My fave in Hua Hin

Not the first time I’ve stayed here and every time I’d do it’s consistently wonderful. The location is central to the beaches, markets and malls, with a myriad of restaurants within walking distance. The staff are the most lovely people! And the big factor for me - an amazing strong hot shower! lol

Mostly everything is good.
Except on front desk receptionist very rude.
Not friendly, I have to go in to Bang for 5 days business trip so when I get back room is clean but no water, this morning I requested from her on front desk, she tells to wait until room getting cleaned, I told her that I am trusty , I need water now but she refuses. and I spoke to different ladies here they are Experian the same. So I guess that’s how she treats everyone. I just keep on putting my big smile. This is my 5 hotel in one month. I can work for you too. As a reviewer

The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Fresh towels and water replenished daily. The pool is very nice with a waterfall feature and beautiful gardens and trees on one side. It is just minutes walk to the beach and night markets. I would stay here again.

A lot went wrong

When i check-ins the desk clerk lady told me to keep the sheets clean or she'll charges me for it. I've never heard of such things and i travels all over the world. Where does she expect me to sleep? The safe lock is dated and not working. The wifi is on and off every few seconds. TV has no signals. Bathroom rug were torn. Location from the hua hin train station is about 14 minutes car ride not as close like the website mentioned. See my Google reviews and pictures.

A Hua Hin gem.

The hotel is modern, has a nice pool surrounded by lush plants, has a restaurant right next door that serves great food and amazing coffee for those of us who need our morning coffees, and the location is primo! The room is again, modern, bright, the shower is nice and strong, and the air conditioner works great! To add a cherry on top; the staff here are just lovely people! I actually extended my stay here! lol

Magnificent stay!

Great location with short walk to a lovely stretch of the beach. Cicada and Tamarind Markets a short 6 minute stroll away. Room had all necessary facilities. Modern design and bright room although paintwork was a little unprofessional. Also, an old fashioned style painting was very out of place in an otherwise magnificent room. Big bonus is also the gym. Would definitely want to stay here again if returning to Hua Hin.

Comfortable but a bit worn out

We stayed in the junior suite which is very generously sized and comfortable. However the room did not feel particularly clean, in fact it felt like the room had sat unused for quite a while and wasn't recleaned prior to our arrival. The decor is tired and worn out, there were visible stains on various furnishings. The daily room clean I would say is inadequate too. It was clear that surfaces weren't being wiped down as we had ants swarm over some drops of orange juice left on the kitchen bench. The bed was very large but quite hard. There were two air conditioning units in the suite which kept us cool and meant we could turn off the unit over the bed to avoid the cold draft, while keeping it on in the main room. Views of the sea are nice from the seventh floor.

On a positive note, the staff were always incredibly friendly and welcoming in our numerous interactions. The salt pool is great, quite cool being out of the sun which is ideal in my opinion. Wifi was perfect.

The hotel is well located near to both Cicada & Tamarind markets, and a great restaurant next door called Prik Khee Noo which serves good value Thai food. Taxis into central Hua Hin are typically 150 baht a trip.

Very nice hotel great friendly staff lovely pool have to position yourself right to sunbath but beach 5 minutes across road walk down road next to ibis hotel very easy couple of great restaurants across road white orchid and lost cafe lovely food also great market Thursday,Friday Saturday and Sunday if you can’t find something you like to eat their you have a problem great variety also has free shuttle bus into Hua Hin 5 minutes if not just stop 10baht bus outside run ever 10minutes.

We stayed in the family suite. It was lovely and comfortable. The room included everything that was necessary and the pictures are accurate. The kitchen came stocked with pots and pans, cups, plates, etc. The pool area is beautiful! There is even a koi pond next to it. My kids loved the infinity pool effect using glass. There is also a small play area for little kids(0-3ish) near the pool. We did not eat breakfast there.

In terms of things that can be improved: The internet was AWFUL. We frequently used the hotspot feature on our phones.

I wish the family suite included a washer machine. There is a woman who does laundry, but she charges 100 Bhat/KG. Also, I wish the hallways were air conditioned, because they can be very hot in the afternoon while walking the surprisingly long distance from the elevator to the room.

