The hotel was not clean...The sheets and the bedding were fine. The floor was filthy, the tub looked horrible, there was no trash can, there was a small bar of soap...the shower curtain was almost falling down - EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL WAS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

I could not stay because the bed was extremely low - below my knees (accessible room !) and if I got in the bed there was no way to get up. I have limited mobility and cannot get up from the floor easily. I requested a refund since I did not use the room in any way.

2nd place for worst ever. A run down, poorly staffed property. In a three night stay we were locked out two nights in a row, forcing us to go to the office and get the card keys re-run. Guess the staff did not know how to set up the key cards for a three night stay. Shortly after checkin a female guest was shouting and arguing profanely into a telephone while standing on the second floor balcony and then proceeded to argue loudly with someone intermittently for hours, audible in our room on the opposite side of the building and one floor up. The television remote did not work because the batteries could not be held securely in it by the electrical tape wrapped around it. The AC when turned on emitted a horrendous racket, which turned out to be a glass room deodorizer bottle which had some how made its way past the vent louvers and was resting on the rotary fan blade inside the AC unit. And do not step from the pavement onto grass areas unless you want your shoes anointed with dog feces. Ask me how I know. I cannot complain about amenities. There were not any. But they will sell you a bottle of shampoo for $10.

Dont go to this motel unless you want to see/hear the motel drug dealer sell drugs at all hours of the day and night , while blaring music until 4-5 in the morning . Room states you will get a microwave and fridge but there is no microwave (which is inconvenient for the people who are staying more than a day) room was absolutely filty with a hole in the bathtub , the tub moved so much it felt like it was going to cave in . This place should be torn down , it is a health hazard , our blanket had over 20 cigarette hole in it . Seen over 10 rats running around the walkways of the motel , the office staff is extremely carless and unhelpful.
Straight up crackhead motel & the worst 1 i have ever seen .

I was there for 14 nights. They did not service my room even one time, inspite of numerous requests. I was working from 7am-10pm every day so i had no opportunity to move to a different hotel or I would have.

The room itself was terrible. It had a frig but no microwave. There were NO pictures on the walls, just screws where I assume pictures once hung. The sink took forever to drain. My socks got filthy just walking across the room. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Parking was ok, every store or restaurant you can think of is literally in a square so super convenient, my tv remote was missing the back, the tv didn’t work, the fridge/ freezer combo half worked, the floor boards were coming up so needed shoes on the entire time, the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned especially the wall by the toilet it still had someone’s fecal matter, hair on the ceiling of the shower. Overall I was very upset and displeased. I’ll never stay again and people that I know that travel, I told them to avoid!!

When I asked the front desk lady she stated she couldn’t guarantee me another room had clean sheets..she also stated that they had no clean sheets or towels she could provide to my current room. The check in was adequate. The front desk person was capable although I think could have chosen a better room for me. I had a feeling I was in a room that was surrounded by people who were living there which is fine but guess who are coming in should be put in a separate area. It was very noisy all hours of the day and night. One other big issue for me was the Wi-Fi it was non-existent. I could not even stream I had to use my mobile hotspot to even watch TV on my computer because I don't really watch TV on a big screen.

Zero stars Hotel will not answer phone repeatedly. Paid for deluxe. My room was disgusting, filthy, a/c worked sporadically, no tissue, door broken into wouldnt close all the way so deadbolt wouldnt lock. No microwave as advertised. Key stopped working everyday. New clerk said the other programmed it for everyday instead of my 3 day stay. Complained to original clerk, who slurred acted high said no other rooms available. Took shower, stepped off white towel onto floor then back onto towel...towel black with dirt. Fridge draining inside. Homeless hanging out 3 ft from my door. 2 doors down fire alarm tripped 4am called front desk repeatedly again no answers. Walk to room was like an alley...filthy, things leaky, dripping on head from above several areas. Nothing like photos or reviews!! Total false advertising. I want refund and apology. This does not reach quality of ANY motel6 i have ever been to. Disgusted with this and Hotels.com for promoting this hotel.

Stayed in multiple rooms, over all definitely need to bring cleaning supplies. One of the rooms had roaches bad. Another bed bugs. Hot water, hardly at all. Plus I paid for a \"deluxe and that includes microwave and fridge. Well it didn't have microwave and although I had that room for 5 days. And I told them it was missing and told one would be taken to my room, it was never received.PlusThe one front desk attendant the bigger black lady definitely needs to be fired. For reasons in which I can't even discuss at the moment but if you would like to know you can ask. Maybe I will have the time, and patience to elaborate.

For a little over an hour there was no one in the office and it left me locked out of the room. At 7:05 I'm in the office and the manager tells me that for about an hour there's no one here. I have been staying at your property on and off since March while assisting the Lakeland Police Department with case work. During those times, I’ve consistently requested Room 305, which I consider my usual. I got room 304, this time around. When I inquired about changing yesterday, I was told today you can switch me but upon returning today, I was informed it was no longer an option without any explanation or even a simple apology.

Despite repeated issues in the past, including roach infestations and maintenance concerns, I’ve chosen to overlook them out of convenience and have even taken measures myself to address some of the problems. However, the current conditions are unacceptable.

Upon being placed in Room 304, I found the following issues:
•The toilet does not flush
•The shower knob has detached
•There is no toilet paper or towel provided
•Roaches are falling from the ceiling
•I was assigned a room with both a microwave and fridge, despite specifically requesting one without

These are serious health and sanitation violations. I even had to go to the Lakeland Police Department to use the restroom and take a shower due to the inoperable bathroom in my room.

Despite informing the front office, no one has responded or attempted to resolve the situation. As a result, I will be filing a formal health violation report.

I’m sharing this so management is fully aware of the situation. I expect a prompt and professional resolution.
