Very nice place to stay. Room was great. Very comfortable and spacious. Helpful staff. Would stay there again.

Only real issue (minor) was in the bathroom they could do with a shower screen and raising the height of the shower head. Not great for tall people and the water goes all over the floor.

Hopefully become better after renovation

Stayed here for the third time but probably the last. maybe it will get better with the renovation but right now it's just below par of other properties that can be found in the area. Positive things will always be the option of the kitchen and laundry machine in the room and decent location with supermarket next door.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Good daily cleaning service and room comes with all the necessary amenities making the trip comfortable. Great location with tuktuk service to Thonglor BTS. As we were on 2nd floor it was slightly noisy during the day due to construction on-going, but everything else is great and will be happy to come back again!

Thumbs up for Oakwood Residence at Thonglor! I couldn't make it to Bangkok on my initial booking dates due to emergencies and I called up the hotel to request for a postponed date with not much hope of it going through. To my surprise, the manage called me over the phone to say that they have managed to swop my booking to a later date so that my booking wouldn't be forfeited. Aside to that, the room was so spacious (Premier studio) and well equipped. I love how its housed in a quiet neighbourhood and there's a complimentary Tuktuk to take us to the BTS. It was a good stay!

Overall good experience. Excellent staffs great services and lots of smiles at check in. The hotel condition is a little bit old needs to be refurbish. Shower bathtub area need to have more handle bars just so to get out safely. Swimming pool is disappointing as just a dipping small pool and gym equipments are worn out but are all good brand. Building may be old and dark but is clean and smells good.

Smack bang in the best part of Bangkok

Had a great trip to Bangkok. The traffic is a complete nightmare but a Thonglor is a great location. Good restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Staff and very friendly and always happy to help. There is a restaurant nearby called Soul Food (Thonglor) 5 mins from the hotel. If you love Thai food and cocktails this is the place To go. I was there 4 days. Had dinner there every night. Enjoy

This was my 3rd stay and was very pleased again with level of professionalism by all staff. Easy communication, clean and comfortable rooms including kitchenettes and washing machine. Property is designed with soothing colors and is located a few steps away from import store, and excellent breakfast options if opting out of breakfast offered. Walking distance to Samitivej Hospital and countless eateries. Tuktuk offered for BTS.

A rare and pleasant find

We travel quite a bit and this property stood out. The layout and comfort of the room were great. Good to have a washing machine, and kitchenette even in the studio rooms. We got great sleep and also enjoyed the quality of breakfast and coffee. The staff were helpful, efficient and spoke good English. We will definitely return. Great value!

Oakwood is literally less than 5 minutes walk from J Avenue and Seen Space. Many great places to eat or simply drink with friends during the evening. Dont really need to explain about the room because it's clean, comfortable, and I had everything I needed. If you want a place really near the BTS and don't like spending few bucks for a taxi, this isn't the place for you. I stayed at the 2BR Suite and it was perfect and cheap

Lovely stay at Oakwood Residence

Lovely stay at Oakwood, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room upon check in, Oakwood's location was in an area with many restaurants and cafes and activity. Great place to stay, and if you needed to get around to the BTS, there was the helpful staff on hand to offer shuttle service from Oakwood to the vicinity. Overall the rooms were one of the better equipped rooms we have stayed, won't hesitate to stay there again in the future! Special thanks to General Manager Vignesh for the little touches and making us feel very welcome there!

Was pleasantly surprised as the room turned out better than the pictures on the site represented which was a rarity. Had a one-bedroom suite, room was very spacious and had designated living/dining areas. The kitchenette area was huge with a separate room for a washer/dryer. The bedroom was very comfortably designed and I liked the lighting of the room in general, bath was a good sized one and the shower was huge. Location-wise, the hotel is just a 1 minute stroll out to the Thonglor road where bars and restaurants are aplently. Only gripe was that there were several lamps in the room which had blown bulbs and these were not replaced. Also, the hotel is pretty far from the main Sukhumvit road so the BTS station is pretty far away.

The rooms were clean and well kept throughout our stay. We often saw the hotel manager making a personal effort to get to know the guests during breakfast. He would come around to each table and if the opportunity arose he would sit down and chat with the guests to find out how their stay was progressing and what he could do to help the guests enjoy their stay in Bangkok. An added bonus, was that near the closest skytrain exit (exit #3) to the hotel is a famous mango fruit stand that sells outstanding mangos!

Got the 3bedroom for one night, stayed over with 2 other guys. Check in was smooth, staff was kind. For the second night, we got a 2 bedroom as one of the guys left but we got a free upgrade and was able to stay in our room for the first night without moving.

They have tuk tuk service to the nearest MRT which was great. The only thing I wish they would improve is their breakfast, bit on the weak side as variety was limited.

