There were a few shops nearby but we didn't use any & travelled to Sukhumvit.
Yes balcony but not a great view.
Nice big room with separate bedroom.
No hot water in kitchen or bathroom. Shower was hot enough but only at highest setting!

This is our second time staying here when visiting Bangkok, and the hotel is excellent. The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A complimentary tuk-tuk service is available to certain attractions and BTS train stations. Outstanding value for mone, highly recommended.

Loved staying at this hotel. Was the perfect place for a big group visiting Bangkok. The hotel staff were also very helpful when organising transport and helping us sort private tours in and out of the city.
Not as close to the centre but being right outside of 7-11, good local restaurants and cafes was also a big life saver for us.
Definitely my pick for my next trip to Bangkok.

PROs - it was clean, wifi was good. nice balcony.

CONs - the location on Ekkamai is very unpleasant, there is no good local vibe. When I came into the room it felt so empty. Its basically a condo apartment with a lot of shelving space thats all empty. It feels really empty there, maybe if youre with 2 or 3 people thats nice but for a single person its a bit depressing. Also the layout is really bad, theres not even a place to put the toilet paper, only on the sink. The towel holders are INSIDE the shower. there are not nightstand lamps.
But the worst part was a noise at night. It started around 2am till about 7am. Even with earplugs I could not sleep. It was so loud, I cannot understand why someone would put others under this terror. The crazy thing is, it only started at night. There was no regress. The first night I thought maybe it will go away, but the next night it was even louder. What do you do if something terrorizes you at night? Its completely crazy. When I told the reception the next day they acted like they don't know what I mean, so I knew that it will not change and I had to move out to sleep a night through. Luckily they accepted without hesitation and I was able to get a refund for the last two nights.

Nice clean rooms except for the balcony where you can see dried-out bird poop on the railings. The two irons that I got from the housekeeping has burnt marks on them leaving a stain on my white polo tee. Luckily I was able to wash it off with water and soap. Hope they can do something about these.

The hotel rooms are clean and new. However the wall is quite thin as one of our room door can feel the vibration of the pressure if there are any door closed at outside.

The hotel staffs are friendly and well versed in English.

The location of the hotel is good as it's closed to the main road but it is not near any BTS or MRT. It's easy to catch a taxi at the main road.

A good, clean and reasonably-priced place to stay

My one-night stay at wonderful Park 19 Residence was positive: the location was good (with cheap local Thai food stalls right across & a 7/11 across the main Ekamai road, plus a Bangchak gas station nearby), the room small but very clean & new, the fitness rather small but clean & adequate, the parking right on the ground floor, the staff friendly & helpful (the lobby on 2nd floor stayed open till 11 pm) and the swimming pool looking good. One drawback was the directions to the hotel weren't so clear and so I had to go around to get into the soi/lane since I didn't know that on weekdays the police would set up small traffic cones till 8:30 pm. And, another was the unstable wifi signal, so I couldn't use the Internet the whole time.
But, all in all, I'd recommend this wonderful place to anyone.

Perfect until housekeeper screw up

This could have been a more pleasant stay, as compared to my last one back in last December, until the housekeeper screwed up all over. I've a wristband left on the table, for the S2O Music Festival and the housekeeper threw it away, or stole it. The latter accusation came when myself, front desk staff and security guards searched all the trash bags from that day's cleaning but yet we still can't find the wristband at all. Do not blame me for leaving something so important as I've left the wristband on the table for the last 2 days and they were intact until the very last day. The cost for the wristband for the last day entrance cost as much as 5000 baht in the market. I'm though, very thankful especially to the security guards for helping me all out to search for the wristband through the garbage.

Location is not good. Nothing around and at least an hour road to chatuchaak market or Khao San Road. Close to skytrain which can take you to all the big shopping malls. We arrived and the room that we have been provided smelled of cigarettes and was very small, thus after complaining we were given another apartment. The apartment was empty; even though there was a washing machine, there was no washing liquid, we had to buy our own for 3 days. We have been provided with clothes hanger and cooking utensils only upon asking. The apartment was overall good but lacked everyday necessities. The bed was super comfortable and the sofa and TV were great topo. The staff were very helpful with our requests.

Traffic is quite heavy during day time until evening. There's a service of tuk tuk provided by the hotel, that's the problem only I have, the tuk tuk driver attitude was not very good, he is not friendly & talking not nicely to people, maybe that day his mood not very good. Btw overall the hotel service was quite not bad.

