't honor the second card! But I think it's nice that they do this.
We needed the elevator so that was a good amenity. The check in process and building access was easy. The area might be a little gritty for some, depends on your experience and expectations. We walked during the day and night and were fine.

The room was good for a short stay. The manager was easy to deal with over WhatsApp, responsive, and booked us a cab to the airport the next morning. The neighbourhood was a bit rough and we found a good nearby locals restaurant.
Breakfast was provided at the cafe next door which was nice.
The apartment was noisy. It would have been nice to have shampoo and more blankets (minor misses).

I only stayed here on the last night of my Italian trip, mostly I will admit because of its relative proximity to the airport. SO I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel or in the neighborhood. It's kind of a bare bones operation - the room itself is minimally furnished with IKEA furniture, and there is no staff on site at all, at least that I saw. All communication was through Whatsapp, and the person on the other end was very responsive, but getting into the property required a number of steps, and a pretty serious walkthrough, which would not have been possible if my cell service had not been great - which was the case elsewhere in Italy. It was basically an Airbnb. But we made it in relatively easy. The common areas of the apartment building are not in super great shape. An ancient door, a tiny elevator which has seen better days, a stairway I didn't really want to try out. But the room itself, while spartan, was clean and in good shape. And the bathroom looked pretty new, and was easily the best one we had in our whole trip. This was our second stay in Naples on our way through, and this stay was much better than our first. Although I didn't get to see too much of the city, my impression of Naples is that it's a bit rough around the edges. But I liked this neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants, well lit at night, lots of families and dog walkers out and about at night. And it was a very short ride to the airport in the morning.

This stay was a pleasant surprise. It’s not a traditional hotel but rather a few rooms within what seems to be a residential building, which actually makes you feel like a local living in the neighborhood. The location is great—close to the airport, in a walkable area, and right near a piazza. The room itself was spotless, modern, and well-kept. Communication with the host was excellent; they were very responsive via WhatsApp and made check-in smooth.

One small thing to watch out for: the entrance doors are a bit unusual. They’re oversized doors that have been modified, so the part you walk through is quite short—barely five feet. If you’re tall, keep your head down when entering!

Overall, a very comfortable and convenient option if you want something clean, modern, and well-located, with the bonus of feeling like you’re part of the neighborhood.

Vous serez à la croisé de plusieurs lignes d’autobus. De très bons plans à côté. Essayez absolument la pizza à 5 mn à pieds (pizzeria A Modo Mio )Via Foria, 290, 80139 Napoli NA, Italie. La meilleure pizza que ma femme et moi avons mangée à Naples non seulement très bonne mais surtout pas cher du tout.

The room is freshly renovated in an older building (mind your head on the 5 foot door at the entrance). Comfortable bed, quiet cool a/c. Full size tv with Netflix. Good communication from staff. Included very tasty coffee and breakfast snack at the neighbouring patisserie. Very pleasant base for our travels in the Naples area.

This place is not a hotel but more like something you would get on an Airbnb. There is no lobby nor staff available to assist. Check in is done using WhatsApp and instructions to enter the building are given on time of arrival. The rooms are on the 4th floor in an old apartment building in a busy neighborhood.

It is a noisy place even at night. The small refrigerator makes noise so you would need to turn it off. Neighborhood sounds can be heard all day and there was construction sounds as well starting at 8 am.

The room is clean and appears updated. Bathroom is acceptably clean with clean towels. There is a bit of mold inside the shower door. Shower area is as small as the showers in inside cabins in cruise ships. The soap dispenser wasn’t working well when we were there. We were able to switch from hand held shower to rain shower on day one but the switch was stuck at this mode for the rest of our stay.

There is a kitchen in the common area with a microwave, refrigerator and a non-working stove. Utensils were available but limited.

We felt safe enough during the day but walking around the neighborhood at night felt unsafe. Be careful walking on the streets where the motorcycles just zip through and overtake cars.

This was our first time in Naples so we didn’t know what to expect. We should have paid more attention to the details when we booked. Sadly, the reviews, photos and the name were better than our experience. We couldn’t change the reservations

o good we've booked again!

