The location is excellent. Although it's not within walking distance to shops, transportation is convenient. We drove ourselves and it's a good choice.
The staff is friendly and responsive.
One issue though, the water flow is too slow. If other guests are using their bathrooms at the same time, some time the water supply will be interrupted.

Great value for an hideaway pool villa

Great value for an out of the way villa stay near Pattaya. Beautiful villa with own pool, very comfortable. Slightly worn (outdoor bathroom shower curtains missing?) with a few malfunctions (electricity failed on my last day), but to be expected for the price paid.

I booked here on Songkran for 4 nights. I know it is the high-season which the staff are busy and lots of guests.

But I just wish to have a private and quiet atmosphere at least in my room but the neighbourhood turned on the music out loud all day from 10:00 to 24:00 and it was getting louder on the afternoon, even the glass on the door was shaking!

The hot water doesn’t work from the breaker cut down and I call the staff to fix it but it wasn’t work again on the next day.

Ps. You get what you paid on this price of the pool villa. 🙃

nice hotel but too far from pattaya beaches. no other places to walk to eat from hotel. taxi drivers hard time finding hotel. plus expensive taxis to get to pattaya city. hotel is for Asian tour groups.

Nice Hotel -- Your own private piece of paradise

Great Hotel and very helpful staff.
Having your own pool is wonderful and just whats needed after a day sightseeing and walking all over. The rooms are large and well appointed with all that you really need.
The only downside is that it is a little out the way so you will either need to use the shuttle bus that the hotel has or a taxi to get around, if you have you own transport then this wouldn't be a problem. The only other thing was that it had massage/spa services according to Expedia which this hotel doesn't... which would of come in handy after walking as much as i did..
Otherwise this hotel is you own private piece of paradise to have a great holiday.

when arrived to the resort was welcomed with a drink and towel then a bell boy takes you on a golf buggy to your villa which was quite far away i asked if i could take my motobike to the villa they said no ,
so when entered the villa it looked amazing the pool looked good the tv had every channel u can think of ,
the actual villa is ok and nice but te cons of it
1. no golf buggy to take you back to reception have to walk
2 in the bathroom they have blinds on 2 big windows but anyone can see you on the toilet or bath
3.breakfast is mostly thai found eggs and toast for western only
4. the air con is ok if stand underneath it but its not strong enough to chill the huge room
5.on 2nd day find a huge cockroach in the bathroom
6.they have a pool and bar but 2 days i never saw staff at the bar and the pool as 3 lilly trees near it so the pool is full of pink flowers never saw it cleaned

but overall it is a nice villa

Good facilities but not very helpful/ honest staff

Good hotel facilities, Ok breakfast
15 mins ride to city/ sightseeing point but no taxi driver knows the place and we have to use our own GPS on mobile to guide them through
Very not helpful/ not honest reception/ concierge staff, they charge us 500 baht to get from hotel to somewhere just 15 mins drive away (it took us 2 hours to come from bangkok and it costs only 1500 baht)
The worst was our trip back to Bangkok, they said it's 2000 baht the day before we leave, on the day, they want to charge us 2500 baht. At the end we found our agent to help and it costs us only 1400 baht.
We know the hotel will surcharge for services or commission, yet almost 80% service charge seems largely over
If the hotel owner dont do something about it, i wonder if there will be any returning customers...

Ok but needs some work

Overall nice little boutique style pool villa resort, staff very friendly, it is a bit old and does need some maintenance repairs done throughout. Breakfast was extremely poor! the rate paid would signify a better breakfast quality- I can understand not being fully busy so reduce items, however, you could put up a small a la carte menu with dishes which would seem more attractive. Eggs, under cooked, hot dishes not appealing, juice made from powder etc. Also found it quite wrong to charge 100 baht for ice

整個環境非常髒
連床上都有黑黑的小石頭
洗澡要在室外洗非常沒隱私搞的我跟先生隨便沖一下就趕快回房
然後到處都有蒼蠅蚊子飛來飛去
小朋友隔天身上還起疹子

우선 다른사람에게 방해를 받지않아서 너무 좋았어요. 둘만의 공간으로 밤낮 구애없이 물놀이도 즐기고, 눈치를 보지 않아서 좋아요.
룸서비스는 우선 영어로 이야기해서 대화가 잘 안돼요. 메뉴도 여러번 오류해서 갖다주고, 거스름돈은 왜 안주는지..
위치는 시내까지 택시로 20분이에요. 자주 왔다갔다 할순없지만 나름 불편하진 않았어요
저렴한 가격에 풀빌라로는 만족해요.