Good for short stay with easy access to town

Good stay for a short break. well located near to the town and walking distance to local restaurants and night market. Swimming pool and surrounding area was pleasant. Downside, was there was no small cafe or restaurant on site for a quick snack. Another downside, although the staff were friendly and helpful, the manager reprimanded a staff in front of me, which made me feel uncomfortable and was very unprofessional.

Clean hotel in a quiter area about 3k from town.
The pool and fitness centre are good, the AC in the room worked fine, the staff are pleasant enough.
On the not so good, it has a shower bath which i dont like, i think they are dangerous, the led room lighting in the bedroom and toilet area are took dark, like sitting in a cave at nightime, the bed surround was solid wood that protrudes 200mm which i banged my leg on many times getting in and out of bed and safe i couldnt use as its screwed to the floor in the wardrobe and you have to have a torch on your hands and knees at my age, its not going to happen, and i wouldnt bother with breakfast its a not great and the coffee is 3-1. The other thing i disliked was the fact it was booked for 2 adults and 1 child, when i arrived they wanted Another 700 baht for a room with a single bed and di not supply breakfast for the third person either so overall for 3000 baht a night it was below par.

The location was excellent, the pool look so nice. However the balcony door is broken, the wooden floor on the master room was crack, it can be very dangerous. Also I ask for extra blanket cause I feel cool, the ask for B400 per night, I refused and he call back to offer a cheaper price, I think their policy is not consistent.

A great few days in Hua Hin

A great few days holiday before a work trip in Hua Hin. The hotel staff were very friendly and made sure to make me aware of things to do in the area and things to avoid as well. The shuttle bus direct to the beach was fantastic as well and made the trip all the more relaxing.

Breaskfast was cheap and relatively tasty for the few days I had it- however their are plenty of great bars and restaurants close by if you fancy heading out for food.

Lovely hotel outside main area. Would have loved to have stayed closer to the main area however there was a quick and super cheap shuttle bus/Ute that came every few minutes. When booking we expressed that there were three people staying so we booked a room with two twin beds. Upon arrival we saw that twin beds really just translated to “king singles”. We then needed to pay for an extra rollaway bed.
Pool is amazing and staff were friendly enough. Nice and close to Tamarind Market and walking distance to the beach.

Quick visit - perfect

I was in Hua Hin for only two nights, the hotel was slightly out of town which is fine with local transport being so plentiful.
Booking in was simple staff attentive and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed.
All amenities nearby and the beach av20 minute stroll.

酒店偏向華欣南面，與市中心有一定距離，建議自駕。酒店對面正是Cicada創意市集，環境寧靜。水壓水溫好，有大雪櫃。露台灰塵較多。

Godt, med plads til lidt forbedringer

Indtjekning var kl: 14 men værelset var først klar 15:30 og vi stod og ventede med en baby i 40 min.
Derudover kunne deres babyseng som vi havde bestilt ikke komme ind på værelset fordi sengen var for stor ifht. Døren.
Værelset var stort og det så flot ud. Poolområdet var rigtig god til børnefamilier fordi der var skyggeområder. Alt i alt value for money

Dit hotel moet heel veel veranderen wil het de moeite zijn om te boeken.
Nergens behalve je kamer airco
Airco kamer alleen als je er bent dus bij binnenkomst is het 35 graden.
Het is verouderd maar ook niet schoon, overal haren. Geen ontbijtmigelijkheden.
Bedden erg slecht en zelfs beetje gevaarlijk als je niet oplet.
Uiteindelijk 800 meter verder aan de overkant ander hotel geboekt die het wel voor elkaar heeft.
Voor minder meer en veel beter hotel.
Het heeft wel potentie maar er moet geïnvesteerd worden. Voor nu, geen aanrader

とてもきれいです。海から少し離れているのでビーチがありませんが、プールで満足できるなら良いでしょう。300メートルあたりのところにカフェもあって、朝食には困りませんでした。ナイトマーケットまで少しあるので、移動が少し手間でした。近くのビーチやマーケットまでは車で移動しました。
200メートルほどのところにセブンもあります。部屋からデリバリーを頼むこともできますが、8:00を過ぎると終わってしまいます。
バスタブもあって良かったですが、流しの蛇口がガタついていることだけが気になりました。
アメニティもあります。ただバルコニーも含めて禁煙なので、喫煙者にはきついかなという印象も。