Part way between the airport and the station (€10 taxi from each) and very easy to find. Contactless check-in/out but instructions straightforward (once you realise you can do it all through WhatsApp (even though Hotels.com messaging service redacts the contact details - not helpful!!) Room was spotlessly clean and well equipped and you have access to a kitchen next door. Located on a busy street but noise was not an issue and the breakfast is served from the bakery opposite. That was my only disappointment - as someone who needs a low carb diet for health reasons the choice of cake or doughnuts was challenging - mind you, that's not the hotel's fault so 5* all round and we're going back on the way home which says a lot!

Affordable quality stay

Many of the buildings in large cities like the ones in Rome, Naples, etc. are not modern and are old, but this place renovated the interior living spaces quite nicely. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, from the bed, to couch, and to the bathroom. I paid a relatively inexpensive amount for a quality place to stay while far away from home (USA).

The apartment was clean and adequate. We arrived late and Manuel was readily available to help us check in after hours. He helped us set up reliable transportation and even offers a breakfast coupon for the spectacular patisserie next door! A pleasant surprise! We were uncomfortable navigating the neighborhood late at night, but in the day it was not at all a concern. There are many dining opportunities within walking distance and it is a short 10-15 minute trip to the airport.

The staff at President Suites were available via email and phone (WhatsApp) to communicate. We were provided all the details we needed for our stay. The room was very clean and the other occupied rooms on the same floor were quiet. The cleaning staff were very helpful.

The area is walkable to many shops, restaurants, and cafes. The free breakfast (a baked good and coffee of choice) were delicious and the bakery was only a minute walk from the accommodations. I will say the area is busy so if you are used to quiet nights with little noise it might take time to adjust to. But, it didn’t stop us from enjoying the space after a long day of exploring Naples.

We stayed here for 5 days and it turned out great! Manuela the owner, reached out to us a week prior to our travels and then did so again when the morning of our first day. We were able to check in before the normal time of 2pm which was great as we were exhausted from our flight.
All communication is done via What’s App so be prepared to know how to use this. The instructions for entering the building were easy, and our room was exactly as pictured; nicely air conditioned, clean bathroom and a big bed. Our personal favorite touch was the balcony with a table for 2 overlooking the bustling streets below!
This property is close to the train station and about a 20minute walk from the historical center which was our go to for food and shopping!
Breakfast is provided by the cafe below, which is one of the most beautiful cafes in Naples! You are provided with free breakfast cards for the number of days you’re staying. It covers one drink and a sweet or savory pastry per person. While this seems small, they have large savory items too which easily carried us to lunch later.
For our first time in Naples, our experience here was lovely. Nothing flashy here, but very practical which is very us! We will definitely choose President Suites again in the future.

It was a very odd type of hoteling you don’t see anyone but they see you. Everything from checking in to checking out is done through WhatsApp. Like many other places the room is much smaller than you see in pictures. The breakfast is included a cup of coffee and a croissant in a cafe across the street. So don’t expect a complete menu or even a standard breakfast At the time of checking in the message is warning you that the linen will be changed every 3 days however room was cleaned everyday. The location extremely noisy and a little uncomfortable. I will definitely don’t go back there.

Property was easy to find from the train station, just had to keep double check the big wooden doors but was fine! Check in was something new to us! We didn’t see anyone! It was amazing! However if you don’t have signal or roaming on your phone I’m not sure how it would all work? Great location about 20min walk to “Christmas Alley” area and to the port it’s probably bout an hour but we did make several stops to get drinks as it was 36 degrees!!

This is the perfect apartment for Naples. Great price in a great location. The host wasn't at the apartment but always available to answer questions or help via WhatsApp.
The apartment was maybe 5-10 mins walk from the highest rated fish restaurant in Naples, and some other good places to eat (OWAP pizza place, for instance). Maybe about 15 mins from the Storico district. 10-15 mins walk from the train station and TransVesuvio Express.
The apartment was cleaned daily and water bottles replenished daily. Good shower and air conditioning.
Mattress was firm, but we were out all day and walking, so by the time we got home at night we slept on it soundly. The only thing of note that I will mention is the city of Naples can be busy, that means traffic noises, which you're in a city so should expect that, however Naples is special. On the first night we went to sleep early and got woken up with fireworks about an hour later! That was a shock! But its kind of part of the special fabric that makes up Naples.