รีเควสดอกกุหลาบโรยเตียงไปแบบhoneymoon เปิดเข้าไปก็ไม่มี พอแจ้งพนักงานที่ไปส่งเรา เค้าก็วอคุยกัน และไม่ติดต่อกลับมา ตอนเช้าพอไปถาม โทษว่าเป็นปัญหาจากอินเตอร์เน็ต เฮ้อ สภาพห้องโอเค ตรงมุมจะสกปรกหน่อยๆ ตรงที่อาบน้ำข้างนอก เงยหน้าขึ้นไป มีรังต่อรังแตนเต็มไปหมด ไฟหลังกระจกในห้องน้ำติดๆดับๆ และ1ดวงในห้องก็ติดๆดับๆ ไปกัน4คนเข้าพัก2ห้อง โทรไปบอกเขาขอจาน4ชุด ไว้ห้องไหนก็ได้ เค้าตอบรับโอเค แต่พอไปถึงก็ไม่มีอีกแล้ว เฟลทั้งกุหลาบทั้งจาน โทรไปขอก่อนครึ่งชมค่ะ คิดว่าควรปรับปรุงเรื่องการสื่อสารมากๆๆๆ

Sehr gutes Hotel, Location nicht ganz perfekt!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön! Jede Villa besitzt einen eigenen kleinen Pool. Am großen Pool der Hotelanlage waren wir immer allein. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und ausreichend. Leider ist die Location ein bisschen weit weg und es wird ein Taxi benötigt! Zum Strand sind wir mit dem Shuttle vom Hotel gefahren...

บริเวณรอบโรงแรม สวย ร่มรื่น เงียบสงบ เปนส่วนตัว ห้องพักมีกลิ่นห้องน้ำลอยออกมาเปนระยะ เจ้าหน้าที่บอกว่าไฟดับ ตัวดูดกลิ่นไม่ทำงาน ทำให้กลิ่นในท่อย้อนออกมา ห้องพักกว้างดี สบาย แต่ดูเก่า ควรปรับปรุง พื้นห้องไม่สะอาด เดินแล้วฝุ่นติดเท้า เท้าดำ ต้องล้างเท้าตลอดเวลา พรมบนพื้นที่อยู่หน้าเตียง เก่ามากก ดำ สกปรก สมควรเปลี่ยน หรือเอาออกอย่างยิ่ง ถ้าห้องมีการปรับปรุง ทาสีเฟอร์นิเจอร์ และทำความสะอาดดีกว่านี้ จะให้ 5 ดาว พนักงานเอาใจใส่ดีมาก บริการรวดเร็ว พูดจาดีมาก โดยรวมถือว่าดีค่ะ สมราคา

조용하고 괜찮네요.

아이와 둘이 갑자기 찾아서 묵게된 호텔입니다.
해변과는 많이 떨어져 있지만, 그래서 인지 조용하고 한적하니 좋았습니다.
정원이 이쁘게 잘 꾸며져 있고 독립된 공간이라 조용하고 편안했습니다.
전체적으로 만족한 호텔이며 다만 레스토랑이 1개 밖에 없고 레스토랑에서 느낄 수 있는 분위기는 없었습니다.
대체로 만족한 호텔이었습니다.

本人訂左120平方既房，去到變左90平方，又吾肯回水，（因為90平方房比120平方的價錢低些）服務差外，酒店話有車接送去芭䔶雅，又系搵笨既！如果吾介意等一兩個鐘既算有既，不過司機收50b小費都話小既，坐的士好過，切記咪叫酒店代Call 的士，代Call的士比街上自己折仲貴，事關資料話呢間野有巴士送到機場，原來又吹水既，甘冇巴士唯有call的士啦！由芭䔶雅去曼谷機場包車價錢大約千五泰銀，但呢間海洋別睡call既的士話要收兩千！bu 佢阿麼！

酒店硬件老化程度比较严重，服务质量不高，有些房间的个人隐私难以得到保障，由于有些房型的淋浴在露天，同时卧室门朝向有问题，酒店管理人员的楼为两层，所以会被管理人员直接看到。需要协商调整房间，当然也不好调整。

ห้องพักกว้างขวาง มีสระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัว พนักงานบริการดีมาก มีรถกลอฟรับส่งถึงห้องพัก มีของว่างให้ทุกบ่าย อาหารอร่อย อาหารเช้าหลากหลายดี มีไฟดับช่วงเช้าวันกลับพอดี รวมๆดีมาก

極差嘅旅程，酒店服務員態度十分差，唔專業，唔識英文。房間安排錯誤又淨係話\"it's not my fault\". 理論一輪話揾經理處理又無出現。因為同佢嘈過，酒店的士就坐地起價由300B加到750b。話佢唔啱，佢就話咪搭啦。
酒店地方編遠，去市區都要20分鐘。實景比相片簡漏。
一定唔建議去。
