From the moment i got there the key machine was down and i couldn't get my keys to get into my own room i paid for you literally had to call a certain number for a staff member to come open up the door for you. Then i walk into the room to see dirty stained pillows which i requested new ones and was told it would be taken care of only to come back later and find pillows were never changed and then i go to operate the t.v. with the remote which was broken and it was not just batteries the remote was broken i called the office and was told to there were no replacements available and to change the channel with the buttons on the actual t.v. and even then the t.v. was so old it only had a manual power on and off button with no button to change the channels. Then as if all this wasnt enough, the front office told.me they were sorry but they could not do anything about any of these situations and to call the mgr on monday. All i can say is looks online are decieving this place was a total S--- HOLE. whatever you do stay farrrrr away from this place you could have stayed in the poorest places in town and they would be better so that tells you alot. To top it off when i got back at night another poor couple with a reservation just got in from the airport only to arrive to a closed office with a number on the door and be told by phone they have no rooms available and left these people stranded out front looking for a place to go. I got more but not enough room to type.

We never actually got to stay here because, after a trying day of travel, I was informed that upon calling the front desk to let them know we’d be rolling in there closed to 10 pm, I was told that they had no rooms available. The microwave was filthy. No trash cans in the room, no glasses. When we booked this room it listed pots and pans as well as dishes. The room was also infested with cockroaches. We asked for a refund as they collected the full amount at check in. My husband is 71 and I am 69 we are on a fixed income, and spent months saving for this vacation. As a result of that we didn't have extra funds to get a different locate to stay at.

The property is being renovated so it can be loud at times but it was confortable. The pricing seemed a little sketchy, almost like a bait and switch, but the general manager was very nice and professional. One of the girls at the front desk didn’t care that I booked through a third party for $55 a night and told me the rates change daily and that I was Upcharged at $65 a night. At no point during my stay, nor my extension, was I told my agreed upon rate didn’t matter and I had to pay the higher rate until they came knocking at the door asking, several days early, if I was check out or extending.

Every channel stated that it was scrambled. After 12 hours of disrupted services I check out a day early. They are refusing a refund of the time I was not there, which was an entire day. There's No Curtains at the window No Hot Water the Remote had No batteries in it and on top of that The TV is Broken Room has Roaches on the floor on the ceiling... The stay was rough…the room was dirty, poorly patched walls, chipped paint, dirt blinds, mismatched carpet, outside of microwave dirty, trash cans in public breezeway filled/some over flowing and smelled sour. Property smells of marijuana and so did my room’s bathroom during the evening. When I went to check out there was no available to take my room key/only a note on the door with a number which I called letting them know where room key was left.

Came to stay one night didn’t make it past a couple hours in the room… bugs in the lamps, mold on the walls and ceiling, bugs on the floor, hair everywhere in the bathroom, pill bottles from previous stayers. The people were nice when they weren’t out back smoking got a refund in a timely manner and left the same night!

Sloppy renovation projects ongoing & they’re leaving rooms unkempt for guests. Not a good time for getting a room here, but it should improve once the work is completed. Headboard was removed from wall leaving a very unsightly scratch & sitting in a corner, they didn’t even bother to remove it, is one example.

Absolutely false presentation of pictures it was run down dirty graffiti everywhere holes in walls and doors. You had to lift the door and push it shut. Dirty needed pressure washing everywhere outside inside the room needed to be cleaned and vacuumed cabinets falling apart, saw several bugs inside the room. Didn’t even stay there. I’ve seen nicer a better kept prisons.

Worst stay ever in a hotel. There were multiple cockroaches.. including one that woke me up because it was crawling on me! Because of the hurricane evacuations I had no other choice but to endure and stay here & my booking was “non-refundable” What a huge disappointment! … it was so bad that one of the nights I just drove 2 hours away to stay at my mom’s house. The fridge ruin my food because of water leaking and soaked everything. People were just hanging outside/in the stairwells smoking weed. Didn’t feel safe as a single lady getting off work late.

Mostly serves as a transient home for underprivileged families and individuals waiting for Section 8 housing. Property is pretty beat up and needs a deep cleaning. The guy at the front desk is a hero; he makes things happen without most of the supplies and resources needed. Such a shame because it could be a decent place, even with the clientele it serves.