Not a fan of the check in or departure. You must have a connected device and for us we were trying not to use our mobile as we are from Canada and we had done so successfully up to this day. But we need to be able to use WhatsApp for the check in process, as that was the only contact we that was available or offered. It just would have been nice to have some idea of where to eat and such. The area on the main street was cool but one block either way and it got pretty sketchy.

If you’re looking for a really comfortable and reasonably priced stay this is worth considering. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom clean and large. The area is fine, about 10 minute walk to Garibaldi and the main Train terminal. From there easy trains to downtown/waterfont (or walk) and direct trains to Pompei.

Great location, comfortable room, and very quiet compared to many other stays in Europe.

Check in was easy, they were quick to respond to questions about the room, and helped us book a taxi in the morning.

There’s a shared kitchen for coffee but even better is a breakfast voucher they provide for the restaurant just outside the building.

Recently renovated hotel, located 12 mins (walking) from the Napoli Centrale station. The breakfast was the typical Italian style: coffee and a choice of pastry at the bakery next door. Staff was friendly too!

The only thing that made me drop 1 star was the fact that the elevator was not working for our stay. We are glad we only brought carry on bags!

The apartment is conveniently situated and it close to Central Station, but not too close as it could be quite rough around the Central station area. It is with in walking distance to Scappanapoli area.

The place was excellent! We were very pleased with the check in, the place was super clean, well maintained it is in a nice part of Naples. The breakfast ticket was an added bonus.

Staff were very helpful, we were in our room and setup within minutes of arriving to the property.

The property is a 15 minute walk from the station and the botanical gardens are close by as well which make for a nice morning walk.

The included breakfast is at the pasticceria next door which make some delicious pastries and coffee.

Overall, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Did not know upon booking that it was what it actually was. No interactions with any person. Received instructions on how to enter the building/room by WhatsApp message. Tbe remote control for the heater unit would not work first night, new one next 3 nights. There was an espresso machine for our use, in the detached (up the hallway) kitchen area, no instructions, never could figure out how to use it! The \"breakfast\" was at a madhouse resto across the street, decent food, wonderful people. The neighborhood is devoid of any decent \"sit-down\" restaurants, but plenty of coffee, pizza, pastry places. Impossible to hail a taxi, MANY bus lines running on Corso Garibaldi... no accurate maps or info even online to get routes or schedules. Beware walking the neighborhood after 9pm. Most everything is closed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Presidential Suites. The location is in a nicer part of Naples where we felt very comfortable walking. Breakfast at the quaint pastry shop across the street was lovely.
This was our first encounter with using the Whatsapp and had a bit of difficulty getting used to it, but Emanuela was very patient and kind about helping to talk us through the process. We then used the app the rest of our trip and were very grateful we had this new knowledge! Emanuela was also amazing at giving us maps of walkable restaurants from the Suite. We felt very comfortable asking advice thru the app and always an instant response!
We would definitely stay here again!

This B&B property is located in the heart of Naples. A convenient location which is close to the train station and the airport. The host was very helpful providing clear directions, booking taxis and overnight parking for my rental car. The room was very clean and modern. This is one place where you really get Netflix and excellent wifi. You also get a a typical italian breakfast (croisant and coffee) included in the bellavita cafe. Considering it is located in the heart of busy Naples, it can be a bit noisy but it did not bother us much. Overall a great place and would highly recommend.

We stayed for two days for our visit to Naples, the room was super clean and very comfortable. Everything looks like new. The location is perfect, very close to the train station and the city center. Awesome location in Naples! The host is lovely and gives clear instructions, the room is comfy, your private bathroom has a great hot shower and there’s a shared kitchen that is so convenient, I am an older female and I felt very safe. The local street market is two streets away and the bus to the airport a 5-10 minute walk. I highly recommend!!