숙소 위치도 근처에 편의 시설들이 가깝고 조용하고
안전합니다. 지하철역까지 거리가 좀 있지만 호텔 전용 툭툭으로 이동할 수 있어서 문제가 되진 않았습니다.

그러나.

-에어콘 곰팡이 냄새 심함. 습도조절 안됨.
(조치 요청에 데톨스프레이를 왕창뿌려주고 감)
-다른방 확인 후 확실히 더 나은 상태라 옮겼음
옮긴 방은 냄새도 덜하고 확실히 더 뽀송해짐.
그러나 이번엔 욕조의 물빠짐이 문제였음.
-발밑에 물이 차고, 샤워커튼 없고 아무튼 물이 고이거나 넘쳐 물바다가 되는 그런환경임...
-수영장에 아랍권애들이 다이빙하고 난리를 치는데 말리는보호자도 직원도 없음. 다른 투숙객에게 피해를 주는데 안전은 둘째치고 지키고 있는 사람조차 없음.

직원들 진짜 친절하고 룸 클리닝 해주시는분도
수건, 물 잘 넣어주시고 주방시설도 문제 없고
벌레 하나도 없어서 괜찮았는데..
몇 가지 문제가 반복적으로 쾌적한 투숙에 방해가 되면서 실망스러웠음.

투숙시 뭔가 불편하시다면 곧바로 직원들에게 말하고 요청하셔서 조치 받으시길 바랍니다.
그리고 꼭 샤워기필터 챙겨가세요.
(저희는 늦게 도착하고, 나가있는 시간이 많아서 말할 타이밍을 놓쳐 불편을 오래겪은 후 결국 옮겼습니다.)

3部屋予約して全て同じ値段だったのに1部屋だけ違うタイプの部屋で浴槽もなくベランダもなかった。
別の部屋はテレビも映らずシャワーからお湯が出なくて流れも水圧も弱い。
またスリッパが使い回しで不潔で交換を頼んだら違う使い回しのスリッパがきまきた。
このホテルは2度と予約しません。

가성비 좋은 곳입니다. 통로 지역 중에서도 상권 등 위치가 매우 좋은 곳이었어요. 근처에 맥도날드, 편의점, 음식점, 일식주점 등 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 곳이 많았어요. 엘리베이터도 있었고 서비스도 좋고 방도 넓고 침대도 크고 편안했고 무난하게 깨끗했구요. 3박하는 동안 어메니티가 일부 빠져있는 날도 있었지만 뭐.. 괜찮았습니다. 오후에 외출하느라 늦은 시간인데도 청소도 잘 해주셨구요. 다만 주변에 공사하는 곳이 있고, 윗층에 방청소를 하는지 가구를 끄는 소리 때문에 아침잠은 많이 설쳤어요.. 그게 제일 아쉽습니다.

パスポートの返却の際に別人物のパスポート渡されたため、それに気づかず空港まで向かい危うく飛行機に乗り遅れそうになった。返却時に確認をしなかったこちらにも否はあるがホテルとして謝罪もないし、ありえない事例。

昼間と夜のフロントの対応品質が大きく違う‼︎

立地も素晴しく、ツクツクでの無料送迎も便利。
但し、フロントの応対の質、クラークのレベルが、夜間、早朝は全く昼間と別物、感じが悪い。
全くフレンドリーでもなく、横柄、安物のビジネスホテルの様なのでら改善すべきと思う。
また、部屋のエアコンの送風強度が調節不能、一番低くしても、送風音がかなり大きく、やかましい。点検してはどうだろう。

格安料金で1人宿泊だったので部屋はスタディオかと思いきやアップグレードしていただき、1LDKタイプに宿泊できました。
TV、サウンド設備も充実していました。
一点気になったのがソファの匂いが汗臭いような体臭のようなにおいを醸してたので、テーブルのイスとベット以外は座ることはありませんでした(笑)

場所もいいので、次回行くときにもリピートしようかと思います。

โลเคชั่นดีมาก

ห้องกว้างขวาง ในโลเคชั่นที่ดี ติดกับ เจอเวนิวทำให้สะดวกในการหาของกิน มีรถตุ้กๆ โรงแรมไปส่งbts

おおむね、満足です。

一人で泊まるには広すぎる位です。
風呂も体を伸ばして浸かれます。
エアコンの温度調節イマイチです。
たまたま泊まった部屋だけかもしれませんが、洗濯機が乾燥モードですぐエラーになってなかなか乾燥できませんでした。
周りには飲食店はたくさんありますが、駅までは徒歩で15分くらいかかります。
次もセールで安くなっていたら泊まろうと思っています。

주변 편의시설

주변 대형마켓, 음식점이용 편의. 주방시설이 잘되있어 장기투숙시 좋음. 클럽등 술마실곳도 많음.
