Positive: A spacious and clean room. Helpful staffs. Delicious hot and cold food at breakfast. Negative: Room temperature was a bit too high but its control was not doable. Electric outlets were not enough to charge multiple devices.

I could not control the temperature so it was kept 30 degree all through night. I asked the front desk and they said to me open the window. My room was too warm and too dry due to it. Connection to the hair dryer in the wash room was also broken. There was two stickers on the wall for no reason so i was wondering if the room was cleaned or not. Elevator stopped every floor. Very disappointed with Ramada hotel this time.

First of all, parking is a JOKE. So tiny and tight that people park on the lines making it near impossible for you to park next to anyone. Also they limit parking to 1 car per room despite if you are booked for a family suite. The rooms are super clean, because the building is new. Also, it's nice having a CU on the 1st floor. The location isn't too bad but it isn't that great. This hotel is far from 5 stars, limited space and ridiculous parking and worse of all the staff are rude and have no experience in working a 5 star hotel. Ridiculous. Also there are only 3 elevators, and NONE of them coordinate with each other but rather work independently from each other. HENCE, when we were placed on the 15th floor, it took 20 minutes to get to the lobby because every selfish person presses all 3 elevator and so it doesn't sense if there is a person there or not and waits 30 sec before closing. So I waited 10 minutes for it to stop almost every floor before reaching 15. Then to make matters worse you repeat going down and to top that, these stupid people rather cram into the first elevator coming down KNOWING very well we should social distance and that since they pressed 3 elevators at the same time another one will arrive shortly. Quite frustrating and stupid for Ramada. Seriously? Your building team didn't have enough sense to coordinate the elevators together to avoid this problem and what hotel has 15 floors and no elevator that skips lower levels. The chef is lazy and rude.

호텔 인근에 온천족욕탕이 있는데, 현재 코로나로 이용중지라 이용은 못했어요(족욕탕이 가고 싶어 가까운 호텔로 잡는다는게 라마다였움)…
11층에 머물렀는데요. 넓게 보면 깨끗해 보였지만.
머그컵 덮개 같은 경우엔 커피물이 튀겨져 얼룩져 있는데도 덮어져있는갈 봐선 몇번 재사용함건가 싶어 컵은 사용하지도 않았어요;;;
욕실과 침구류는 깨끗해서 잠은 푹 잘 잤습니다.

위치가 좋아 찾기도 편했고 주변에 편의시설이 많아 유용했습니다. 아기 가드 설치도 해주시고 객실이 카펫이 아니어서 더 좋았던 것 같아요. 그리고 to go box 넘 마음에 들었습니다. 아기와 객실에서 식사하기 너무 편했습니다. 강추해요.

객실에 지해 손님이 많은건지 늦은 시간에 주차장이 전혀 없습니다. 다른 곳에 주차를 할수딨게 계약을 하던지 해서 숙박객은 주차를 어떻게라도 해결해줘야 하지 않을까요.

여자친구랑 놀러갔는데 지하주차장이랑 외부주차장이 있는데 지하까지 내려가기가 번거로워서 외부주차장 이용했어요. 1층에 있어서 굳이 엘리베이터를 이용안해도 괜찮겠더라구요. 2층에서 체크인했는데 체온측정하고 qr체크인하고 칸막이랑 거리두기까지 다 잘 되어있어서 방역이 철저한것같아 안심이 되었습니다.
사실 롯데시티를 자주 이용하다가 롯데시티는 객실이 가끔 청소가 잘안되어있어서 이번에 라마다로 옮겼는데 너무 깔끔하고 만족스럽네요. 잘 이용하고 갑니다~

프론트 직원부터 숙소 및 조식까지 매우 만족스러움. 호텔의 위치도 유성 식당가에서 멀지 않고, 지하철에 인접해 있어 교통도 훌륭하다. 다만 라운지가 호텔의 규모에 비해 작고, 대기할 수 있는 공간이 아쉽다.
