Staff was kind upon arrival at close to midnight, but the room was well below our expectations. The room appeared sheets were clean, but the air was stale and musty in the room. We stayed because it was so late at night, but the AC struggled to cool the room that night, and when I woke up the next morning, I saw several live pests and decided immediately that we would not be staying

Should do better bathroom paint job. Fresh towels were provided every 3 days, but should left extra garbage bags. Neighbors were smoking marijuana next door in the none smoking room. I wish regular breakfast was provided, such as scramble eggs, sausage, making pancakes or waffles, yogurt. We just got a breakfast bag with muffins, 2 oatmeal bags, 2 energy bars but no water or juice bottles

I didn’t use the pool, The Staff was Absolutely amazing. Our flight was delayed 4 hours, with the time change we arrived at almost 4am. The kind lady behind the desk knew it was us. She greeted us with a smile and asked us how we were. We got the keys and they didn’t work. We went back, she took care of everything. The next day the kind maintenance man fixed the key card and he was so nice. All the staff was kind, friendly and helpful.

The first room they gave me when I checked in just opening the door to roaches on the bed, one on the bed and one on the law frame. Second one, they gave me the bed was fine. But the chair was disgusting, still dirty. I needed to sleep. So we stood with it, that's. I think it needs to be maintained more cleaned.

Do not stay here for an extended stay especially with a vacation vibe. This is a last resort type of place to stay only. Staff (desk receptionist) was nice enough but she couldn’t do anything to help us . This is an old revamped motel. nothing more.

When I arrived, the lobby looked nice.But you could tell the property was very run down.
The first room I was sent to had visible bed bugs so I went downstairs and asked for a different room.I was given another room.It wasn't a much better shape, but
No visible bed bugs.
The rooms had newer flooring in them. Nothing was upgraded. The headboards attached to the wall had been stabbed and scratched all up in both rooms. The first room there was dirt and debris along all of the walls and trim of flooring, the second one was a little bit cleaner on the floor..
We may do because I had already paid for the room and knew it would be a hassle to get a refund.
The staff was very nice.I don't blame them for the conditions of the place.There was quite a few people staying there , so they must be used to those conditions.
It did look unsafe but I had no problems with any other people in the area.
Bads were surprisingly comfortable.

No breakfast even tho the front desk lady said was going to be muffins,yogurt, cereal, hot and cold breakfast etc, there was nothing.Door didn’t close all the way, paint missing everywhere and stains on the walls and furniture. The sheets were clean so that was a plus. It was also late after a soccer tournament so my son and I just needed beds.

The door to our room only opened 2/3 of the way because the floor was raised up. The door had a large crack at the weather strip that let in lots of light and other things(bugs). The lighting was way too dim, the bed and pillows were awful. The noise from the traffic and sirens from police/rescue was so loud in the room I tried to let the tv on all night to drown it out! It didn’t work, was up all night long. There were people hanging out in the stairways and in front of a lot of the rooms with the doors hanging wide open. The stairways and outside walkways were filthy dirty, didn’t want to touch the handrails. Didn’t feel safe there. We will never ever stay there again. Wasn’t worth the money.

Arrived late as anticipated just needing a comfortable bed, shower and a decent \"light\" breakfast as noted in the description but not detailed although the photo led me to believe it wouldn't be that \"light\".Property is old, it was clean as possible and the bed was comfortable. Surprised by the noise in the parking lot throughout the night. Very disappointed by the breakfast! A dispenser with cheerios, fruit loops, and frosted flakes and wrapped apples were the only food offerings! There was a coffee/tea machine (I didn't care for the coffee) and a juice machine. Okay for an eight hour stay; we left hungry.

Although the property is located near an interstate hwy, the setting was quiet and the rooms were clean though older and in need of update. The bathroom was quite small which made it difficult for even one person to navigate and had no handles in the tub for mitigating falls. The breakfast selection was limited to fruit, juice and cereal but the staff made packaged foods in bags for guests to take for the rest of the day. Aside for some of these limitations, the our stay was good.

The room was dirty. The sheets on the bed had burn holes. The pool was not open. Something disgusting all over walls. Ice machine not work. Soda machine not work. Headboard on bed was all torn up. Exposed wires. Had to ask for toilet paper several times. Have photos of the room and how dirty it was . Plus photos of exposed wires. Other photos also of other things wrong there.

Needs to be remodeled! Chipping paint coming off ceiling, silverfish bugs crawling around, head full of like cat scratches or else someone took out there frustration on the headboard, and a very boring definitely needs to be updated “breakfast” was a joke! This is, without a doubt, the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life.
The location is very sketchy.
The lobby has a foul odor, which is somehow less unpleasant than the strong smell of urine in the “dining room” where you can enjoy your bagged breakfast containing a rotten apple and expired granola bar. And God help you if have a nut allergy bc the bars have peanuts with no other option. Don’t plan on sleeping either bc they are doing construction in the back lot of the parking lot OVERNIGHT

Now, the room. Where to begin. The dead roaches and feces in the drawers, the hair on the bathroom walls, the lack of any water pressure in the shower, silver fish crawling all over the walls, rotten wood everywhere, damaged furniture, outdated everything.
Youre better off sleeping in your car in a Walmart parking lot and probably safer too.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was very clean. The only thing I think met my expectation was the free continental breakfast which was advertised but there was nothing close to a continental breakfast like there was no bread or bagels or waffles which we’ve come to expect from places claiming to have free breakfast. So if the property can work on that it’ll be a 5 star experience. Anyway those who are curious they did have a to go bag for breakfast which included oatmeal pouches, granola bars and packaged muffins. Also there was coffee and juices in the dining area.

Our favorite place to escape to when we lose power, etc and need to stay close to home but need a comfortable, clean, friendly place to stay. We stayed here for 5 days during a hurricane in 2 rooms with 10 large dogs and the staff was very accommodating. Gave me cleaning supplies, new beddings, towels when I requested - with all those dogs, we preferred to clean the rooms ourselves.
