We had a great stay at this place. It’s on the top of the hill and you have amazing panoramic views of the city. It is within a 15 to 20 minutes walk to center. It has a very safe parking lot which is gated. The staff is great. They also have a good restaurant on site. I am recommending.

I did not like that booking with expedia, the rooms are in the basement. Dark and muggy.

The staff was great. no complaints.

The area and location was good as well. Questionable once the sun sets.

I found it strange they had no bottled water to purchase at the hotel.

The property sat at the top of a hill, with narrow winding roads that buses are not able to navigate. The view was beautiful. The staff was kind and many spoke English. The remoteness hindered exploration of the city and taxis were necessary and got expensive if you like activities in the city or tours.

The property is beautiful. We arrived and were amazed by the beauty. Check in went smoothly and our room was spacious, clean and wonderful. That was where it ended. We went to order a Negroni at the bar (it was on the menu), we were told that they couldn’t make anything on the menu and they didn’t have alcohol for Negroni’s… so we settled for a glass of wine. When dinner came, we asked for menu twice and didn’t get one. Then, the staff told us that the menu was displayed at the entrance was no longer available. So there were no menus. The staff created it for other diners while we were sitting there but we still didn’t receive one. We were told to order with no menu and no prices. We ordered pasta, prawns, calamari and French fries for our kids. We received one bowl of pasta in the first hour, then sat for nearly another 45 minutes without receiving food or updates. We almost left it took so long. We didn’t even bother checking for breakfast after our experience at the restaurant the night before. Then we went to catch the taxi that we booked with the staff at check-in the day before. We double checked with the staff on timing and were assured it would be there, but it didn’t show up. The staff were fairly unhelpful at that point. We asked to book a shuttle with them and offered to pay the fee listed at the desk, but they refused. Our daughters were on the verge of tears with the stress of the situation and we almost missed our flight.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Napoli! The service was truly exceptional—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and maintained to the highest standards, making it easy to feel at home.

The gardens were absolutely beautiful—a serene oasis that provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I also appreciated how easy and convenient the parking access was, which made arriving and leaving stress-free.

Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Napoli!

We just stayed for 1 night and did not try to go into the city so I am not sure how walkable the location was. Overall, it was a great spot.

We booked this hotel as an overnight stay to be able to get a quick taxi transfer to the airport. It is set in beautiful gardens on a hill. It is walkable to the city centre in about 20 mins, which is great, but it is quite a hard walk down and up again via a lot of steps. We thought the hotel provided a courtesy transfer to the centre, but we were told no as this needed to be requested the day before. If you are only staying one night then this isn't possible, so this needs sorted. The evening meal in their restaurant was great. A very large, clean bedroom was also great, but there was only 1cover sheet so it was cold in bed. Friendly, helpful staff and a lovely roof terrace. You can hear planes but this didn't annoy us and there's not so much plane noise overnight. No car noise which is great.

Everything was fine except that during check-in the reception person insisted on charging my daughter an additional amount for a 5th person even though I booked the room that clearly indicated it sleeps 5. I don’t understand the false advertising and I certainly did not appreciate the additional charges. If you book a room that says it sleeps 5 and you pay the price on line you should not be charged for the 5th person at check in. Get it right!

Lovely place!! I had to stay for just a quick night stopover. Solo, i felt safe, beautiful place thats gated, pretty gardens and a beautiful view of the city, water and Mt. Vesuvius!
Restaurant was open untill 11pm (thankfully as my flight got in late)!!
The only change I would make would be pay bit extra to not stay on ground floor. But rooms were simple but loveky and HUGE!!!!! I would definitely stay again!! Thank you!

The property is gated which makes it feel very secure, but you do have to get out of your car to ring the buzzer to enter/exit the gate. It is not particularly attractive outside of the gate, but inside the gate is landscaped well. Overall, the room was okay, but the bathroom had some noticeable issues with the plaster on the ceiling. The breakfast was okay, but I opted to purchase it only one out of three mornings that I was there. The AC and fridge did not work properly. After a day of hiking Vesuvius it was frustrating to come back to a warm room and to open the fridge only to find a lukewarm water.

I don’t know where to start - this hotel was terrible, the worst hotel experience our family has ever experienced. We arrived after driving through a very sketchy neighborhood at the top of a hill, the chaos began when we were put in the wrong room, so had to switch rooms, went to dinner and left early because there were bugs crawling on the table cloth and napkins, went back to our room to shower and the shower doors don’t have seals, so they flood the bathroom floors, the exterior windows didn’t seal so we could hear everyone outside, the blinds only close 2/3 of the way so they wouldn’t cover up the windows, the light switches are ancient and overall the hotel is out of date and needing a massive face lift. To top off our terrible stay the front desk called us an early morning airport taxi and failed to mention the fact that our family of 5 had 4 large suitcases and 2 carryons! So we were forced to sit on laps all the way to the airport since we didn’t have time to call another taxi! What a huge disappointment for our last night in Italy! Don’t stay here!