Great place for a longer stay.

The room was nice and comfortable. The bed was a bit firm and the frame made alot of noise so even the slightest movement in the night the bed would make enough noise to wake a person. The bathroom is a bit small but able to get comfortable. Without the shuttle to the train it would not be a good place to stay.

The hotel rooms were clean , the bathrooms were so small .
Overall there was one think why i am writing that opinion - while the room was cleaned the money was taken from my walet - 100€ .
I noticed that on the way to the airport so i couldnt i informed the reception , but i will be back to bangkok next week so for sure i will visit them .
Thats incredible that somebody Can steel your money from your room .
I am very dissapointed .

We really liked this place. That area has a lot of cool resteraunts and interesting places to check out. The cons = a seriously hard bed, the kitchens have nothing to cook with, then when you ask for stuff to cook with, they have limited supplies... like no toaster, no butter knives or knives to cut stuff up with, kinda stuff you need for a kitchen. Besides that, really nice clean rooms with good showers, good location.. we liked it.

An experience in Park 19 Residence

It was a one night stay in Park 19 Inn. 1st thing which caught our attention was its exemplary level of hassle-free services from all service staffs (i.e. reception to security staff).

Location of residence is quiet a distance to main road (esp. when you have infants/toddlers with you). However, the management does provide free shuttle service to nearby location (i.e. skytrain / supermart...)

Park 19 Residence is located in a quiet area is a plus point if you are looking for peaceful rest after all hustle and bustle in BKK city...

This is a hotel which we will consider again in our next visit to Bangkok.

Nice apartment but inconvenient commute

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment. I gave it a 5* because I am comparing it to similar price range hotels. I was inclined to make it a 4* due to the inconvenience of the commute. The apartment is 20 min walk from the main Sukhumvit road. You can of course take a motorcycle taxi or a taxi. There are some restaurants that are fairly close to the apartment, but I chose to go restaurants closer to the main road or on Suk Soi 55.

The commute is very inconvenient for me as all my activities are around Sukhumvit Asoke junction. It would waste quite a bit of time if I want to get in and out of the hotel multiple times a day. I tried to optimize it by getting out in the morning and not going back till the end of the day, but that proved to be very tiresome.

The apartment complex is less than a year old and hence everything inside is in excellent condition. There were a few mosquitoes on account of the canal nearby. It was comforting to know that the security guard is alert; they quizzed me once when they didn't recognize me.

I stayed in a one-bedroom but the rooms are small for my taste. I rather prefer a studio since it would collectively look more spacious. As it transpired, I could not make much use of the living space.

For example there is a microwave oven but nowhere nearby to plug it in.
There is a ding table and 4 chairs but again no electrical outlets nearby.

where do I start, I booked a one bedroom grand suite 2 weeks before arrival, on checking in I was told it was not available so I was given a 2 bedroom apartment instead, I had no use for the extra room and toilet so I would have preferred the one bedroom grand suite.
on walking into the room the entire hotel room was bare to the bone, no pictures on the walls, no flowers or plants or even a bedside light, a cooker but no pots and pans, absolutely nothing, certainly not what the pictures in the brochure and website show, value for money - certainly not, bed was rock hard too. I've stayed in Bangkok many times and this is seriously overpriced for what you get. location is far from BTS and their free tuk tuk service was broken down my entire stay, there is a one way system on the road outside the hotel so even the taxis get confused trying to find the hotel. staff didn't really understand English so it was a struggle to communicate. I'm a seasoned traveller, I'd certainly not recommend this place, plenty of places in better location with better service and quality of rooms.

滞在型のホテルとして、快適です。
注意点としては、

・多少の調理器具と食器はありますが、箸、包丁、カッティングボードはありませんでした。果物ナイフくらいは用意しておいた方が楽しめると思います。

・部屋にティッシュがなかったので、トイレットペーパーで代用しました。

・ホテルの前の道で朝夕渋滞が起こります。タクシーが中々ホテルの前まで来られない、タクシーに乗っても中々主要道路に出られない等起こりますので、ご注意ください。

Helt okej.

Bra storlek på rummet. Bra att den hade två toaletter.

Rummet var inte i så bra skick. Smutsiga handdukar. Städarna bytte aldrig lakanen under hela vistelsen.

Duschen var inte heller så fräsch. Väldigt hårda och obekväma sängar.

写真によると部屋に備え付きの洗濯機があったが、実際には短期滞在者用の部屋にはないということ。修正を依頼しました。
