The staff was wonderful and so accommodating. The rooms are a little older but clean. Michelle and Raza did a great job at the free breakfast they provide. They went way past the breakfast hours to help accommodate being so fully booked. It also is great location. Raza helped us out in a hotel emergency from us getting ripped off at the Red Roof Inn. He got us booked in the middle of the night at a great price when Red Roof Inn canceled our reservation on their end and then tried to charge us more than for the price we booked. He was the best! Great job La Quinta on having such great staff in Dickinson ND.

The breakfast included boiled eggs, waffles and breads, juice and coffee. There was a great family owned Mexican restaurant (Cabo’s) across the street and a gas station next door.

It worked for us. Rooms were updated. The chair in our room was kind of tattered . Slight pet smell as we had a dog, and hence we were in the dog room I suppose. …Breakfast was great! Front desk friendly. Don’t expect the Waldorf Astoria. But it was good for what we needed.

I called the front desk on my way in from a long day on the road to ask how late the hot tub was open. Was told 11pm. Got there and the hot tub had a poorly handwritten sign that it was out of order. I wish I hadn’t been lied to, I’d have gone to a better propertu. My review? Avoid this sad town, but if you must go, avoid the decrepit La Quinta with either dishonest or malicious or ignorantly misinformed staff. Wast of time and money.

The pet policy on expedia did not match the hotel's policy. Expedia listed $25 per accommodation per stay up to 2 pets. At the hotel they charged me $25 for each pet. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The place was clean. The pillows were half the size of a regular pillow which made it rather uncomfortable. The pillows looked awkward on the bed given it irregular size.

I used to love this hotel and have been staying there for years whenever I would come to Dickinson on business, but now I think I will start booking a different hotel.