We felt safe, the hotel was gated. Not much to do around the hotel. The lobby had a huge hole in the ceiling. The rooms had velvet walls and were VERY dated. Think Graceland. Beds not comfortable. Only a sheet fir a blanket. Bathroom needed deep cleaning. Mildew around the tile.

This place is straight from the 90s. It was clean and beds were comfortable, room was large for the 2 double and twin beds. But, the lights kept going on and off, remote broken and not fixed, broken spots in wall in bathroom, old and needing replaced vanity due to damage. The power also went out 3 times. They kept moving our rental car - maybe so people didn’t see it? You also had to get out of your car to hit the button and ask them to open the gate leaving and arriving. I would not stay here again.

The area the hotel is located in is not the greatest, there are stairs to walk down to the city centre and they are covered in cat/dog excrement (not the fault of the hotel, I know but just be careful if you take the steps). Once at the bottom, again the location is not one I felt safe in, area felt rough. Be mindful of your personal belongings.

The bathroom shower leaked water all over the floor, excessively. The breakfast was terrible. There was 1 bain marie which held the scrambled eggs and bacon which was stone cold, both eggs and bacon had that \"crust\" look on the top which looked like they had been sat out for hours (we came down for breakfast around 8am. I was instructed to use the microwave, the eggs were like rubber once heated. The toaster was not a toaster and was infact a sandwich press, patries were stale. I really don't have any positive to say about the breakfast.

The room was large, beds were large (too soft for my liking but this is personal preference), hallways on the 3rd floor were dated and tired. The whole place needed a facelift.

Staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. On leaving, we were asked to pick out our set of car keys from a basket full of keys. If we were dishonest, we could have driven away with an upgrade! Definitely not best practice!

Won't be staying here again.

Do not ever Book a room at this place! I was trying to book a room for Naples Florida and did not realize that Expedia took me to Naples Italy! I realize that after I booked it and neither Expedia nor this motel would refund my money. I tried to correct the mistake right after I booked it and spent nearly an hour trying to undo so. Expedia claims that this property would not respond back to them. if you should even consider to stay here, consider this unfortunate and unfair Experience!

Overall it was a nice hotel and the restaurant was pretty good. The hotel is a bit out of date with the times in that you have to lock/unlock your door with a key and need a pin to turn on the electricity. Plus getting there by car is a nightmare as the streets are very narrow and 2-way. Neighborhood around it is a little sketchy as well, but it's nice that it's a gated hotel and very secluded. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but overall it was a nice hotel and the staff was pretty accommodating.

Not bad for the price, the building does need some updated air conditioning units but they still work but you can tell the place hasn’t updated them in a hot minute. There is some on site parking behind their gate but it’s limited to first come first serve. Breakfast costs 10 euros and isn’t included in the Expedia booking just FYI. Breakfast wasn’t very good anyway. Beds are mediocre and kind of firm. They do have manual blackout shutters on their windows so that is a thumbs up. Quality is reasonable given the price. I’d stay again if price is the deciding factor, there’s no deal breakers

There is no public transport to city center from hotel. Location is not great. Breakfast is only ok. Fruits is not fresh for breakfast. But the city view is good from hotel.

The main receptionist that we dealt with was not the nicest ever. She was not very accommodating when arranging for our short trip outside of Naples. We asked her a few times how long it would take and she always replied that she would not know although she had been on the phone a few times with the agency for organizing the trip for us (so zero effort in asking them how long the trip would take to let us as customers know). Also, food at the restaurant took ages to come and was expensive and the starter was very disappointing (cold and partially gone off scampi which meant we ate nearly nothing). breakfast was very basic. Coffee disgusting. We are an Italian-Irish couple so coming from Italy I perfectly know how standards for food and services should be, especially in the south which is known for having the best hospitality standards. It wasn’t the case with this hotel, despite being a 4stars. Finally, I asked for an iron as my clothes needed to be ironed after being packed for days and they gave me no board and the oldest iron ever that was leaking and damaged.

I loved that the grounds were well maintained. The exterior of the property is beautiful and would’ve nice to experience in the summertime.

Service otherwise was terrible. We had an early flight and we asked the front desk for blankets shortly after checking in (because they weren’t in our room as they claimed they should be). I had to call 2 more times over a span of 5 hours just to get the blankets because the heat was off in our room.

Eating in the restaurant wasn’t a great experience either. We had to flag someone down 10 minutes after we arrived just to get water, then again to order. Both times the server came over on his phone and barely listened to what we had asked.

Our food came out by a different server and no one ever came back. He served the other table beside us but never came over to help.

The rooms in this property were ok. Clean for the most part, but missing some items in the room and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. I didn’t even want to stand in the shower as it wouldn’t drain and the shower curtain was stained and not clean.

Overall, I couldn’t expect much for the price that I paid. It was convenient and close to the airport. Aside from that, I would not be back.

We arrived late and in the rain from Naples airport. They stayed open till we arrived. Lovely hotel and gardens with an excellent breakfast buffet. Elegant old-time feeling.
